• Annetta (1/5): Nie polecam - fatalny hotel, nieprzyjemne wrażenie - Hotel fatalny, wspólną łazienka, nieprzyjemne stare wnętrza. Nieprzyjemne wrażenia ogólne. Śniadanie fatalne - to jakaś kpina. Dwa kawałki ciasta , kawa herbata. Brak chociażby jajecznicy, a w tej cenie powinno być porządne śniadanie. Brudne drzwi, latami nieczyszczone, niedoczyszczone wnętrza. Po jednej nocy natychmiast szukałam innego hotelu.

• Daniela (8/5): - Sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und Gastgeber. Es gab ein reichhaltiges italienisches Frühstück. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und bietet vom Zimmer einen fantastischem Ausblick über die Stadt. Den Lärm der Stadt hört man ein bisschen. Ich bin eher lärmempfindlich, habe aber mit Ohrstöpseln sehr gut geschlafen.
• michela (7/5): b& b pulito e in buona posizione per visitare genova a piedi - il B& b è in ottima posizione per visitare Genova, peccato solo che al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che ci avessero destinato non una camera del b& b al sesto piano ma un miniappartamento posto al primo piano. Il mini appartamento era molto pulito, ma molto basic nell'arredamento e le finestre affacciavano tutte sull'interno del palazzo.

• Judith Jantzen (10/5): - Sehr süßes B&B in einer richtig guten Lage. Die Besitzer sind super nett und das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht. Wir konnten in der gleichen Straße einen öffentlichen Parkplatz finden und zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war auch toll :) Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

Все пространство занимают две кровати и шумный водный кондиционер, который больше шумел, чем охлаждал. Ужасный вид из окна нашего номера во внутренний двор. Не комфортно было пользоваться общим туалетом и ванной на два номера. Очень бедный завтрак.

• Anna Noemi (10/5): Deliziosa stanza in B&B con vista sulla città - Abbiamo soggiornato in una deliziosa camera stile vintage, bagno spazioso, tv, bollitore in camera. Gentilissimi e molto disponibili i proprietari dell'appartamento. Quartiere silenzioso e tranquillo, molto bella la vista dalla terrazza sulla città. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, Piazza della vittoria, la zona dello shopping, ecc., sia a piedi facendo le scalette che in ascensore (direttamente su via XX settembre).Raggiungibile in poco tempo anche via Garibaldi e la zona del porto antico. Onestamente niente. Potrebbe essere utile avere a disposizione prodotti confezionati monoporzione senza latte e senza glutine (biscotti, brioche, fette biscottate...) per un'offerta maggiormente inclusiva.

• Cristina (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato, con il mio compagno, per la notte di Capodanno, in questa struttura. I proprietari delle persone veramente squisite, cordiali e gentilissimi. Ci è piaciuta la comodità della posizione del condominio (facilmente raggiungibile in auto) in cui c’era il nostro appartamento e la sua grandezza. Ritorneremo sicuramente! Siamo stati veramente molto bene.

La posizione è ideale: centrale, comoda e ben collegata, che permette di raggiungere facilmente sia il centro città che le altre zone di Genova. La vista dal sesto piano è spettacolare, con una panoramica mozzafiato su tutta la città. Un’esperienza fantastica!

• Kathy (9/5): - Very nice house, and very nice couple that owns the house. They were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. It wasn't in the middle of the city, but it was close to a bus that takes you everywhere, and it was only a very pleasant 15-20 minute walk to most of the big areas of town. Thankfully there is a big elevator nearby which means you aren't hiking all the hills to get to and from the B&B. Fortunately there is an elevator in the building as well! The house is on a hill and has a beautiful deck overlooking the city, the sunrise and the moonrise.

La camera che ci era stata assegnata non aveva il bagno in camera, ma prenotando con anticipo (non è stato purtroppo questo il caso) avrei potuto disporre di una delle altre camere con bagno. Quindi consiglio di prenotare con anticipo.

Byliśmy tam z zona chyba trzy noce. Zdziwiło nas to że po tym czymś co nazywa sie śniadaniem zostaliśmy wyproszeni. Jak wlasciciel twierdził obiekt otwiera sie ponownie po godzinie 14- tej !!!. Tak było codziennie

Ubicación muy buena La habitación muy bien, grande, confortable. El baño muy grande y limpio. Estuvimos muy agusto, lo unico por indicar algo, depende de la hora y dia que vayas, la misma calle, donde se debe de aparcar nos costo un poco. Asi como encontrar el alojamiento. Pensabamos que se veria pasando con el coche, pero es un edificio normal, donde se encuentra el mismo hotel en una de las plantas de este.

Śniadanie urozmaicone, pyszne tarty i ciastka plus coś dla osób lubiących Europejskie śniadanie. Widok z balkonu zabierający dech w piersi! Poprostu WOW, polecam i na pewno tam wrócę, dziękuję za przemiły pobyt Klimatyzacja słabo działała :(

Abbiamo preso la multa per il parcheggio (vedi sotto) ma il signore della reception è stato davvero un Gran Signore, ancora grazie!!!! I due cagnolini meravigliosi 💚 A mio parere personale, da migliorare la colazione. Parcheggi: occhio a non prendere multe: le strisce blu non sono come in tutte le città, fatevi spiegare bene la differenza tra isola blu e isola azzurra. La pedana di legno nella doccia,no!

The room was rather small and the noise from the shared bathroom, other doors and upstairs neighbour travels quite well. • sienik (5/5): Für eine Nacht okay - Das Personal ist sehr nett, spricht allerdings nur italienisch. Keine andere Sprache. - um die Haustür herein zu kommen, muss man immer klingeln, damit wollen die Tür geöffnet wird. - Klimaanlage gibt es nur in den Zimmern und nur als mobile Klimageräte. D.h. die Fenster müssen für den Abluftschlauch geöffnet bleiben, was bei über 30 Grad das Klimagerät überfordert. Es war also viel zu heiß in den Zimmern. - das Frühstück ist eher spartanisch. Kein Käse, keine Wurst, nicht viel Brot. Nur süße Fertigprodukte vom Supermarkt. Der Kaffee war allerdings sehr lecker.
• Nellikode (9/5): A charming B&B run by a wonderful elderly couple, offering spotless rooms, stunning views - The panoramic views from the room and terrace were absolutely breathtaking—perfect for watching the city and harbor unfold below. The elderly hosts were lovely and personable, offering warm hospitality and making you feel right at home. The tasty buffet breakfast, generously offered and well-prepared, set a great tone for the day I think its a unique place and we cannot expect hotel kind of facilities. We felt like home and had emotional attachment which is difficult to explain

• Denise (8/5): Parfait pour une nuit dans un appartement "super classe" - Dans un bel immeuble, appartement magnifique d'un autre temps, retour aux belles années des meubles cossus et des nappes en tissu brodé. Les hôtes sont charmants et attentionnés. La chambre et la salle de bain sont d'une propreté impeccable. Vue superbe sur Gênes. Le petit déjeuner est plus que correct et à volonté. Emplacement parfait pour la visite de Gênes. La climatisation à roulettes est vraiment bruyante pour la laisser lorsque l'on dort.
• Maurane (10/5): Inoubliable - Des hôtes très gentils et attentionnés, très arrangeant, un vrai plaisir d'être allée dans cet hôtel très bien placé avec une vue magnifique sur toute la ville et la mer !
• Yana (8/5): Хозяева — замечательные, вид на город превосходный! Удобное расположение - остались очень довольны! Хозяева — замечательные, очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Помогали сориентироваться в городе, подсказали, куда лучше сходить и как добраться. Номера чистые, уютные, уборка проводилась каждый день. С террасы открывается потрясающий вид — ради него точно стоит вернуться! Завтраки — континентальные, горячих блюд не было, выбор не слишком большой, но кофе очень вкусный. В целом впечатления самые приятные. Спасибо за гостеприимство! добавить разнообразия на завтраки.

• Lisa Pinciroli (8/5): - La zona della colazione è molto graziosa, seppur piccola è molto ben tenuta e fornita; il suo allestimento cattura subito l'occhio. Colazione buona, le brioches ci sono piaciute molto. Il proprietario è gentile. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato era pulito a fondo e accogliente. Penso che torneremo se dovessimo fare un altro viaggio a Genova. L'unica nota infelice è la difficoltà di trovare un parcheggio, data la posizione (vantaggiosa per altri fattori) del B&B.

Ottima l'accoglienza, personale molto disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Colazione buona e varia in un luogo accogliente. Lo consigliamo

• Mirko (10/5): Straordinario - Conosco BeB Bruxelles Margherita da 20 anni e non hanno mai deluso le aspettative. Ambiente pulito, accogliente, stanze super comode, wifi gratuito, colazione super senza alcuna restrizione, personale straordinario in tutto. Una famiglia che non fa sentirti lontano da casa. Grazieeeee.

• Cintia (7/5): For one night - Hi! The hotel room is big and with bath! (If you reserve a big room with bathroom). Its not too far aways from the center! The parking took a long time! They havent got parking place! They say that that reserve for you but you should long wait if a car goes! The reception on the 6th floor and you cant alwaya use the lift! The breakfast wasnt too much , some croiassant and cereals!
