- Christophe (6/5): - Arrivée sur place nous apprenons qu'ont nous a attribué un autre mobile home que celui réservé, ont nous annonce qu'il s'agit d'un surclassement, or après contrôle il est moins chers que elui que nous avons payé. Propreté plus que médiocre pour un camping 4 étoiles, une terrasse dégueulasse bourrée de toile d'araignées. Cela me fait mal aux c..... quand je sais que je paie un forfait de 90 euro pour le nettoyage lors de notre départ. Le plus beau, nous etions dans l'un des logement les plus cher de l'établissement et zero connection au WiFi, si je voulais du reseau pour travailler, j'aurais dû m'asseoir au milieux des allées du camping. Il ne devrais pas mettre en avant le fait d'avoir une connexion WiFi si elle est quasi inexistante...

- Michael (4/5): Hotel.de ist keine emfehlenswerte Seite - DIE Unterkunft war schön, ebenso der Campingplatz. Grausam war der Service von Hotel.com. Erst führt uns der mitgeschickte Link zu einem falschen Ort, obwohl der Name des Ortes im Link stimmte, dann waren es 230 statt 150 Euro Kaution und dann waren noch 90 Euro Endreinigung fällig, von denen uns Hotel.com nichts berichtet hat. Bei Ihnen werde ich nicht mehr buchen. Weiterempfehlen werde ich Sie auch nicht.

- david (10/5): Au top! - Très bon camping : tout type d'accueil (il y a meme une zone non textile si je ne m'abuse), une belle piscine familles chauffée, une piscine pour les petits, des toboggans et une piscine pour adultes (forme rectangulaire pour les nageurs. Par contre, elle n'est pas très chaude!), un service mutli-commerce (bar, pain, restaurant, materiels de premiere necessité, ...) . Parfaitement situé pour rayonner en Camargue, a coté d'un haras qui propose des balades a cheval (prix Camping, faut montrer le bracelet!). Les bungalows sont tout confort et neufs, propres, un kit d'arrivant pour le nettoyage, etc... . J'y reviendrais!!
- Christiane (10/5): - Schöner direkt am Meer gelegener Campingplatz. Sehr freindliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Bungalow nach einer langen Saison ( eir waren Ende Oktober da) schon etwas abgewohnt, Polster etc. Wird über Winter erneuert. Dafür sehr ruhig nur noch wenig Touristen . Pool gut beheizt auch hier sehr ruhig nie mehr als 10 Leute dort. Drnke aber, dass es in der Hochsaison sehr voll werden kann.

Restaurant für ein Bier oder Getränk OK ,Essen nicht besonders gut ( Rindfleisch zäh wie Leder. Schop ist OK für das Brot am morgen sonst muss man ins Dorf zum einkaufen. Vor zwei Jahren war es besser. Gebe eine Note 3.5 von 6. Schade!!

- Dominique (8/5): Bon séjour - Mobil home confortable et bien pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants : 2 chambres avec chacune SDB, Beaucoup de prises électriques. Piscine chauffée très appréciée pour nos petites-filles entre 2 averses! Restaurant sur place fermé ainsi que la supérette. On a regretté que la navette pour aller en ville ne fonctionne qu’en juillet et août.

- Gérard (10/5): Mobil-home Duo - Excellent séjour au Camping Le Clos du Rhône, très bien situé en bord de mer, suffisamment éloigné du centre ville des Saintes-Maries pour être tranquille. Les piscines sont au top. Dommage que le SPA et le restaurant soient fermés par manque de personnel. La propreté du mobil-home était correcte. Concernant le mobil-home Duo, il est bien aménagé pour deux personnes, le seul bémol, c'est la contenance très réduite du lave-vaisselle.

- FLEURY (8/5): - La proximité de la plage et l'accès facile à la piscine constituent des atouts très agréables. L'ambiance est calme et détendue. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Un seul point de réserve : l'exiguité du bungalow, ce qui peut sans doute être résolu en étant plus attentif lors de la réservation.

Je m'attendais a mieux pour notre première fois au camping L'État de la, piscine à revoir (du vert sur les bordures dans l'eau....) un jeu pour enfant qui ne fonctionne pas et cassé.. Nous avons téléchargé l'application pour suivre les activitées proposées, cela ne correspondait pas avec leur planning. Peu d'animations au mois de septembre, dommage car tout le monde ne peut pas partir juillet août (notre séjour était début septembre)

And the shower was a bit difficult to balance hot/cold. Super friendly place for families. Near the sea. Our daughter loved the pool area. We loved the fresh bread you could buy in the morning. Great location if you wish to explore Camargue or just spend time on the beach.

Ils faut donner des formations aux femmes de ménage pour les locations de mobile home et lodge...... Nous avons l'habitude de venir dans ce camping comme campeur.. Donc nous avons voulu essayé les locations. Un petit déçu.
- A&E&E (8/5): - Für uns war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir hatten 2 x Probleme mit dem Feuermelder, es wäre sicher gut, wenn das erklärt wird wie man diesen abschalten kann. Das war etwas mühsam, weil es so lange einen grossen Lärm machte. Alles andere fanden wir tiptop, guter Kaffee und Pain au Chocolat morgens!

It's on the beach and about a 30 min walk from town (along the beach) toilet and shower facilities good and clean ( although 1 block closed) adult pool lovely. Lodges back onto motor homes area where they like to get up early and slam doors, with a canvas wall you will hear it all

- Teresa (8/5): unica pecca: servizio wi-fi - Bel campeggio, ottima la sistemazione nelle case mobili. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Campeggio sul mare, adiacente un maneggio e a pochi km dal centro del paese. Unica pecca da noi riscontrata: assenza del wi-fi...o meglio, gestione della questione. Abbiamo pagato il servizio wi-fi per 3 giorni, ma non ha mai funzionato se non intorno alla reception; quando abbiamo fatto notare la cosa (già il primo giorno), c'è stato detto che non dipendeva da loro, di provare a chiamare il numero per l'assistenza (a pagamento). Abbiamo allora richiesto il rimborso e la rinuncia al servizio,ma ciò non è stato possibile perchè non è il camping a gestire questi "contratti" e non può dunque rimborsare (ma incassare si...). Nel complesso, comunque, il giudizio della struttura è positivo.

- Kim (10/5): Sunny stay at St Maries de la Mer - Lovely campsite near the beach at the end of the beach slightly away from the busy town, clean lodge and good facilities. We were disappointed by the small shop as it didnt sell very much at all so we found a Spar in St Maries de la Mer for our groceries. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

- Cyril (4/5): Un cauchemar - Ce camping ne mérite pas quatre étoiles, nous avons été très mal accueilli par l’accueil du camping, on vous donne un Plans, c’est à vous de vous débrouiller pour trouver votre bungalow aucun état des lieux est fait à l’arrivée et on vous impose d’en faire en partant. Aucune animation de la semaine, piscine non surveillés on vous dit que sur les deux piscines il y en a une de chauffé, ce qui est faux Le bermuda de bain est interdit mais personne pour faire appliquer cela. Côté sanitaire l’intérieur est impeccable le seul bémol c’est le personnel qui n’est pas du tout accueillant, quand vous prenez votre douche et que l’on vous passe la serpillière sur les pieds sous la porte à plusieurs reprises dans la semaine pour vous faire comprendre qu’il faut dégagé.
- Bernd (2/5): - Bei Ankunft wurde uns die Unterkunft verschmutzt übergeben. Insbesondere starke Verschmutzungen auf den Campingstühlen, -tisch. In der Duschwanne, rund ums Bett (z.B. Pflaster auf dem Boden). Wir haben alles mit Fotos dokumentiert. Es wurde dann auch eine Stunde nach Bezug schnell gereinigt. Wir haben dies dann - leider - akzeptiert. Es war dann aber immer noch nicht vollständig sauber. Bei der Abreise haben wir natürlich besenrein übergeben. Jedenfalls hat eine Mitarbeiterin der Anlage von "scandal" gesprochen und wollte uns die hinterlegte Kaution auf eine äußerst unfreundliche Art verweigern, Vlt. war in der Duschwanne noch leichte Verschmutzung sichtbar. Dies wurde beanstandet. Aber das hieße ja, dass die Wanne lediglich von uns geputzt wird, nicht jedoch einer Desinfektion durch die reguläre Zimmerreinigung unterliegt. Sehr fragwürdig. Abgesehen von der miserablen Übersetzung ins Deutsche was denn bei der Abreise zu tun sei. Jedenfalls haben wir die Unterkunft sauberer übergeben, als bei der Anreise. Nach einigem hin und her haben wir die Kaution dann doch erhalten. Insgesamt aber ein sehr unerfreuliches Erlebnis.
