• Maria (8/5): Nice staff and good bedrooms. I enjoyed my stay and would use it again. - Location was great, with easy access to everything a tired pilgrim needs. Some small details like the soap container not working, and not offering small treats like body lotion or conditioner. For the price, it would add value without much trouble.

• Jo (8/5): Beautiful hotel and spa - Clean and comfortable, not far from the cathedral. Staff were friendly and spa area was nice. There’s not restaurant or even a snack bar. You have to leave for every meal.

• Casey (7/5): - Great location! No coffee maker is the room, and no coffee available early AM. For the amount of money per night, they should offer basic amenities to accommodate customers. On my entire Camino trip, for hotels that cost much less, coffee was available in the room or in a bar downstairs.
• Carlien (1/5): NOISY - The room looked nice but that was it. There was so much noise in room 304! It is located next to the airco units which make a lot of noise. I closed the windows but there is just a lot of low noise that is really noisy. On top of that, the pipes are also going through the room so every ten minutes or so they start making lots of noise! I put in my earplugs and noise cancelling headphones and I could still hear them. I went to the reception at 1.30am to ask for another room which I never do.. but this was just awful. They said they were full but when I wanted my money back they said they’ve suddenly had another room available! This was located at the same side and was still noisy but at least not as loud. The staff wasn’t really friendly and helpful as well. I will not stay here again.

• Kim (10/5): Super empfehlenswert - Die Lage war super, das Zimmer sah richtig gut aus und das Bett war bequem. Alles war sehr modern und sauber und der Mann an der Rezeption war super nett und hilfsbereit.
• Maritza (8/5): UBICACIÓN IDEAL - Muy buena ubicación, en pleno centro de Santiago El personal amable y la habitación amplia. El servicio de Spa es un punto positivo cuando regresas de haber hecho una larga caminata. Podrían mejorar las camas y las almohadas. Hay ciertos ruidos que se cuelan en las habitaciones, pero no impiden el descanso (la calle es muy tranquila)

• Seraina (10/5): Schönes kleines Hotel an bester Lage. - Die Lage des Hotels war top. In einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und trotzdem im Zentrum. Ein kleines Zimmer aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Im Erdgeschoss gab es ein kleines Spa mit Sauna. Dies musste extra gebucht werden.

• Marta (10/5): Maravilloso para escapada a Santiago - Hotel súper céntrico. La habitación estaba fenomenal y la cama muy cómoda. El baño y la ducha muy bien también. Todo muy limpio y ofrecen una cápsula de café como bienvenida. Me di un masaje y genial. El personal ambilísimo, muy cercanos y te ayudan con cualquier duda. Repetiría. Por decir algo, se oye un poco el ruido de la calle en el silencio de la noche pero bien es cierto que está en el centro.

• Elena (9/5): Buen alojamiento para Santiago - La ubicación. La tranquilidad. El personal era muy amable y colaborativo nos ayudó en todo momento y nos dio buenas recomendaciones. Un spa que no te puedes perder sobretodo si vienes de hacer el camino. El baño era de cristal y se oía todo y la puerta no cerraba completamente.

Enorm hartverwarmend ! Echt Camiño spirit. Ik zou hier echt nog naar teruggaan. Niks! Ik heb een huisstofmijt allergie dus mss nog een beetje meer ontstoffen. Maar daar kunnen hun niks aan doen.

• Bill (9/5): - Fint og dejligt rum ligger meget centralt men lidt irriterende at der er glasdør til toilettet hvis man er lidt sippet. Man har ikke noget privatliv ud til toilettet da døren er i glas.

• María Lourdes Montserrat (9/5): Cerquita de la catedral, muy bonito. - Todo estuvo bien, me ayudaron mucho con la recepción de mi mochila, los colaboradores son súper lindos. Solamente que el día que me hospedé escuché en la calle mucho ruido de personas enfiestadas, que no me dejó dormir bien, pero fuera de esto todo estuvo espectacular.
