- Valter (6/5): - O site do hotel não é claro ao reservarmos, dificultando a visualização do que pretendíamos e o que realmente contratamos. Pensamos ter reservado um quarto com cozinha e encontramos um quarto pequeno, sem cozinha, sem frigobar e com um banheiro minúsculo, com o box de banho muito pequeno, dificultando a mobilidade. Se não fossemos de estatura de média para baixa, dificilmente conseguiríamos tomar banho. Ainda o mais agravante é que no meio da banho a luz se apaga e é preciso abrir o box para reacender. O café da manhã é bom, mas as poucas frutas oferecidas são mal cortadas.

- Vickie (10/5): - Spotless property with comfortable rooms. All you need while traveling. Restaurant onsite was very good and staff friendly and willing to help. Parking plentiful and no extra charge.
- Kimberley (10/5): - Very friendly and funny check in, very nice room and comfortable beds. Our shower was in good shape, although small (room 055). It is wand type shower and the hose on the wand was positioned so that it would point only at one of the walls. We could not place the wand so that it would flow towards the center of the shower. Temperature was easy to control with great water pressure and volume. The bathroom light is only activated by motion- there is no on/off switch. The result is when we used the bathroom during the night, it was like walking into a light bulb - very bright. And it remains on for a while when you go back to bed. The restaurant service and food were great. We would stay there again.

Dommage de gâcher l'expérience client à l'arrivée et au départ en faisant payer la consigne à bagage, un service pourtant offert par la plupart des autres hôtels. Décevant pour un hôtel 3 étoiles.

- Danielle (8/5): - De omgeving is geweldig, bedenk wel dat het hotel bij een drukke weg ligt (aan de andere kant van het riviertje op de foto). Dit verrastte mij. Het zwembad was klein, maar leuk voor de kinderen om even te zwemmen . Een aantal van de personeelsleden van het restaurant deden leuk met onze kinderen. Zoals ze hun handtekening laten zetten onder de bon en hun naam roepen als ze ze zagen. Fijn dat er op loopafstand supermarkten zijn. Wat tegenviel was dus de drukke weg, het uitzicht en soms te weinig parkeerplaatsen.

- Janet (8/5): - This hotel is a very easy 5 minute walk from the train station. I think we were the only Americans staying there which is always a bonus in my mind. It was a national holiday when we stayed so there were lots of Germans staying there. It would have been nice to have a room overlooking the river instead of the parking lot and road which could be a bit noisy. The room was very simple but adequate. There were robes, slippers and towels available in the room for use in the pool area. The bathroom was very small with a tiny shower. I couldn't open the door all the way because it hit the heated towel rack. I really liked the hotel staff...very friendly. I enjoyed the pool and sauna in the wellness area after a long rainy day hiking.

- Joyce (10/5): - I was traveling with my husband, daughter and college bond granddaughter…we all agreed this was our favorite hotel on our trip. Our balcony faced the river and the mountains. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty selections. Everyone enjoyed their dinner in the restaurant the night we arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

We were looking forward to this stay but honestly it wasn’t worth the money. Again, this was not a budget price, we paid lots of money and felt like we was staying at at motel in terms of service/attention. Hotel was clean. The « king » bed is two twin beds put together. Staff was no help, not very welcoming or warm. Only recommendation for restaurant was their own hotel restaurant. No help outside of this.

- Jessica (10/5): - This property was perfect for my family’s stay in Berchtesgaden . The staff was friendly, the restaurant has great menu options and delicious meals, the breakfast was included and the room was very clean and the bathroom was modern and updated. The beds were also very comfortable and we slept well! The pool area was also very clean, and the in-door water temperature was comfortable and our kids very much enjoyed splashing in the pool. Unfortunately it rained our entire time here so I can’t speak to the views of the mountains from the hotel, but we did take a boat trip on Lake Königssee which was beautiful despite the rain. Highly recommend this hotel and the surrounding areas, and my family hopes to visit again in the summertime.

- Andrew (10/5): - My three night stay was wonderful. The breakfast had everything and more. The dining at hotel was very good and excellent service. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Great location to bus station and train station. Do a couple hikes, recommend Grunstein and Jenner.

Breakfast was included and exceeded our expectations. The pool/sauna was a nice attribute. Parking was a big plus. Very close to the bus station which was great.

- Winnie (8/5): Good location and nice view - The location is good, right on river bank. The breakfast is nice with pretty view of the river and old town. The staffs are very helpful. My husband forgot his 2 jackets in the wodrob. We found out afterwards and called the property. Front desk staff Ludwig found the jackets and sent them to our hotel in Frankfurt. The only issue we had is our room on top floor, which is the attic. Half of the room is under slanted roof and very low. We had to bend our body to walk around the room. Both me and my husband hitted the roof on heads, and really hurt for days. In my opinion, these room is onky suitable for one person, not two.

- Steven (10/5): - The rooms were big with a nice balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good and there was a great assortment of breakfast choices. We were only there two nights, but would love to have stayed longer.
- MIN FERN (6/5): - Location is near train station and bus stop. However parking space is limited. Breakfast spread is good and delicious.
- Scott (10/5): Germany 2024 - Friendly Staff, very clean rooms and lovely breakfast to include very close to transport and Zentrum.
- Andrew (10/5): - A great choice for my short stay in Berchesgarten. Close to railway station which was very convenient for me. A short walk into the main area of town which has plenty of dining options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was closed during my stay other than for breakfast (which was excellent).
- Julie (10/5): Peaceful friendly hotel - Lovely hotel . Great reception staff , clean room overlooking beautiful blue river . Breakfast good choice . Bus 2 mins walk to go up the mountain.

- David (2/5): - A snow storm prevented us from staying at the hotel. We sent an email to the hotel stating we we we stranded in Frankfurt and requested to cancel our stay. They stated we were stuck and must pay. Take our travel insurance if you book here.
- Paul (8/5): Many things to like. - There are many things to like. My single room was larger than at some other German hotels. I liked the idea of a "living room" in the hotel with a coffee machine for the evenings. Very convenient for the railway station, bus station and grocery stores. Left luggage is in a locked cupboard which is a better arrangement than some hotels. The things I didn't like were that the in-room safe was not large enough for a laptop. Also there is no a/c, no in-room kettle or in-room coffee maker.
- Yara (4/5): - Hotel was not as described, dated and right on a river that was raging when we were there. Glad we had not young kids with us. The room was super understated and did not look at all as pictured...was one of our worse stays, way overpriced
- Danuse (10/5): - The rooms are on the smaller size, but clean. Parking is a bit tricky with the construction in the area. Breakfast choices are great!

- Kelly (10/5): - This may be the most underrated hotel in the town. It’s very pretty, directly across from the bus station, and has a great breakfast included.

- david (8/5): - I'd recommend that the parking issue be addresses sooner than later. It be nice to give the hotel an excellent rating, but the parking issue and the staff's "meh" attitude about it is discouraging. We had parking when we arrived, however we arrived early and the staff did not offer early check in. So, we went to see some sites. On return, we had to double park and leave the keys at the desk.
- Erin (10/5): - Everything was perfect! The room was so nice, the staff so kind, I’m sorry I forgot the young ladies names at check in, very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Definitely will be back!

- Nada (10/5): Perfection with hospitality - It was such a refreshing pleasure to stay at this super clean and beautiful place. The staff was mdl. attentive, courteous and friendly. They went beyond helpful and kind. Have never ever encountered that. Wird’s can’t convey how they went beyond to help us. We came eurh an injured person and they immediately called their friend, a doctor to come and evaluate her injuries and went out if their way to accommodate us in every way. Note the injuries were not experienced here rather happened in Munich on our way here. I can’t thank them enough so warm and compassionate!!! Recommend the facility it’s gorgeous and relaxing

- Carol (10/5): - We loved this hotel and spent three nights here with our grandsons. We had a spacious apartment with a balcony, two bedrooms and kitchen. We rarely used the kitchen due to the amazing breakfast offered by the hotel. Kids loved the indoor swimming pool. And I forgot to mention the gorgeous views we had from our balcony. Perfect stay.
- Tamara (10/5): - Beautiful little hotel along the River. Front desk was amazing. The only drawback for us was no fan or a/c and it got a bit warm, but great stay nonetheless!

- Kevin (2/5): - I stayed in Room 003. It was a small cramped space that could barely fit our luggage. It was the size of a closet. The restroom was so small that the shower door couldn’t open fully because it hit the sink…and the toilet was right against the sink on the other side. There was no air conditioning anywhere in the property. Our room was so hot, humid and tiny that it was a miserable experience. Our three day stay there put everyone in a foul mood and ruined our whole three week trip. Don’t make that mistake.

- Daniel (10/5): Perfect as base for hiking holiday - Great place and location. We stayed in the apartment block which is two doors down from the hotel itself. Very central and great views from balcony. Staff were great. Breakfast was exactly as hoped even though the hotel was quiet at the time. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience.
- John (10/5): Great Hotel Well Situated for Day Trips - The hotel was very well positioned for quick trips into the beautiful surrounds. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond when my lovely wife twisted her ankle somewhat, bringing ice packs to us as required. The bathroom was a little small, but clean and fully functional (this is the only "negative" I can think of!).
- Melissa (8/5): Lovely area and a nice, friendly resort. - The river was flooding and they had to close the pool area, but that wasn’t really a problem. The room was much smaller than pictures described, and one had to wedge themselves onto the toilet or shower, but the bed was very nice. They undersold the breakfast. It was amazing! Don’t skip it.
- Meredith (10/5): Know the rules.... - Great location, great room with a balcony and most of the staff was so wonderful. The reception staff was so kind and helpful. I had a misunderstanding with the breakfast staff. I made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and was going to take it with me. It's certainly not what is said but how it is said. If I was kindly informed, that food may not leave the breakfast area or it had to be paid for, I would have understood and "followed the rules." But a young man said "you must pay!" I said ok, I'm sorry, I will leave it. Then a female employee said NO you must take it or pay for it. So, I said ok, I will stay and eat it. I ate a few bites and left. Such an unfortunate ending to my otherwise wonderful stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Charming property with helpful staff - The property has very nice amenities and is in an excellent location with close walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive to tourist sites. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! Our room was very spacious and clean (although it was a bit outdated), and had a beautiful view overlooking the river. WiFi worked really well, and they have power adapters/converters you can borrow at the front desk. Breakfast was great, ample parking was available, & the pool was really nice!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Horrible Reception Experience, She should be fired - The reception experience when we arrived was horrible. The young lady was very short with us, and not friendly. We were booked in the apartments and had difficulty getting into the building and room. We could find the room and the key was not working properly. I went back to ask for assistance and she was very condescending and rude with her response. I explained the situation a 2nd time, and her response was worse. There was never any offer for someone to assist us in anyway. In the morning we had a totally different experience. Breakfast was fabulous and the woman who checked us out was extremely hospitable. It's a lovely hotel in a great location. They should be more aware of the people that employ who are greeting guests as she gave us an extremely poor first impression.

- YVETTE (6/5): - Good location to Königssee -6 minute drive ...and like a 15 minute walk up hill to town . It’s a good scenic walk . No air conditioning in hotel so wouldnt recommend in summer . Our trip was week of September 16th and it was still warm . Can’t check in after 800 pm . Family owned property. Food in restaurant was good as well as breakfast Buffet. Friendly and helpful staff
