- Cletus (7/5): - It was a great for the price. I was satisfied. The room should had heat turned on once it was booked and confirmed. The office closing time of 10pm is not fair for travellers.
- Ronald (5/5): We will not stay again unfortunately. - Was clean Incredibly noisy. Between person staying above us and the trains every hour, didn’t get a good sleep at all.
- Carly (5/5): It’s ok if you need a place to stay. - Pet friendly but with a fee. It’s an old building and walls are paper thin so it can be very loud. The towels provided are very old, thin and crispy and the staff are not keen to provide you with any additional towels.

Got lucky tv was on the channel needed for World series. See above . made a mistake. Place was quite good, pizza on site. And conveiance store and fuel stn next door. Over all not bad. But c above.

- Lisa (6/5): - Fine for what it was. Nice little pizza and snack place onsite plus a modern pub with live music next door. Clean and bug free with the bathroom remodelled nicely. Older beds/bedding/towels but clean so totally fine. Not sound proof. We were okay and just heard footsteps but our neighbours said people were up late and being very loud above them and that kept them up. Maybe they could have called and complained to help matters. I suggest a designated smoking area away from the building as the smoke maybe blew into our suite causing a bit of a smell. Really nice hosts when we arrived and the place (exterior) is more charming than the photos -kept clean with lots of nice plants/flowers outside.

- Rebecca (4/5): - Langham hotel is your only choice for the area unless you want to drive to Saskatoon. The beds and mattress are very old hard and stained. The pillows were old dingy grey and old. I didn't mind the room was Hodge podge together and improvement were trying to be made but they have to invest in new mattress, bedding and pillows. The cover blanket looked and felt like something out of the war. The room was clean!

While some of the shelves and storage had shown wear overall it was fine. The walls are a bit thin so when our neighbour showered it sounded like water dripping in our suite. The wifi was a bit touch and go but worked fine for our needs.

- Cmyers (8/5): Meh 🤷♀️ - It is dated but clean. They are pet friendly. The onsite pizza place was pretty good too. Nice that we could sign into Netflix or prime. Very light blankets on the bed so I was cold most of the night. And, by no fault of the hotel, a group of people came back from the neighboring bar around midnight to the room above us to party. Since it is an older hotel and less insulated, we could hear their stomps, drops, and muffled laughter until well after 3am.

It's an older Motel, so while Aesthetically renovated, the mattresses are older Motel style (hard and springy) and the walls are paper thin. - Jeremy (8/5): 8/10 Would Stay Here Again. - Stayed in #111 wifi was non existent despite getting it from outside, need to install an external antenna for wifi signal that can reach all units with ease. The bar thats less than 20' from the end units could keep a fella or fellette awake til the wee hours however despite being soundproofed you can still hear it slightly. Other than that, the clerk was incredible to deal with, cheap rates that requires no deposit and can pay with cash or debit card. Definitely more user friendly for those on a budget. 8/10 will stay here again. Only because of the non existent wifi.

- Lindsay (4/5): - When we got to room there were dead bugs in the window sill, poop in the toilette , hair in the shower and the room had a bad smell. I was not going to complain as it was the only room available in the Saskatoon area for that day.
