- Jessica (10/5): Can't wait to return! - Everything! Staff were so friendly, food was excellent, love the area. Authentic british Inn, can't wait to come back! Fresh cookies on arrival too! Our room had a very low ceiling and my partner is very tall. Having said this, they did offer us a free upgrade but unfortunately they were fully booked, but the thought was there and everything was excellent so it didn't bother us!

- Amanda (8/5): Perfect one night stay! - The Fleur de Lys Inn is a really charming pub with beautifully and thoughtfully decorated rooms and it’s located in a charming village in Dorset. On arrival we immediately felt at home. Our room was small, but incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent and dinner a bit hit and miss in parts but service excellent. All in all a lovely stay.

- Kim (10/5): Good old fashioned inn - Staff very friendly, food excellent, large room only spoilt by the chair at the desk/dressing table the seat springs were gone which meant the wooden frame dug into the backs of your thighs. Would stay again in the future, hopefully by which time the chair will have been replaced.

- Karen (10/5): lovely place - Good food, lovely friendly staff
No mobile signal
- Verified traveler (2/5): Noisy extractor fan - We were in Edmondsham Room which was above the kitchen and extremely noisy extractor fan! Room was unbearable to be in until after 9pm when the fan goes off. Noise from the kitchen started on Sunday morning at 6.40am and extractor fan went back on at 7.15am! Awful stay, the most unrelaxing experience ever!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was really good from the food, to the atmosphere, the people, the area and location, the rooms and being pet friendly just makes them a stand out place to stay. Loved every minute and planning on going back. Sam
- Verified traveler (6/5): - We had a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and warm. Breakfast was very nice and staff were helpful. We had 2 rooms. The party in one of the rooms were not happy. There was a dirty towel left behind the bathroom when they arrived and the shower tray filled with water on the first morning and did not drain away. One member who had steak for the evening meal was disappointed as it was very grisly. Overall we all felt that at £140 per room per night for just bed and breakfast was very expensive.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely, quaint accommodation, set within beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much for them. My husband and I would definitely stay there again in the future.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The Inn is beautifully restored while retaining its historic character. My room was wonderfully clean and comfortable. As a woman travelling alone, I felt welcome, safe and cared-for.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at the inn the room & staff & food was very good wud definitely return
- Philip (2/5): - Didn’t have twin room requested even though advertised. Refused to refund via agent. Avoid

- Sylvia (10/5): Great place to stay - A great little Hotel with a nice friendly staff The food was fantastic with a Fresh Full English breakfast and we had a meal in the hotel on arrival which was one of our best on our trip
- Elizabeth (10/5): Excellent - Really helpful and accommodating about my late check in
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved our stay at the Inn. Great location in an authentic little English villages. Staff very welcoming and locals also friendly. Breakfast was very good and a nice touch that the dog gets a poached sausage all cut up and served in a little dog bowl. Extremely dog friendly. Thank you, we will return
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Well maintained. Good coffee and tea making facilities. Good choice of drinks at bar and food was nice/slightly overpriced. Breakfast was spot on!
Thought we had a bath in our room due to the photo on the website, but unfortunately we didn’t on arrival. Lovely shower though
