- anna (8/5): - Clean and comfortable hotel with a parking and a cozy backyard. There is no elevator, which might be important for some guests, there is a railroad nearby and the passing by trains cause some inconvinience.

They will ask for room key when you go outside the hotel. Which is weird. Difficult to find hotel location.

And non of the services were so satisfying to be happy with. No good WiFi, not much clean rooms, no much facilities, very less breakfast options. THE MISTAKE HERE IS OF BOOKING.com for providing WRONG information and spoiling my vacation time

They need to be more friendly in their services to clients or gue - It’s clean and spacious No basic hotel room facilities such as Coffee/tea. The electric kettle is filled with moulds, not clean. It’s right 100 meters to train rack thereby constant noise from train..can’t sleep due to locomotive(train)noise. The WiFi service is appalling-struggled the whole time to connect. A day to our last day there, it went off till the following day we checked out.

- Sergio (7/5): Good - Good location for a short stay from/to airport - very convenient for our transfer next morning to Gudauri. A couple of nice restaurants nearby. Noise from trains were waking us up during the night - railway is just by the hotel. Toilet smelled - humidity.

Breakfast - THE MAIN minus of the property. in the photos it looks like a buffet breakfast BUT it doesn’t so, you have some dishes like egg and small pancakes. 3. Staff or don’t know English or pretend so 4. Were problems with hot water. 5. Most of all I disliked breakfasts. We paid more than average price and didn’t get what is described (buffet and “free choice” like on the photos)

The hotel is clean, breakfast is good, free parking available. The location of the hotel is very good, 5-7 minutes to the center, also there is bus station near.

- Mohsen (7/5): Not ideal choice for me - New building - Room we booked smelled very bad and we had to change it - No ELEVATOR, not suitable for elderly, No wheelchair access ??? - receptionist was tough with us for leaving time, gave us 10 min after 12pm ???. Beggist international hotels gives at least 1 hour extra. Keep this in mind if you sleep late, otherwise they will charge you EXTRA NIGHT.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply when we arrived and also the next day. The hotel fixed it pretty fast - chapeau for the quick work. The breakfast had very small choice and tastewise wasn't that pleasant. Regarding the rating of the breakfast I expected much more. The staff was helpful even though not all of them seemed to enjoy interacting their guests - a pitty as the owners are really nice and helpful guys :)
