Hôte très respectif pour me faire payer 50 € pour 2 chiens sachant que sur Booking il y a marqué chien sans supplément alors oui en disant entre les lignes ils peuvent nous faire payer un chien c’est pas les deux. Aucune réponse quand j’ai demandé de l’explication.
• Joanna (9/5): Perfect weekend stay. Would definitely go back again. - It’s a decent size, very clean and beautiful bathroom. - Missing hairdryer. - Provided FireTV which isn’t ideal for everyone. Can’t watch normal TV channels. If someone sets up parental control and not unlock before leaving, this will stop the next person being able to use. - Windows dirty. - Had some noise from the other person staying above.

• Patricia Myatt (10/5): Gliderdrome Soul Event - Absolutely luxurious, beautiful room. Has everything you could ask for. Spotlessly clean, Brilliant white bedding and towels, Tea and coffee, kettle, Microwave, fridge, toaster . Iron, ironing board, fan, Smart TV. But you have too use your own home passwords too log in. Couldnt fault this room, and the price was very good. Two double beds in the room. Location was exactly where we needed too be. And a bonus the owner let us book as soon as we arrived instead of allocated time. N/A
• Jonathan (10/5): - We were given an upgrade room for no extra cost. The apartment was massive, clean and high quality. A fantastic place to stay, would highly recommend
• Maria (4/5): Hidden charges - We only stayed 1 night (4 people = £90), but were disappointed with the extra Hidden fees. We travelled with a small dog. The booking stated pets allowed - no extra charges, but this was not true. Before our stay I received an email saying the door code could not be given unless we paid a refundable £50 damage deposit first. I followed email link to add my card details, but was instead I was charged a non-refundable £50 for the dog instead of a refundable deposit. At the property the shower leaked and the bathroom floor was very slippery and a little dangerous. The stairs into the property were also very steep and narrow and not for everyone.

• Evie (8/5): Wonderful stay, positive experience and with some minor tweaks it would be exceptional. - The venue was easy to find and the location is close to the main town centre which gave easy access to shops and restaurants. The size of the room was very impressive, the decor was stylish and modern and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great addition to include items usually needed by guests like tea, coffee, cups, iron, hairdryer, kettle, microwave, fan etc. These are just some small suggestions that could enhance the positive experience even more. Adding teaspoons for the cups, having easier access to plugs on the main table for those who may work from a laptop. Perhaps also adding a shelf to put toiletries near the bathroom sink area. During my stay, the tv wasn't working so perhaps a guide on how to operate the tv or checking it works before the new guest arrives? The shower water drainage was also a bit slow, so you had to be careful how you used the water to avoid spillage to the bathroom floor. So perhaps the shower drainage should be checked.

• Alex (9/5): Value for money - Room was large, clean and comfortable. Had good amenities and for a very good price. Is right in the town center and thought this would mean it would be noisy. There was a little noise but only until about half 9 (sat night) and then it was quiet. Have not scored the staff because didn't need to contact them about anything during our stay and it is a code entrance. However in the lead up to the stay they were helpful. Would stay again The only thing is that the rooms are very warm in the summer, however I had read this in the reviews so bought our own fans.

• Loraine (10/5): Keep this one for Future Visit - Extremely well presented. Very Clean pure White Bed Linen & Plenty of Pure White Cotton Towels. Very Large spacious Room & Huge Bathroom. The Beds were Extremely comfortable. It's the extra touches that help Hairdryer Toaster Kettle Iron & Board Fridge. Shower Gel & Handwash Chinaware & Cutlery Complimentary Tea Coffee Sugar for a Cuppa on arrival. Although in the Town it was extremely quite in the evening Even with all the windows open. Parking was a Very reasonable £4 for 24hrs A very enjoyable stay and will definitely use again Thank you Only downfall was the stairs but it was only for a couple of nites so it's not too bad. Bit difficult to find as Redlion postboxes on the wall a little misleading, Nothing Major

Situated in a relatively quiet area The room was very warm, even with all the windows open it didn't cool down all that much it would of been nice to have had an electric fan in the room to help circulate the air, there also wasn't any coffee on the tea tray and being a coffee drinker it was a bit of a let down.

• Aqr (8/5): Clean Comfort with some little discomfort - LIke location where is placed. and very clean and comfort as its a newly refurb property but there was small issue which is dealt by the staffs adn sorted. There is nor parking facilicity to the property rather no free parking. you can find publick car park with paying options. and on prmpt check out time where almost got chased out ecxactly 10.30 am with cleaners presence. should have given some grace timing 30 min or hr extra.
• Jane (9/5): Excellent, although room 1 needs to have the TV and shower sorted asap - Location was really good as we were there for a dance competition so suited the children as we walked to the venue, the rooms were comfortable and inviting, lovely place. We booked both rooms at the venue but unfortunately in room 1, the tv didn’t work and neither did the shower. Room 2 was lovely but so hot, the heating in the bathroom would not turn off, making the whole room unbearable at night, the fridge in that room also iced all the milk and drinks we had taken for the children.

• James (1/5): Double charged and kept deposit. After 2 months they finally admitted fault and refunded. Avoid. - Good location, nice apartments and decent price. The owners asked for a payment card for a "held" deposit, that would be cancelled once all is ok. However, they then proceeded to double charge for the property (booking.com and their own payment system) as well as a £50 additional spurious charge. After weeks of denials and having to send bank statements to Booking.com, they finally admitted fault with the double booking and refunded, but refused to refund the £50 claiming it wasn't a real charge (my bank statement said otherwise). Finally after around 2 months of denials, stress, ignoring me, and pressure from Booking.com they admitted fault and refunded the £50.

• Dangerdebs (9/5): Great value. Great location! - Great location to town centre. It was a comfortable room with large beds, TV, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and a huge shower room. Helpful owner when I found I was trying to use wrong pin number. (Must read all messages sent) Great value room and would use again. Neighbouring carpark was only £4 for 24hours There was painting to the narrow staircase walls on one of the days and it was hard not to get paint on our clothing. No fault of the owner but there were roadworks outside blocking access by car, so we initially were unable to access the neighbouring carpark.

• John (8/5): Very good - Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was amazing. Bedroom was very well equipped which compensated for lack of breakfast offering. Property was a little difficult to find. Signage could be better. Contactless check in is not our preference.

I stayed with 3 small children so the 2 beds were perfect sizes to double up .. walking distance from train station and very close to main shops As someone who has mobility problems travelling alone with 3 children ..a lift would have been a big help as we were on 2nd floor

Very modern, has everything we need, TV, Fridge, Microwave, Hair Dryer. Iron, Ironing Board. The shower room is absolutely amazing. Massive. Whenever we visit Boston this is the place we always book. Location is central too meet our needs. Fabulous, highly recommend Fountain House. Just a small need, An upright Fan . But that's nothing major. Thank you. N/A
• Christina (10/5): Loved the stay daughter placed 2nd in her dance sections which made the hotel stay even better - Beautiful modern room beds extremely comfortable, very clean. Didn’t meet staff face to face however dealt with via phone calls extremely helpful with all queries The shower would be better if screen was all around as water would go over onto floor making it very slippy accidents occurred through floor being soaked.
• Terry (7/5): Good place for a pitstop stay. - Able to park the car reasonably close. It is in the middle of town, so food was easily accessible. There were limited cups, plates, bowls etc. making it hard to make own breakfast. One of the beds was uncomfortable due to a dip in the middle of the mattress.
• Emily-rose (10/5): Free upgrade - Stunning studio. Lovely kitchen, bathroom, living area all to a high standard The accomodation had been double booked, Booking.com's error. The property arranged alternative accomodation straight away which was better than what we had initially booked

• Jon (6/5): Great accomodation, but awful location and noisy - Very good apartment at a very good price Noisy doesn't even come close, from the Argos reversing delivery driver at 5.30 in the morning, to various other delivery drivers, if you get sleep after 6am you will be lucky. Seagulls are even worse. None of this is their fault, but it's a reality.

• Emma (7/5): All in all a good stay, just a few things would changed would make this place exceptional. - Lovely big modern room & bathroom. Nice to have a mini fridge & microwave. Excellent value for money. We lost the satellite signal on the evening of day 2, someone did come to look at it but it couldn't be sorted without going on the roof. Not really a fault of the room, can't expect someone to hold on a roof in the dark Rooms are very hot/warm, had to turn off all radiators & still had to sleep with the window open. (As the rooms are in the centre of town it was noisy with them open but we just couldn't settle with them closed)

• Sarah (2/5): Unsettling and stressful. Not the break I imagined. Would never stay again at fountain house - Bathroom was big Location was terrible. Have never felt so unsafe. Unloading my 3 year old at 7pm with kids hanging around the car park with dogs and looking at cars. My partner spent all night listening out for the car alarm. Room was on the top floor of extremely steep and narrow stairs. Not ideal again with a 3 year old. Had the worst night sleep with my little boy saying he wanted to go home. We were up and out by 7.30am and didn’t return for the second night. A extremely anxious stay unfortunately and couldn’t even fulfil the two nights we had to pay for

• Mansi (10/5): Exceptional - The lady on the line was always happy to help even though I kept ringing her. They were very accomodating and kind. The apartment was well kept and everything necessary was provided. Would stay with them again. It was a little confusing to find but we found it eventually with the help of the number provided. There was a complimentary meal and drink available, which if we had been aware of it before checking in, we would have arrived sooner to enjoy it, but maybe next time. It is a lovely provision to have as an option on arrival though.

Other than that, there's nothing else we had an issue with
