• NOR SYAMIMI (1/5): Quite dissapointing. - The room was exactly next to the lobby and noises from outside can be heard clearly. The shower also cannot be used and poor services from the staff.

Kami kena mintak baldi utk tadah air supaya x bertambah leaking dan basah keseluruhan bilik. Sgt mengecewakan. Dahlah bawak org tua, tapi dpt bilik yg x pernah diselenggara dgn baik.

• Choo Chin (1/5): Smelly room with dirty room - Good location The environment got a smoke smell once I entered the lobby, then the room floor and wall were dirty, and there was a weird smell which made the whole stay uncomfortable.Toilet also problematic as water pipes are leaking and overall look dirty also.

I tried to change roomsss. Others even worst. This is a horrible hotel. During check out printer can't print. I even need to teach them how to convert a soft copy and WhatsApp to me.. Because they don't know how to email the invoice

• Prema (1/5): I DONT LIKE. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST STAY HERE. - Nothing. Overall. The moment I paid and requested for first floor room with the receptionist. Got the key , and want to enter the room but the room door is already open? Even before I use the card. The first impression was not good, the room was not as I expected from the booking.com picture. The aircond was not cold and I couldn’t sleep properly. I was to afraid to sleep all night as the reception and out side of the hotel was full of Pakistani people watching us the moment we left the hotel and until we are back to hotel. I feel so unsafe actually somehow I slept around 4 am as I have to wake up at 7am for my bus.

The door can't close properly. The television not function. The front lamp not function. No wifi. Hygine not good. Complementary also not provide.
