Nice shared kitchen and dining area with breakfast and drinks. All good! It was hard to find the front door until I bothered to watch the helpful video they provided!!!!

- Reinhard (7/5): Die Unterkunft und Genua sind einen Aufenthalt wert. - Die Unterkunft ist ca. 250 m vom U Bahnhof Darsena entfernt und liegt im Altstadtviertel Maddalena. Das sehr kleine Zimmer hat eine moderne Grundausstattung mit Bett, Waschbecken, WC, Dusche. Außerdem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Tisch, Stühlen,Kühlschrank, Espressomschine. Von der Straße ist kaum etwas zu hören. Platzsparende Schiebetüren. Für Schrank, Tisch und Stuhl ist im Zimmer selbst ebenfalls kein Platz. Wirklich störend waren aber nur einige Gäste, die sich bei offener Tür um 7 Uhr morgens laut unterhielten.

Wybraliśmy opcje na 5 piętrze z możliwością wyjścia na taras (skąd również mogliśmy podziwiać całą panoramę miasta i port). Odbiór kluczy przebiegł bez żadnych problemów. Możliwość zostawienia bagaży co ułatwia zwiedzanie przed zameldowaniem bądź po pobycie. Polecamy z całego serca.

- AZZURRA (10/5): Assolutamente consigliata - L’acquario si trova praticamente al di là della strada, come anche il parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura. È situata nel centro storico, in cui si trovano tutti i servizi necessari a due passi, e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. Sull’accoglienza niente da dire, ottima, come anche la pulizia della camera. La colazione non è inclusa, ma c’è una stanza con microonde, macchina del caffè, e il necessario per un’ottima accoglienza (thè, qualcosa per la colazione, frutta, marmellata…)

Facile de garer la voiture dans le parking payant (avec.tarif spécial de l'hotel, 24€ pour 24h), qui est à 3 minutes à pieds. Nous avons eu une jolie chambre plutôt grande au 5ème étage, avec accès à la terrasse, calme et agréable. Juste quelques détails de la chambre mais rien d'important

- Borovsca (4/5): - В номере было нормально и удобная кровать Апартаменты не стоят своих денег ,на фото букинге казалось современный ремонт стильно и приятно,но в реальности все очень странное,в номере нет воды ,чтобы попить стояла плохо пахнущаяя из под крана, видно что хозяин экономит на всем и еще был неприятный момент когда делала регистрацию попросила вызвать такси в центр ,мне помогли и вышли сомной на улицу ,что то сказал таксисту и я позже поняла ,что я иностранка и ничего не понимаю (((((Таксист взял с меня практически вдвое оплату за маршрут которым я ездила много раз мелочь ,но это не приятно такое отношение персонала .А и еще заявляют,что это центр ,но это не совсем так это возле порта.

- Gaia Valeria (9/5): A due passi dal porto Antico. - Struttura a due passi dal porto antico, in una posizione davvero strategica e conveniente per raggiungere e vistare Genova. Camere ben arredate, pulite e curate. Ho soggiornato più volte nella struttura e il mio feedback è sempre stato positivo. Staff accogliente e sempre pronto a rispondere alle necessità che ho avuto. Nonostante non sia inclusa la colazione c’è un angolo dedicato alla ristorazione dove si può trovare un po’ di tutto dalla frutta, al latte, al caffè, alle brioche, alle fette biscottate ed altro ancora che sicuramente ti fanno sentire coccolato e non è scontato. - Greta (10/5): Genova in due passi - Camera elegante e spaziosa dotata di tutti i comfort, personale molto gentile, ma il punto di maggior forza è la posizione, centralissima, permette di raggiungere qualsiasi attrazione genovese in pochissimo tempo. Consiglio vivamente!

- Michelle (7/5): Great location and an interesting place to stay. - Location and an interesting building. It was very quiet. Wifi did not work, beds were more firm than we like. However, the hosts gave us extra pillows.

- Lucia (10/5): Ottima esperienza - Posizione perfetta per visitare sia il porto che il centro. Camera splendida, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. C’era anche una saletta per la colazione di cui non abbiamo usufruito perhè ci eravamo organizzati diversamente, ma era molto accogliente e ben fornita.

- Kseniya (10/5): Всё отлично, спасибо! - Здравствуйте! Хорошие апартаменты, чисто, есть холодильник и кондиционер, убирали каждый день, владелец всегда на связи, если какие-то вопросы. Есть общая кухня с кофе, чаем и снеками, это очень мило и приятно. Немного шумно с улицы, но всё равно спалось отлично, да и беруши можно использовать) Также рекомендую иметь с собой тапочки или носочки, так как на полу плитка, в межсезонье ногам прохладно по полу топать) Спасибо вам!

Ottima la disponibilità della cucina per la colazione Ottima la pulizia della stanza se proprio proprio devo trovare un difetto, poco spazio di appoggio in bagno per tre donne

- Saliaj (10/5): - Posizione tattica vicino al porto antico, vicino all’acquario, alla città dei bambini e ragazzi, alla lanterna, al “matitone” e per addentrarsi poi nelle vie e nelle piazze più rinomate. Noi, abbiamo visitato anche Boccadasse prendendo un autobus in via Dante, molto comodo! Tutto consigliato
