Worth the 10-15 minutes walk to be in quiet on our cute bungalow! Please clean the pool! We were there 4 nights and tried to enjoy the pool area but the bottom and ladder were super gooey!

Rooms are very big and each one has it's own balcony with bench outside. Amazing value for money. Need to clean room more often. Beside that everything is great :))

Pool as seen in the pictures was not able to be used and the shower in our room was only very cold water. The lady on reception kindly let me use the shower of an empty room which was much appreciated! Thank you!!

- Mahoney (9/5): Superb - The property was beautiful and had the most gorgeous bathroom. The rooms are individual hut like apartments and the resort has a lovely swimming pool. Had to move due to air con breaking night 1. When moved lights didn’t work in the second room. Air con isn’t the best. The floor was filthy, walking on it for 5 minutes turned feet black.

Nice It misses a full body mirror. It could do some refurbishing, but nothing major- it would just give off better impression

It’s a bit far out from the centre so about a 15/20 minute walk, I’d recommend getting a bike. The pool was a bit green and dirty looking so we decided not the get in it but others were still swimming in it.

Immersed in the countryside yet not a long walk into the main town/walking street (we did not need to hire a bike). Comfy bed, clean room and lovely en-suite bathroom. Aircon was so cold- exactly what we needed after a very hot day. Excellent value for money

It claimed to be a B&B but we saw no evidence of breakfast, there was no water point and could not get tea or coffee from what we could tell and I am not sure the receptionist understood when I asked. The pool did not look clean so we did not use it.

Last minute cancellation. - They sent us a message on the same day confirming our stay and when we arrive at the hostel, around 4pm, they tell us that actually our room is not available. They did a mistake and overbooked. Moreover, they didn’t canceled it through booking.com, neither sent us a message - which would have been the least they could do - because they didn’t want to receive any charges from booking. So we find ourselves having to find another solution on the last minute, after a 4 hours trip. Thankfully it was low season and we managed to find something else on our own. So if you want to make sure your reservation is well made, avoid this place.

- ศิรลีฬหา (10/5): Wonderful - This hotel is wonderful. The staff were very considerate when I forgot my key in the room. He drove from his house to bring the spare key. The bed is soft and comfortable and there is also a fat black Labrador dog that is very cute and friendly.
- Fernweh27 (8/5): Not what we expected for being so pricey. Underwhelming. - The room was massive, so lots of space for 2 people. Located relatively close to some eating places, but like 20 mins walk to the main street. That wasn't so bad. We also had a scooter so this was not a problem. For the price, we expected some cleaning service. There was none. We also didn't use the pool because it was really dirty. The area around the property wasn't well maintained either, so we didn't find it relaxing. The staff doesn't speak English so it was very difficult getting help with stuff, for example they said they provide laundry service or something to that effect, but we ended up having to take our laundry to town because we couldn't figure out who to talk to about it. No on spoke English, or understood what was going on.

But the labrador really needs to lose weight 😢 If you have a scooter the location is fine, it’s not that far too walk but if I would go again I would choose something more central (unless you like it reallt quiet) We got a room just by the pool and it got very noisy and light early in the morning, I think we were just unlucky. Could probably have changed if we wanted to.

- Vincent (3/5): The owner is a fraud and a liar. - Large room with large bathrooms and separate toilet. The owner turned out to be the worst!! Don't go here! On the day of our arrival we arrived around 7PM, (soaked to the bone from an insane rain and thunderstorm we encountered on our scooter) and were told that he didn't have our room with a double bed available, so we got a room with 2 single beds. Not a big deal, but still, a reservation is a reservation, right? He then told us we could only pay cash, and that there was a 400THB deposit. Again, not a problem, but he didn't have the 28 THB he had to return us! How does he not have money if everyone pays cash? We obviously decided he could keep the 28 THB. Our stay itself was fine. The rooms are big and so is the bathroom, with a separate toilet. The main light switch however is in the far end of the room, a little inconvenient when you come in late when it's dark. Also, although the rooms have nice high ceilings, the curtains only close the lower two third, so much light comes in, especially from the lights that hang outside your door on your patio that you cannot switch off. AC unit is good and there is a big refrigerator but it wasn't yet plugged in when we arrived.. But then, at 11AM on the morning of our checkout, the owner didn't have the 400 THB deposit to give back to us, and said that he had to go get it. It would take 15 minutes, tops. Somewhat surprised and offended, we then decided to grab coffee elsewhere in the meanwhile. No big deal. (Not knowing that that would be the last we would see of him.) Another guest however, who also didn't receive his 400 THB deposit plus 350 THB the owner owed him, explained that he was on a tight schedule and decided to stay since he needed to return a rental and catch a bus. When we got back 45 minutes later at 11:45, we found the same guest waiting for his money. A very friendly female co-worker then called her boss multiple times and eventually yelled in Thai to the owner that he had to come to fix his stuff.

We ordered breakfast in the morning and it was ridiculous, soggy toasts mixed with a little amount of scrambled eggs and fruits all together. They didn't have any coffee either. It can't be called a bed and breakfast and have that for a breakfast. Also, we asked the breakfast early for 8am cause we had a trekking organised and they gave us issues for that as well. When we complained they told us to go to another hotel. The swimming pool wasn't nice either.

- Artur (8/5): Nice, quiet and comfortable stay. - Good attention from staff. Room spacious and clean, with free water and clean bathroom and toilet (they are separate, which for me was good). Ac working perfectly. Area is really quiet and each room is like a small Bungalow with a porch in front of the door. It is about 15 minutes walking from the center of Pai though, so keep this in mind if you're using public transport. I had scooter so for me it was ideal. Swimming pool was simply not usable. Water was very green and a lot of trash inside (like leaves, branches, dead insects). They did clean it on the second day of my stay in the afternoon, but it was too late to use it. Water was not changed though. So if you're booking it for the pool, don't!
- Blake (4/5): Bed as solid as a rock. The place needs some love - Pretty cool accommodation and area. Quiet and peaceful. Worst bed I’ve slept on in a while. Firm as a rock. Pool was grubby full of tadpoles so wasn’t keen to swim in there.

- ศิรลีฬหา (10/5): The dogs of this hotel are very cute. - I really like this hotel. The receptionist gave me good help. The room was clean and large. Inside the hotel there were many shady trees. There is a very cute big black Labrador retriever. I've stayed in many hotels in Pai but this hotel is the best. -
