- Albert8737 (8/5): Good, but can be so much better - Room size is not great for all rooms, room temperature is not possible to set in the room and has an average of 20 degrees. Staff friendly but on average to young to be senior and care for their quests. Rental nikes expensive but good.

Great SPA around the corner, not part of the hotel, quite pricy. Train station quite far from hotel. Excellent breakfast.
- BrianThordal (10/5): Great Hotel with excellent staff and service - As always great to stay at Ottilia. A bit out of the city in Carlsbergbyen, but still close to everything. Excellent rooms and a great restaurant at the topfloor with amazing food and excellent service.
- A1758HDclaires (10/5): Cannot beat this hotel! - So this hotel isn’t central but really easy to get to using the underground, taxis or by foot. The hotel has amazing architecture and history. The staff went above and beyond. On arrival for a small fee we were upgraded. The room is clean. The bed was ok, not terribly comfortable. The room is cool with the cement finish and large round window. Breakfast was amazing with stunning views from the rooftop. Definitely book breakfast for your stay! The best thing was the wine hour. Denmark isn’t cheap and this was a wonderful way to start our evening before dinner. We would then return for a night cap. Of note on the day we left, we were able to check out but leave our bags in a sister hotel in the centre to save us trekking back to collect our bags before heading to the hotel. Would hands down always stay at this hotel, although they have other sites which would be worth considering.
- beodan (6/5): Industrial vibe in Copenhagen - Good location for a business venue, not so convenient if you wish to be a tourist and explore the centre of the city. Quirky industrial vibe which permeated the reception and guest rooms. We loved the picture window in our room but there was no other practicable seating or place to work. Did not like the open plan bathroom which had no privacy from the bedroom area. This may have looked good in the design but lacked practicality. Bring your own entertainment as the tv and video choice is very limited. The noise level was subdued inside but the square outside seems to attract noisy youths in the early hours of the morning, Staff were friendly and willing to help - the 2 happy hours with a free drink was a nice touch. Top floor restaurant was a high point with a really broad breakfast buffet and good menu dinner options. The personal coffee service sadly broke down when there were larger number of guests. On balance, pluses and minuses warranted the '3' rating.

We enjoyed the gym, too. Our only complaint is that the closet is small and there are no drawers at all, so we really couldn't unpack much. Otherwise, a gracious experience.

Fredag morgen kl 6 sad min veninde i receptionen og arbejdede Hun bad om en kop te og skulle betale 30kr. (Lidt underligt når kaffe er gratis!!!) Morgenbuffet er ens alle dage og brødet virkede nogle dage ret tørt. Rigtig godt med gratis vin fra 17-18👍

Really enjoyed the Breakfast, with a large selection of organic food to suit all with a lovely view over the rooftops of Copenhagen to boot. Sadly I was only there for one night as dropping my son off at Uni, but would definitely stay here again.

Not close to tourist area, but very easy to train there. excellent staff and service. I especially loved the sourdough break and cheese at breakfast. No air conditioning so we asked for a fan. I recommend to walk about back of hotel and over the elephant gates.

Men det kan hotellet nok ikke gøre noget ved. Lidt mere lys på gangene ville være dejligt. Dejligt med fri vinbar mellem 17-18 og fri bar kl. 22-23 i skønne omgivelser. Skøn morgenmad. Vi kommer igen

- Verified traveler (8/5): Boutique Hotel - The hotel is located at a quiet corner of Carlsberg and is pretty near to train stations. Room was average. The corridor was dimly lit. There always seem to be something going on outside of the hotel e.g., noises from nearby constructions of motor vehicles that woke us up from sleep, at random hours of the night.

They've done a great job of bringing the building back to life in a hip, industrial way. The food and drinks were great, and having Aire onsite was also an added bonus. I'll definitely stay here again when in Copenhagen.
- Silvia (10/5): - War ein toller Aufenthalt, haben es sehr genossen. Das Carlsbergviertel ist ein neu entwickelter Stadtteil mit geschichtlichem Hintergrund. Allerdings nicht so zentral gelegen, dafür aber ziemlich ruhig. Und mit Fahrrad ist man ja beweglich. Das gibt es auch im Hotel zu mieten. Oder ohne Fahrrad mit der S-Bahn 2 Stationen zum Zentrum/Hauptbahnhof. Die Extra-Goodies wie der Good-Morning-Coffee, der Afternoon-Wine und der Good Night-Drink sind ein toller Service on Top. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Vi blev budt velkommen i receptionen med et glas vin og sikke en udsigt fra toppen af hotellets tagtresse. Her spiste vi også den lækreste morgenmad på den flotte terrasse.

How was your journey? Is there any think else I could asisst with would be a nice treat. More infos about SPA & Gym would be nice and could also help to push the revenue. There are modernized and build new Suites good info screens by the construction are no disturbing at all. Good is also the com morning coffee at the reception. When we arrived it was a surprise it was not part of the hotel. This was very disappointing for us. For the rest we had a very good stay.

- prenggli2025 (10/5): Extended Weekend Stay - We stayed here for 3 nights. The wine and sumber drink hours were much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was excellent, even though we had to wait a bit long to get cofe at times. Very friendly staff - each and every one of them. Dinner at the rooftop terrasse was good. I can fully recommend this hotel. + Very friendly + Free drinks + Many places to chill + Offers rental bikes + Excellent breakfast - no fridge in room - rooms have very small windows - good if you like privacy

- NinaK52064 (10/5): Great hotel for your stay in Kopenhagen - Nice hotel with great organic breakfast, nice service in a nice area. Everything could be reached easily by bike. But unfortunately no parking garage in the hotel as we had to take the public parking garage which costs 100€ per day (!!). But the hotel is really great!
- O3959MTcarolines (10/5): Gem in Copenhagen - Boutique hotel in the Carlsberg area! Unique historical building with lovely areas to sit, work or relax.. My room was very dark but the hotel goes above and beyond to make your stay great. Breakfast and evening meal was really great and its the only hotel I've ever stayed at that offers free wine and night cap!! Can highly recommend!
- Julie (8/5): Perfection - The employees are absolute harmony and kindness. Simply the most welcoming and helpful group. From the wine hour to the spirits tasting, the restaurant, the spa, easy to get to, and then the amazing staff - a top tier experience here. The rooms are Dutch and urban, so get the idea of American waste out of your mind. No need for big rooms, cabinets everywhere, etc that never get used. The rooms are efficient and easy. Great location, too.
- Venture47026951908 (8/5): Camilla - Very nice design hotel in a very nice area with a lot of danish people living there and not so much tourist. Easy to walk to the inner city and transport is easy. Love this hotel with its danish design, cool area in the hotel and very nice and cool rooms.

- sim20102025 (10/5): Great boutique hotel - While certainly geared towards a young, business clientele, Hotel Ottilia was a beautiful clean place for anyone to call home base while in Copenhagen. The neighborhood is still coming into its own but has some great shops and restaurants and feels incredibly clean and safe. The only downside is some lingering construction noise as of 2025.
- Carol (10/5): Beautiful - Beautiful design, great amenities and super clean. Staff were lovely. Hotel offers a “happy hour” with free wine and a “night cap” with free spirits. Such a nice idea and was much appreciated.
- cyrusvw (4/5): overpriced apartments - I have booked a suite here for a few nights...The rooms are nicely designed, yes... but the luxury stops there. The establishment fundamentally does not understand guest services. It's basically no-frills, unserviced apartments at the cost of a 5 star hotel. Housekeeping seems to be only if you ask, no mini-bar (which they somehow think is clever?), a general lack of service and inability to go the extra mile. The rooftop restaurant is no better. With a staff that simply don't seem to care if you are there or not. I work in the luxury sector and work a lot in the hospitality space. So I know what I'm talking about when i say these guys have a lot to learn. When asking for a late checkout tomorrow, in what seems like an, understandably, empty hotel, was charged by the hour. Despite clearly being unhappy with my stay. I would avoid... the minimalist architecture is paired with minimalist compassion or understanding of what makes people come back. Enjoy it while you can, I doubt it will be here long if they don't change their approach.
- Olli (6/5): Nice hotel with poor A/C and Gym - Rooms were nice but there was no air conditioning so the rooms were really warm (+23C) even during the night which is way too high to have a good night sleep. Breakfast was 3,5/5 but gym was 1/5. Staff was very friendly

- johL7109YA (10/5): Unusual and rather special hotel in a great location out of the overly busy/noisy city centre - We loved this hotel. Quirky, great design, cool rooms and some lovely shared spaces including downstairs lounges, gym and rooftop restaurant. An underrated area - calm, quiet, green, mostly residential and opposite an international school - but only a 20 minute walk into central town or a super short bike/ taxi. Aspects of the hotel felt a bit under-serviced (like noone to help with bags, only one restaurant so limited on that front) - BUT very friendly and nice, polite service and nice touches - like a free drinks hour 5-6pm and a nightcap hour 10-11pm. Really appreciated the quietness at night and cool, airy rooms. Would definitely stay again. Not cheap, but overall worth it for sure.

I must say, however, that the rooms are nothing special and unless you get the upgraded larger room or very dark with tiny little windows at the hotel, also is not really centrally located I would not stay there again

- 681kirstyg (10/5): Great hotel in a quiet location. - I would definitely recommend this hotel although be aware it doesn’t have air conditioning so can feel warm. Staff are friendly and helpful. Upgrading to a suite was a bonus with the extras you get. Lovely breakfast with a good choice and bubbles were a bonus
- Kirsty (10/5): - Great location in a quiet area. We booked a suite and the room didn’t disappoint except there is no air conditioning, I would hate to stay when the weather is hot. The fully stocked bar/all inclusive drinks package is a bonus in that you order at the bar rather than being restricted to the room. Breakfast was exceptional, Prosecco was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and will return. Staff were friendly and helpful.

- TravelAsiaWithEase (10/5): Nice hotel. Good location. - Great location in the Carlsberg district of Copenhagen. Quiet neighborhood, but walking distance to all the sites and the central train station. We enjoyed that this was away from the bustle and grit, but could still see everything and could get everywhere by walking or a quick train ride. Rooftop restaurant has great breakfast and lovely views. The complimentary happy hour was a nice addition.
- Edwin (6/5): - The hotel isn’t in the best location. Quite far from the town area. The room we got was quite dark (not though lights) and very noisy.
