Most of the clients used the hotel with their families for a stay for plastic surgery, especially correction of noses - what is totally o.k. for me as a non-member of this target groop

- Marcus (6/5): An Expensive Mistake - The staff were professional. The room left a lot to be desired, considering the relatively high price point. There was no coffee machine or water boiler. The bed was very hard. The television was a non-smart TV, which is fine, however the television was mounted so high, that it's virtually impossible to hook a laptop or such up to it yourself. The floor in the shower is very slippery. The toilet roll is mounted straight in front of the shower, with no separator between, allowing the roll to get wet. Rather than having an opt-out system for room cleaning, you have to indicate to the staff that you do want your room cleaned, which is not something that's made clear upon check-in. As such, you may find yourself without clean towels, as a room for two only comes with two towels. The curtains don't block out light very well, so a nightmask is recommended.

- László (8/5): Ha újra megyek Tiranába, ide foglalok szállást - Jó helyen van, tiszta Két szobában voltunk. Az egyikben nem volt jó a páraelszívás, így vizes volt az ablak és csak 19 C-ra lehetett fűteni. Hiányzott a zuhany ajtó. Mnden más hibátlan volt. A személyzet kiemelten kedves!

- Jiří (9/5): Tirana skvělé bydlo - Uslužný recepční, výborná snídaně, pokoj čistý, pohodlný. 10 min pěšky směr centrum supermarket otevřený 7 dnů v týdnu, v něm i teplý koutek jak v česku v Olympii. Zastávka busu před hotelem. Všichni mě varovali, že se anglicky v Albánii nedomluvím, ale tady v tom hotelu mluví kromě uklízeček anglicky všichni :-) Není úplně u silnice, ale přesto je hluk projíždějících aut slyšet. Mě to nevadilo, snaše ano. Holt je to ve velkoměstě. Trošku obtížně se parkuje, ale recepční pochopil že si moc netroufám a briskně se nabídnul, že to za mě udělá, takže věřím , že by to nějak vyřešil, ikdyž by bylo parkovištátko hotelové plné.

- Daniel (9/5): Ugodan hotel, odlične lokacije i lijepog ambijenta. - Lokacija je super (blizu je centar grada, a odmah pored je autobusna stanica). Parking je u sklopu hotela što mnogo znači kada dođete autom. Sve je bilo uredno i čisto, a balkon je imao pogled na cijeli grad. Doručak je prihvatljiv. U kupaonici nam je nedostajao pokretni tuš (izuzev onog pored wc-a), a tuš kabina nam je propuštala vodu što je dovodilo do svakodnevne poplave u kupaoni.

Would not return - Strong wifi - Water went out for one day, then was cold water only for two days - Rooms were in need of repair (dirty floor, rust in bathroom, etc) - Poor sound insulation between rooms - could hear everything including a woman sobbing hysterically day and night - When I asked if I could get a refund for my final night if I left early, the staff told me yes. When I checked out, they changed their answer and told me I could get the refund only if I return to stay with them again. No thanks…

Even though we arrived at the hotel very early, they do their best for us to check in as early as possible. They let us have breakfast for free upon arrival. Room was clear and big enough to settle. You can park your motorbike in front of the hotel in the closed yard belongs to hotel.

- Tommy (8/5): Perfekt för en natt eller två för o besöka Tirana. - Hyfsad frukost, bra läge promenad avstånd till centrum, bra parkering, lätt att hitta hotellet. Trevlig personal. Grannens tupp gol flera gånger o väckte oss klockan fem på morgonen det var mindre bra.

- Majlinda Leka (5/5): Very disappointed. The payment does not match what is offered. - The hotel was clean and quiet. The location was good, close to the center and with facilities around. I am very disappointed with the reception. It was not the room I had booked. There were no towels or a blanket in the room. I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM and at 9:00 PM the towels came after I complained twice to the reception. I thank Emiljano, a kind guy who helped us fix the shower curtain. The bed was not a twin bed but small. The mattress was uncomfortable, I woke up with severe back pain. I hope the other rooms are not like this.
