• Oratile (9/5): Lovely rooms and great fascilities - The included breakfast was great! The location was a bit off but only the surroundings were dodgy otherwise the property was well secured. Room was perfect for staying and the lighting was brilliant. We only noticed that there is a spa and gym at breakfast, they could do more to promote those facilities. Also add a smaller nyana microwave in the room.

I love that they promptly return your lost stuff Maybe add family rooms? Parents travel with their young kinds who can’t sleep in their separate rooms! Add more pools? And some warm ones? Thanx it was deep summer.

• Luckson (6/5): Moderately good but need to improve on issues highligted above - Breakfast was alright, but must consider provision of dinner because sometimes guests arrive late afternoon or evening and expect to get dinner at the hotel, TV facility was good, provision of a safe and aircon was good. The location was not all that good, preferred something a little further from the bustle and hustle of town activities. I was expecting a room with; a door to the toilets, shower caps, the shower gel of 500ml because sometimes there is need to bath twice a day.
