• Carmen (3/5): - Price Sink was clogged, asked staff to fix it. Did not happen. Disgusting to wash hands or teeth due to it. Location, area was not good for families specially during night.
• Víctor (4/5): Las habitaciones no son lo que parecen - El hotel tiene buena ubicación, cerca del centro histórico. Aunque la zona no se ve muy segura. Funciona para una estadía muy corta, donde solo vas a bañarte y dormir una noche. La habitación no se parece en nada a la de la foto cuando hice la reserva. Tenia las paredes sucias, muebles improvisados, partes de la pared sin pintar o dañadas, no había donde enchufar equipos cerca de la cama, no tenía ventilación ni iluminación alguna: cero ventanas.

• Johann (2/5): Sehr schlecht - Nichts Die Lage und das Umfeld waren Katastrophal.Die meisten Gäste waren Laufkundschaften , weil es ein Stunden Hotel ist.Ich finde es für eine Frechheit dieses Hotel überhaupt über Booking zu vermittelt. Die Umgebung riecht nach Urin und es ist absolut Vermüllt.

• Karina Renata (8/5): Bueno - Centrico, camas cómodad, estaba limpio, la empleada del turno nocturno muy amable, nos recibieron con nuestros yorkies. Los cuartos están muy juntos, paredes delgadas y se escucha todo, por eso no pudimos descansar bien.

• Noe (1/5): NO ES UN LUGAR FAMILIAR - Las instalaciones estaban de acuerdo a la imagen La zona muy sucia y peligrosa. El lugar no deberia ser Hotel, deberia ser Motel ya que entraban y salían demasiadas "chicas" en todo momento. No es un para que se considere un ligar familiar. Uno no se siente seguro y debe estar encerrado en su habitacion para evitar que los niños puedan ver, que exactamente afuera de Hotel estan estas chicas y pasan a la recepción donde cobran a sus acompañante con los que entran. No regresaría jamás a ese lugar.

Unfortunately a tick bit me in the other room. Good water pressure. Hot water. Room service. Staff printed documents for me. Ticks & noise!

En las imágenes la habitación que me dieron no aparecía en las galerías. El personal fue amable y me atendió bien pero definitivamente las instalaciones que tenía mi habitación eran terribles.
• Fabiola (3/5): Pésimo lugar - Tuve donde pasar la noche...y si no hubiera sido tan noche hubiera buscado otro lugar Es muy sucio ...un motel es mejor que este sitio....super chiquito ...las sábanas y toallas...olían mal y estaban percudida...no hay ventilación...las paredes tienen salitre la tele no funcionaba....el control y la llave parecen sacadas del bote la basura....y la ubicación aunque es céntrica había trabajadores sexual es al salir y montones de basura....el agua a un principio salio amarilla....insegura la puerta de entrada ...tenias que manobriar para entrar pues esta la cama pegadisima al entrar......pésimo....no lo recomiendo!!

• Anai (8/5): - No hay muchas opciones de comida Alos alrededores solo hasta el centro aunque caminando está a unos 20 min el hotel está limpio y cómodo
• Daniela (1/5): Horrible - Nada Eso es un prostíbulo no un hotel, mala imagen, el olor horrible a la entrada,lleno de mujeres que se dedican a la prostitución, fui con 2 menores y fue una horrible experiencia para ellas ya que se metian al hotel con sus clientes no lo recomiendo, la puerta de la habitación ni servía. Que miedo lo tuve que abandonar y reservar en otro hotel.

• Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - The room was spacious and had air conditioning . When the windows were closed, it was quiet from the busy road. The staff was friendly and helpful with how to get around Puebla. Comfortable beds and pillows and we had big fluffy bath towels and a hand towel. OXXO nearby to get bottled water and we enjoyed breakfast at Verde Corazón several times, just a 5 minute walk.

No.cubren el estacionamiento las 24 hrs solo de las 19 hrs a las 9 hrs el resto hay que pagar $20 por hora. Total decepción, creo que no es un hotel que debería de estar en esta plataforma.

• Nicolet (9/5): Good value - Big, clean spacious bedroom. I think the hotel is recently renovated, the room and bathroom all looked new. Nice shower, a 10 Minute walk to zócalo. Daily cleaning and fresh towels if you want. Good value for money! The hotel does not offer breakfast, which is fine. But a little fridge or some coffee and tea facilities would be nice. There is an Oxxo at the corner.

• Gabriele (1/5): Not pleasant. - large bed, good wifi There was no hot water for 2 days (probably longer-as we left on a second day). We told this to the staff few times on a first day they acted surprised everytime. On the second day they said that they have a problem and they will call an engineer. Very very old bed sheets, it had holes in some parts. Our room was on the first floor, no sound proof, very noisy at day and night, you can hear absolutely everything from the outside and the reception area.

The shower has plenty of really hot water and the pressure is great. Short walk to everywhere you might want to visit. Huge market within minutes and 30 seconds to OXXO. Nice, friendly staff. My room, 202 was noisy at 0400 hrs. I preferred my previous room, room 201.

• Sarah (10/5): Immaculate, quiet, comfortable and superb value for money. - I stayed in this hotel 7 years ago when it was brand new….it still feels as new. The rooms are spacious, the beds are super comfortable and the shower has great pressure (and very hot water). This hotel is immaculate and I would say it’s the best bang for your buck. Helpful staff, great location and very quiet. If I were to come to Puebla again I would stay here without a doubt. Everything was perfect.

Way too strong a smell and if youre sensitive to scents, be advised. Other than that a good hotel for the price.

• Nodarse (8/5): The room, though small, was immaculately clean and well maintained. - The location is only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Zócalo plaza and other important sites are all walkable. The hotel is very clean. They leave the doors open of the vacant rooms, so I could see that all the rooms were clean and tidy, not just mine. The street it is located on is run-down and ugly, but it's a safe area. At night, the street and those near it become a total ghost town. Totally empty. But the good thing about that is that it is extremely quiet at night, so no street noise will keep you from sleeping. They don't serve breakfast, and you will have to walk a while to find a restaurant that does. However, there is an Oxxo convenience store on the corner. I would buy coffee and muffins there in the morning and take it back to the hotel.

• Richard (5/5): An affordable stay in central Puebla. - Staff couldn't speak English at all, however they were willing to try and communicate (unlike other hotels we stayed in) and we used our phone translator. They were always pleasant and happy to see us. The rooms were very affordable and spacious. Location was very good and central. No AC. It was very hot in Puebla at the time. The hotel is used 'by the hour' if you get me and whilst i didn't see any of this, some of my group did. Though no issues and I guess 'each to their own' as we say, but that might put off people so be aware of this. Didn't bother me really.

No nos quería abrir la puerta, no tienen estacionamiento, y la pensión que te ofrecen nunca nos abrió, dejamos el auto e frente y el tipo de la recepción nos dijo que estaría al pe diente de el auto, a la mañana siguiente encontramos el auto con La chapa violada y nos robaron nuestras pertenencias de el auto. Y en. Recepción obviamente no se hizo responsable.

En general no lo recomiendo, sé que es un precio económico, pero al mismo costo se pueden conseguir mejores habitaciones

• JUAN P (8/5): It was ok for me. - The fresh market in the block behind, and the niceness of their staff makes it worth. It's located nearby the historical district. My room didn't have any window and people outside can be loud. I guess they have other rooms, so once you are assigned a room check whether you like it and change it if necessary.
