- Katrin (9/5): Sehr schöne und großzügige Anlage mit kleineren Mängeln. - Sehr großzügig und schön angelegt, viel Privatsphäre. Schöner Spa-Bereich mit großem Indoor Pool. Personal sehr freundlich Zimmer war eiskalt und ausgekühlt vom Winter. Dadurch mufften die Stoffmöbel und das Zimmer insgesamt. Heizung wurde nur auf Nachfrage an- und zwischenzeitlich wieder abgeschaltet. Sehr schlechtes WLan.

The warm welcome upon arrival immediately set the tone, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. The hotel strikes the perfect balance in size — small enough to offer personal attention, yet never intrusive. The staff were attentive, thoughtful, and always available when needed without ever being overbearing. The facilities were exceptional. The spa and pools are beautifully designed and truly relaxing, offering a perfect escape. A special mention goes to the bartender at the cocktail bar, who crafted delicious drinks with unique, creative twists — easily some of the best cocktails we’ve had. One detail that really stood out was the breakfast package prepared for us on our early departure day. It was such a thoughtful touch and showed a level of care that goes above and beyond. For us, this is exactly how a hotel should be: personal, high-quality, and genuinely guest-focused. We would return without hesitation.

Some of the staff, particularly guy at reception in the Spa area and some ladies at breakfast give you feeling they do not want to be there. Man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten (Indoor-Outdoor Pool, Fitness, Wellness) Personal ausnahmslos freundlich! Es wird von fast jedem deutsch gesprochen. Sehr gemütliche Bar für den Abend. - Nicole (6/5): - Das Hotel ist mit 5 Sternen beschrieben und bepreist und muss sich daran messen- hier erfüllt man nicht die Erwartungen. Auf der Habenseite: das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, in sehr gepflegter Anlage und weitab des Trubels. Leider sind kulinarischen Möglichkeiten vor Ort vorallem 5 Sterne bepreist- aber die Leistung stimmt nicht. Am ersten Abend servierte man uns ein Entrecote dass alle Garstufen in einem aufwies, von grau und sehr durch bis tief rot und very rare. Der angepriesene BBQ Abend präsentierte ein all you can eat Buffet dass man in 4 Sterne Hotels jeden Abend bekommt- für 64€ pro Nase völlig überteuert. Im Hotel selber ist die Klimanlage sehr laut, und auch nach Zimmerwechsel wechselweise defekt oder falsch eingestellt. Hier muss man fairerweise erwähnen, dass das Personal sehr bemüht war Abhilfe zu schaffen- als letzte Rettung mit einer Flasche Sekt. Als negatives Highlight fiel die vergessene zimmerreinigung und die telefonische Anfrage am letzten Abend wann man denn auschecken werde auf. Wenn man die Erwartung einer spanischen 5Sterne auf internationale 3,5Sterne Bewertung reduziert, ist das Erlebnis wohl realistischer Hervorzuheben ist das in großen Teilen sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

Beyond the usual practice of reserving sun loungers, this escalated into physical scuffles at the buffet and grill. This not only reflects an absurd sense of entitlement and very low standard of conduct, but was also practically ludicrous given the very good quality and wide selection of food on offer. For a five-star hotel of such standing, it is disconcerting that such behavior is tolerated, and it ultimately leaves one with a sense of repulsion unworthy of an establishment of this category.

- Brett (8/5): - First and foremost, the staff are what make this property worth the stay. They are excellent, friendly and welcoming. The location is remote, so for a quiet getaway it is ideal. The views from each restaurant are amazing. The food, while delicious, is a little on the bland side. I suppose I expected Spanish spiciness and instead got German bland. Not bad but not exceptional. That said, it was well prepared, i.e. cooked perfectly just didn’t hit the taste notes I was hoping for. The olives though…damn they are good. Pool decking was suspect and the pool is not heated so definitely a little chilly after the temps dip at night. Rooms are spacious, immaculate and well appointed. The parking is a long walk; in fact you will walk quite a bit which is great for fitness but fair warning if you need assistance (they do have golf carts). Traveling as a single it felt more like a couples/group retreat with little in the way of socialising amongst groups. Bring your friends (and a car) to get the most out of it. Lastly, I didn’t do the spa because the time allotted for a massage at 45 minutes seemed odd and no options for longer were really available. Dissappointing.

Sängen och gardiner var inte i ordningställd på kvällen och det var förvånande på ett 5-stjärnigt hotel. Lugn och fin stämning och trivsamt att sitta på uteplatsen till rummet och bara njuta av stillheten och några vildgetter. Mycket fint spa med hamam och inomhuspool, nyttjade poolen inomhus för att komma in svalkan en stund. Vi firade ett viktigt jubileum och fick en trevlig överraskning - tack.

- Heinz Willi (10/5): Wohlfühlen im warsten Sinn !! - Wir waren bezaubert über die Natur die dieses Hotel umgibt, das Ambiente war wunderschön, sowie die Freundlichkeit im Umfeld. Ihrem Koch kann ich nur mein höchstens Lob aussprechen, jedes Gericht war ein Höhepunkt. Besonders möchte ich erwähnen, dass eine im Service tätige Person (Paula) durch Ihre Freundlichkeit und Präsenz ein wunderschönes Gefühl des Wohlbefinden geschaffen hat. Nochmal herzlichen Dank dafür. Ich kann Ihr Haus nur empfehlen und hoffe es mal wieder zu Ihnen zu schaffen. - Kees (9/5): Heim auf Mallorca - Ruime kamers, prachtig zwembad, vriendelijke medewerkers, ruim opgezette locatie in de natuur. Het doet hier en daar wat steriel aan. Meer Duits dan Spaans. Met een Duitse eigenaar een veel Duitse gasten niet verrassend, maar iets minder strak zou het goed doen.
- Laetitia (8/5): - Le lieu est isolé (nécessité d un véhicule), au calme et magnifique. Les équipements de l hôtel sont de qualités. Il manque d animations ( tout en conservant le statut de l hôtel). Par exemple: une séance de yoga est proposée 2x semaine. Les séances étaient complètes. Pourquoi ne pas proposer cette animation plus de 2x par semaine puisque la demande est présente. Vu l isolement de l hôtel, je pense que des activités dirigées de qualités devraient être proposés aux clients. Les restaurants de l hôtel sont très chers pour les prestations servies ( 85€ pour une entrecôte/ 150€ pour 2 pour un buffet barbecue) Les repas sont très bons mais ne Justifient pas ces tarifs. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est pauvre et les aliments proposés restent les mêmes durant toute la semaine. Ce dernier est mal agencé. Un service à la carte est proposé et est très bon.

- emmanuelle (5/5): Hôtel agréable mais 2 gros points négatifs très regrettables pour un 5* - Etablissement au calme dans la nature. Bon petit déjeuner. Mais des points négatifs. 1/ Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel le 1er soir et là, surprise, des énormes cafards (5/6 cm de long) couraient sur la terrasse extérieure (nous en avons vu 6 en tout). Il y en a même un qui a sauté dans les cheveux de ma fille ! autant dire que nous n'avons plus jamais mangé au restaurant de l'hotel ! 2/ Au petit déj, on nous a dit que les tables étaient pour 2 personnes (c'était des tables pour 4) et qu'on ne pouvait pas être 3 au cas où quelqu'un passerait avec sa valise, cela pourrait entraver le passage ! Je déplore vraiment cela, car pour 7 jours, j'avais réservé 2 suites (moi même et mes 2 filles - montant total 6500 €) et on nous a donc interdit de prendre le petit déj dehors en plein mois d'aout ! nous avons donc été obligées de le prendre tous les matins à l'intérieur ! je n'ai jamais vu cela... C'est vraiment regrettable pour un 5* avec en prime des cafards le soir au restaurant !

Das landschaftlich wunderschön gelegene Hotel ist für Erholungsuchende ein Traum. Das Personal ist in ihrer Freundlichkeit kaum zu toppen. Wir werden garantiert wiederkommen.

Breakfasts were excellent, theres a good choice of buffet options or the a la carte which is good too We drove around a lot as the hotel is a little tucked away and remote. However the nearest small town Arta is 10 mins away by car. Good restaurants are all a drive away... Service was excellent and staff friendly Massages are only 45 mins.. its a bit rushed. 60 mins is ideal
