Willy Vos (7/5): - Er hingen nogal wat spinnenwebben, dus de schoonmaak kon beter. En het duurde enorm lang voor er warm water uit de kraan kwam. Verder een prima locatie en mooi accommodatie. Uitgebreide keuken voorzien van alle benodigde apparatuur.

Harmen (8/5): Goede plek voor wintersport in Kaprun - Appartement Josef is simpel maar netjes. Genoeg ruimte voor 2 personen. 5 minuten lopen van de accommodatie naar de piste. 15 minuten lopen naar het dorp Kaprun (stijle weg!) Het systeem zonder host werkt prima omdat de informatievoorziening goed was. Het balkon met uitzicht op de bergen, het dorp en de 3K lift is top. Het appartement was schoon genoeg maar dit kon beter. Parkeren is wat krap maar goed te doen.

Sergiu (10/5): Amazing place in Kaprun - The location and the view over Kaprun and mountains are amazing. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. A nice furniture and a spacious dining room. We enjoined very much staying there for a week. The Hotel is 300m away from the ski piste. Our host was nice and friendly, very helpful when needed (even if we did't meet them in person). We had a very stressful neighbor (lady) who would come knocking on our door every day and tell us that we were talking too loudly and that our children could be heard playing and laughing. Even though it was 6:00 PM or 10:00 PM, she was always at our door and also at the door of other neighbors, to make observations that she could hear us all. I should mention that we didn't have parties and we didn't have music, we just sat around the table in a civilized manner and talked. It seems that the walls are not very well insulated, although we didn't have a problem hearing children crying or people talking next to us. What can I say, bad luck for us :)

Lara (9/5): - Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Zwar ging unsere Schlüsselkarte bei der Anreise nicht, aber es wurde sich direkt und schnell drum gekümmert, sodass wir in die Unterkunft konnten. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber schön eingerichtet und total ausreichend für zwei Personen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist super und der Blick auf die Berge sehr schön. Der Pool ist auch super und wird sauber gehalten. Man kann dort schön liegen und entspannen. Leider war eine Dame die sich um die Zimmer kümmert etwas unfreundlich zu uns, da es ein Missverständnis mit dem Ersatzschlüssel gab (den wir erhalten haben, weil unsere Schlüsselkarte am ersten Tag nicht funktionierte). Hier hätte man auch freundlicher agieren können, allerdings alles nichts, was uns den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft verdorben hat :)

Bence (7/5): Johann: 3 bathrooms but don't use them at the same time! - Epic views, well equipped kitchen with a small bar. Friendly hosts and easy keycard pickup. We had a great experience spoiled by a large amount of small things This review is about the penthouse apartment for many people. 1 door card for a 12 bed apartment is a challenge for sure. Why are there 3 bathrooms if there's not enough water pressure to use 2 of them at the same time? The toilet didn't flush with enough water and waste was floating on top so we had to flush 3-4 times with extra paper to get rid of it. Fire alarm went off after making breakfast with no reason. Waste separation guide would have been nice for non-austrian guests. There was not enough seats in the main area for all of us, chairs needed to be moved around even at occupancy of 9. Lighting and switches were confusing there were at least 8 light switches that didn't do anything and lighting was not well done. Some places too bright some places too dark. The pictures don't tell the whole story about all the beds. There are random beds in corridors and the living room loft. There's just 3 bedrooms, 2 of them having bunk beds and double. There should be more places to hang ski clothes instead of wardrobes. Barely enough space for that with the occupancy of 9, let alone full.

Benjamin (8/5): - The location was great, first ski slope were just meters away, the appartement was good but few things could be improved such as the kitchen equipment, it was a bit limit for 7 persons When we arrived, we had only the key of the appartement that was in a key box. The badge giving access to the sauna and the ski local was missing, and we had to get it ourselves to the office which was in the village.
Hani Murei (6/5): - كانت عملية تسجيل الدخول صعبة بعض الشيء. بعد وصولي انتظرتُ أكثر من ساعتين وأنا أحاول التواصل عبر Booking من خلال الاتصال والمراسلة، لكن لم أتلقَّ أي رد. لاحقًا، وبمحض الصدفة، صادفتُ أحد المقيمين في السكن، وكان لطفه كبيرًا حيث تواصل مع الشخص المسؤول وبقي معنا في الجو البارد إلى أن تمكّنا من معرفة رمز الدخول إلى الصندوق الذي يحتوي على مفتاح الباب، وله جزيل الشكر على تعاونه. في اليوم التالي تواصل معي المسؤول بخصوص عدم دفع رسوم موقف السيارة، مع العلم أن عملية الدفع لم اعلم لم تتم لكن لقد انتبه لم تتم المصادقة لكن اتصالي لم ينتبه وشكرا

Esther (8/5): - De accommodatie is van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is gunstig t.o.v de maiskogellift. De accommodatie is in potentie prima, maar op kleine details is verbetering mogelijk. De kraan in de keuken hangt helemaal los. Eén lampje van de afzuigkap is stuk. In de badkamer zijn veel spinnen te vinden. De accommodatie ligt van de weg af en is in het donker niet verlicht, vanaf de straat is geen huisnummer te lezen waardoor de accommodatie in het donker moeilijk te vinden is. Ben je op zoek naar een huis waar je contact hebt met de eigenaren, dan moet je hier niet zijn. Alles wordt op afstand geregeld en dan ook nog een met AI.

Für die vermieteten Appartments sind die Parkplätze viel zu wenig und sehr klein. Wenn man mit 6 oder mehr Personen anreist ist die Anzahl der Parkplätze nicht ausreichend. Andere Möglichkeiten ein Fahrzeug abzustellen gibt es in der Nähe nicht würde deshalb nicht mehr buchen.

Anders (8/5): Jättefint boende, synd att servicen inte uppfyllde förväntningarna. - Jag gillade det fina läget med utsikten mot bergen och poolen. Bastun var fräsch och mycket uppskattad efter våra vandringar. Incheckningen fungerade inte bra. 24-7 support online fungerade inte, ingen svarade när vi sökte kontakt på telefonnumret. Jag blev tvungen att störa andra lägenheter och fråga var och hur nyckeln kunde fås. De andra boende visade var värd/kontaktpersonen bodde så att vi skulle kunna få vår nyckel, vi ankom ca 21:00. Senare så blev vi själva störda av 2 st andra nya gäster som inte heller kunde få ut sin nyckel till boendet.

Alexey (9/5): Superb - Good apartments, good view, everything needed. Sauna and drying room downstairs. Dedicated parking plot for each apartment You can hear the neighbours if they are noisy. The light in the bathroom is sensor, so in the night we have to use socks to cover it :)
Clara Louise (8/5): Fint sted at bo - Meget fint sted med udendørsareal og pool. Det er tilladt at tage hund med. Der var et meget fint lille køkken med diverse køkkenredskaber til at lave noget mad. Lejligheden var meget rentholdt.
Spyridon (7/5): Good - The location and the surrounding of the area was very nice In the main bedroom, there was a window on the rooftop without any curtains. That caused a huge issue as the sun was coming inside the room from 0600 in the morning. We asked the landlord to find a way to rectify the problem. instead of that they just put a red towel which made things even worse as the sun was coming in red....although we have contacted the landlord we didn't get any satisfactory reply.

Niklas (6/5): - Der Check-In mittels Keybox (den Code erhält man per E-Mail) ist zwar unkompliziert, dennoch würde man sich hin und wieder über einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner vor Ort freuen. Der Zustand der einzelnen Möbel und der Küche waren teilweise fragwürdig (Türklinke im WC fiel ab, Geländer sehr wackelig, Schranktüren in der Küche waren auch nicht richtig montiert, Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse war nur mit handwerklichem Geschick verwendbar und hatte Löcher,..). Die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna sind leider auch nicht vorteilhaft (16 - 19:30 Uhr) und können auch nicht geändert werden. Sehr schön sind allerdings der erfrischende Pool und die ausgesprochen schöne Lage der Unterkunft.

Anneke (9/5): Beautiful apartment with stunning view and pool - The property was very clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the view from the property is stunning. The pool was amazing to have! A real treat. It’s a lovely property and very convenient. Lots of space in the flat for 4. The lights in the bathroom were by a sensor. The light only stayed on for a minute and didn’t reach the shower. So when in the shower the lights would go off and you had to open the shower door and wave your arms around. The shower door was also a little bit broken (the seal) so the floor for very wet. It would be handy to have another mirror outside the bathroom and some hooks around the bedroom.

Kristína (9/5): Superb - Very lovely accommodation, cosy, clean and woth wonderful view. Also, almost no people were there so we enjoy a lot of privacy. Only in one appartment (Thomas) the insulation in shower is poorly made and water was all over the floor. Also, I would appreciatr more towels which can be used separately for sauna and separately for shower.
