- Fredline (10/5): I really enjoy my stay here. It was a good relaxing vacation. I did had a problem when I arrive with the door handle be - I enjoy everything. I’m also enjoy the fact that It had a pool and somewhere for me to chill and relax. I also enjoy that everything was close by and the beach was really a 5 to 4 minute walk. I didn’t have no problems at all the only small problem that I had was when the first apartment that I went to the door it was kind of jam and my room door was broken but other than that, I really did enjoy my vacation and I will be coming back in the summer

As I didn't plan to spend much time in the room anyway, I didn't book for luxury. I was pleasantly surprised at how the room was extremely clean, very spacious and comfortable, good location and a gracious host who was always prepared to answer any questions I had. Wifi could have been a bit stronger but was sufficient for my needs.

Everything you need is right there: beach is 2 blocks, many restaurants, coffee house, gift stores, mini market, wallgreens - all within blocks. Its a cute property that they are obviously working on to make even better. The apartment was great, spacious, and very clean. It is a bit dated and I wish there had been more blankets as the one thin comforter wasn’t enough but otherwise it was great!

Arrived late at night to find an unsecure faulty door with a huge open gap! The place was INFESTED with flies and mosquitos and ineffective air conditioning. The beds looked clean from afar but at closer inspection flies everywhere. The soft furnishings looked like a crime scene! The management rocketstay took absolutely no responsibility when I said the place was not safe or sanitary for my young family to stay. Complete lack of awareness and passed the buck to bookings.com. Completely inhabitable and nothing like the pictures… False advertising at its finest. Save yourself the countless emails back and forward and book somewhere else! It was absolutely gross in every possible way

The little pool and deck areas could use a makeover. Our room was almost completely done over which was nice. However the carpet in our bedrooms were old and almost sticky feeling. I assume they would be done at some point and that they were redoing room piece by piece.

The apartment was very large and comfortable. The outside grounds are very special with lots of tropical plantings and the pool was nicely heated and clean. Parking was very close to our apartment. Management was very quick to respond when we had a couple of questions. The apartment came with a very small amount of bathroom toiletries and only one dishwasher packet, for our four day booking and it was not clear if we could request additional products.

I wouldn't allow the kids to sit on the couch or chairs, they were stained and unclean. If we had to have stayed longer than 1 night, we wouldn't have stayed.

- Colleen (8/5): It was nice. - The pool is great! I like that you are close to a wallgreens and walking distance to beach and restaurants. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. And I wish we would have been given new towels each day or every other day. The walls are thin, we heard two different neighbors clearly having sex. And there were so many people smoking outside their unites. It wasn’t very enjoyable to walk out the door and smell smoke all day.

- MamaSeeley (2/5): DON’T DO IT! - AWFUL! This place was disgusting and not at all as advertised! Unfortunately my family (myself, husband and 2 kids) arrived at this “resort” after 20 hours of driving and even as tired as we were, we knew we couldn’t stay there. There was leftover food on the floor and a noodle stuck to the wall. The bed sheets had stains all over them and the toilet didn’t flush. Not to mention the neighborhood didn’t seem safe at all. We went to Pompano Beach around Christmas so we ended up spending a fortune trying to find places to stay because nothing was available at that point. I have been fighting with this company for a refund for a week now and they are refusing to give my money back. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
- Holly (10/5): Can’t wait to stay again! - This is my new favorite hotel in pompano! Me and my partner travel down here every few months and have tried multiple apartment like hotels, and most are okay but this place is our new go to. You do need to go into this thinking it’s like an air bnb vs a hotel. Cleaning and stocking is handled by an outside service. The rooms were so clean everything was like new, having a full kitchen and full size fridge was fantastic. Each unit had central air and its own tv! The pool was heated which was a nice surprise, as I didn’t see that mentioned anywhere. Both times we went to the pool it was empty for a good portion of our time there. There is no front desk or onsite service, which I didn’t mind. Like I said go into it think air bnb. But if you do need more towels or toilet paper just send them a text and let them know what you need they will bring it for you the next day. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to stay agian Literally nothing bc I can’t wait to go back

The tiny little shampoo, conditioner, body wash tubes were useless for a 3 night stay. You should provide one tube of each per day if you are going to give such tiny tubes. I went to Wallgreen's to purchase proper products.

- Michael (7/5): Will stay there again - I liked everything about the property except what I will say below The carpets in the rooms are filthy. They need to be cleaned immediately. It is the only thing holding back this place. I've been there twice in a month and it's the same thing in both units I stayed. I politely have expressed this to management. I hope they address it. It's fairly easy to see if you go in the unit. Everything else is perfect, but it is one important issue that needs to be addressed.

- Rosalie (10/5): Clean, comfortable, great location - The location was excellent, close to the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. Complete privacy, the owner kept you updated and provided all information needed before check in, and check up during stay to ensure all is going well. Everything was good. If staying in that area I would definitely stay here again.
- Scott (2/5): - Comunicated with staff that room had issues and staff notified me that they would move us to our next room on the first floor room without any issues. I clearly communicated with the staff that I was not sure why my reservation was split into two sections but it should be just be one. Staff advised me that they made notes and they would be no issues. Here's where the story turns South we go out and come back to our room to which we cannot get into now. Call the staff and they were extremely unhelpful zero out of 10 Stars and explain to me that I would need to make another $200 safety deposit before I can get back into my room where all of my belongings are, and demanding that the deposit be paid before they will regrant acess to the room that already had a safety depisit on. I do not, and will never recomend this place to anyone. 0/10
- Sandra (9/5): Overall it was good. we enjoyed the heated pool and the beach was very close. - The apartment was clean and looked renewed. Also i liked the location near to the beach. The elevator wasn’t working and we have a baby so, we had to take of the baby staff up and downstairs every time as we were in the 3rd floor. Additionally, the kitchen utensils weren’t enough, specially the pans to cook.

Called to report that my room next door had loud noises and smoking weed and then it came trough the vents and seem like it didn’t matter but a few days it calm down after I complained several times! Also could not sleep at night time due to the furnace sound being loud and was not quite called to report it ! Why we was out they came back and the team told us it was normal! So I just said ok i highly recommend to check ur room before u settle in if ur staying here i ask for a small compassionate and was ignored!

So bad it actually woke me up out of a dead sleep. We tried to spend as little time in the room as possible. Our room was definitely not the one pictured. Judging by the other reviews & the price I paid, this is about what I expected. We were only in town for three nights so we toughed it out. Location was good.
- biancafX918AN (2/5): Horrible - My elderly parents who flew 27 hours to get to Florida were not only stuck in the elevator twice, but the front door to the unit requires a code and keyless entry. This entry code has left them stranded outside the unit in the dark late at night without access to life saving medications, and no on site maintenance team able to be readily available for emergencies such as these. They were given a code to another unit to sit and wait for 2/3 hours, as per instructions by the “management company” making it 9pm! My parents are of age and this level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is undeniable. There are policies in place and future guests should be made aware that not only is this place unsafe, it’s also very misleading! Please don’t book unless you understand you might have to deal with these issues or need easy access due to health or age.

Very tropical foliage! The elevator was being serviced And I understand they need maintenance so it’s done before the season starts. It’s only a four story building as every floor has its own story.

- Peter (10/5): Tropical Paradise with an amazing Pool - I absolutely loved the pool nestled within the tropical landscape. The beds were comfy too! Tranquil setting away from the crowd. I stumbled on this gem since my preference in Delray Beach was booked but this was an easy drive to Delray Beach.The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Comes with a kitchenette too which I found useful. An older property but I really like this place and will certainly return.

- Andrea (10/5): Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment 3 min walk to the beach. - The apartment was clean and same as advertised. We enjoyed the greenery of the environment. The property has adequate parking space for their guests.

- Grégory (8/5): Un bon rapport qualité prix - L’appartement était très bien situé et très propre. L’équipe de ménage et le gardien très réactif. Petit bémol sur les ustensiles, nous étions 6 et seulement 4 grandes assiettes, pas de passoire et peu de casseroles adaptées pour 6 personnes

- Crystal (10/5): Great location and property! - This is our second time staying at this property. The location is perfect - minutes from the beach, the marina, shopping and restaurants. The property itself is quiet, clean and offers many amenities. The host is easily accessible and responds quickly. We travel to the area several times a year and will definitely book this property again.

- Emmanuelle (8/5): Very convenient easy beach and highway access, will visit again! - I love the landscape extremely nice patio to sit out and enjoy but still be shaded. Walking distance to the beach and local strip of restaurants. The bed was a bit soft for me but I prefer very firm mattress personal opinion.
