Everything was perfect, from the lovely persons at the reception to the impeccable cleanliness of the room. The location is wonderful as well. I also booked a massage session, and I can say it was done very professionally, and the massage therapist was very kind. I was on a business trip this time, but I will definitely come back to fully enjoy the hotel and spa experience.

Рядом находятся магазины и большое количество красивых пляжей, что делает отдых особенно комфортным и насыщенным. Отдельно хочется отметить приветливый и внимательный персонал — всегда готовы помочь и создать приятную атмосферу для гостей. Также большим плюсом является наличие крытой парковки для автомобилей. Завтраки здесь просто замечательные: вкусные, разнообразные и подаются как на открытой, так и на закрытой террасе с прекрасным видом. Это именно тот отель, в который хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

Piscina coperta e SPA ( per un paio d’ore al giorno) su prenotazione. Colazione abbastanza ridotta, il buffer veniva rimpiazzato con fatica . Camera piccolina ma una super terrazza.

Eierspeisen extra wirkt kleinlich. Das Service-Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe. Kissen und Matratzen vom Billigsten. Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren anfänglich etwas reserviert.

- Ksenia (9/5): Nice hotel with Spa - It is not new but well-kept property, with its charm, very conveniently located and with good spa. I recommend it and will return. Breakfast was rather minimal and hectic in terms of service, can be improved (even if will result in increased daily rate, I would not mind). Also, the Spa operation hours are a bit weird. They work until 8 pm but they don’t give this time to clients fully, when in other places and until 8 means you can stay there until 8. Here, they start to clean and to push you out at 7:40 pm so they can go home at 8. But this should be communicated and official working hours changed accordingly so guests can plan their day. I saw disappointed faces of people who arrived after 7 pm and were pushed out at 7:45 not being able to enjoy it even for a full hour (were charged fully though). It’s a shame and unprofessional to do that to people, just inform them that you close service earlier. Also, didn’t like the massage. I paid for deep tissue and despite my several requests to do it stronger, it continues to be very soft basically I got relaxing massage for deep tissue price. I still loved SPA area though. Just be aware.

Stavo meglio a casa - La spa era talmente affollata che si poteva stare solo in piedi (no lettini,no spazio in sauna o bagnoturco).Siamo usciti dopo 10 minuti. Il materasso in un 4 stelle dovrebbe essere di qualità almeno con un topper valido é imbarazzante ci siano 2 lettini accoppiati. 2 lettini in una Suite é imbarazzante. La colazione all'italiana va benissimo ma alle ore 9 di domenica non possono essere già terminate le brioches o la possibilità di una colazione dolce. In un Hotel 4 stelle non si può attendere che il buffet venga riassortito dopo che tutto é terminato. Ci sono standard che un 4 stelle dovrebbe garantire. Hotel 4 stelle ma più vicino ad un 2 stelle. Il personale della Reception é molto carino e gentile ma é proprio la gestione dell'hotel che fa acqua. . . La pulizia delle camere appena sufficiente, polvere ovunque. Si percepisce molta trascuratezza ed é un vero peccato perché una villa del 700 merita più amore e attenzione.

La habitación amplia y confortable con un baño nuevo, muchas almohadas ,batas etc.que tenga Spa y parking en el edificio.Personal muy atento y buen desayuno. Muy próximo a Portofino y con varios medios de transporte. Decoración de los espacios comunes muy antigua, le falta renovar. El parking 38€ la noche es caro. Detalles como vasos de plástico en las habitaciones que tenía que usar uno dentro de otro porque sino se rompen y la falta de shampoo ,aunque solo son detalles le baja el nivel. Por último aunque el baño era nuevo y muy lindo la ducha era de tamaño mínimo, del tipo redonda contra un rincón del baño,por lo menos en la Suite que nos tocó a nosotros.
- volguy (10/5): A great stay in Santa Margherita Ligure - I booked the junior suite with spa room on their website. The room size along with the bathroom is bigger than anything I have had in Europe. The bathroom is very large with marble land large shower. The windows in the main room open to a garden view as well as a view of all the surrounding hills. The breakfast buffet is great with many typical continental offerings. The spa is absolutely amazing and you have to reserve each day as they limit the total in the spa to 4 to 5 couples. After hiking Cinque Terre for 3 days it was much needed and appreciated. This is a great place to stay for the value and right in the middle of everything to see but still quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

- Milan (4/5): - The Hotel is located in the town centre which is really fantastic. However, the children younger than 12 years old, can’t use their swimming pool and spa which makes your stay complicated if you come with family. Breakfast options are pretty poor, even espresso is not properly done. The personnel is ok, they speak all major languages so this part is really great. My recommendation for the management is to spend slightly more money on maintenance and improvement of the hotel - it will pays off very well. It wouldn’t require huge increases in spending, but would make things much better for the guests. Thanks very much.
