Guest Reviews
- Rebecca (9/5): Perfect, comfortable and quiet - Clean, easy to access. Nothing
- vika (10/5): Perfect - Had everything I needed Nothing I didn’t like
- Rosin (8/5): I was there just for a night on business trip but will recommend it’s worth the price. - Location Laminate floor needs changing, shower holder needs fixing
- Steve (9/5): Very good -
- ALBA (7/5): - Easy in and out with the key, everything was ready and clean with plenty of extras if needed, full working kitchen and heating on a ready for the stay. I would have liked for the door to have a safety chain for the kids, also that you have to go upstairs to the rooms and it was not advertised (something that would help for people with disabilities or that like me are pregnant and have to carry things upstairs....). It felt weird that the main door could be unlocked with the same key as the room, it felt like both rooms could be then unlocked with either key and left me a bit uneasy during the whole stay....

- Donna (9/5): Good budget option - Very good value , spacious room and comfy beds. Helpful and friendly neighbours next door The yelling neighbours at the back - but not the fault of the owners obvs. Nowhere really to lock bicycles safely so we brought them inside - was told not to but there was room in the lobby without being a hazard.
- Andrew (7/5): -
- kate (10/5): Great accomodation. - Perfect location, comfortable and clean.
- Artur (8/5): - The room was good, the location was also ok. Neighbors are very loud.
- Kathy (8/5): - Nice quiet area, easy to check in, comfy The furniture in there need a proper clean. Toilet seat is yellow other than that it’s ok
- Ryan (10/5): - Brilliant room, everything you need for a stay. Having a kitchen shared between two rooms is ideal as was always available when I required to cook also a washing machine. Perfect for when you're on a budget. They even had a 4k TV which went perfect with my Xbox. One of the bedside lights flickered but I'm sure that will be fixed soon as bulbs do start to do at some point.
- Zulfikar M (8/5): -
- Rosanna (10/5): Amazing! Would recommend n - Lovely sized rooms, comfy beds, easy to access N/a
- Gareth (9/5): - Clean and tidy (except for a couple of very large spiders), well equipped, comfortable. Very short walk into town. A spider the size of a plate in the entrance hall, and another similar sized one in the bathroom.
The description on Booking.com was a little unclear - it said the whole house, but didn't explain the building had two separate apartments with a shared communal kitchen, so we weren't entirely sure what to expect.
- Craig (8/5): Generally very pleasant. - Tidy and generally well presented. Facilities were good. A good property, needed some repairs - ceiling. Parking is not free outside as advertised- I got a ticket!
- Bert (10/5): -
- Pauline (10/5): Good -

- Сариева (9/5): -
- Davie (6/5): Pleasant - Central to town TF not working properly, Ariel issues I think or bad connections
Shower head not great was leaking
- Jo (9/5): Brilliant time, live music at the carps - Loved the flexibility of the space, missed the text to get in but all smooth after that. It was great we got parking on the street as the car park was closed due to an event.
- Muhammad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Davie (8/5): Very good - Was central good shower. Tv did not work
Properly something wrong with connection
- Mikhail (7/5): Good -
- Anya (10/5): Perfect short break should have booked 2 nights - The property was in a residential area conveniently placed near to friends & the town .
Everything I needed was there & I will definitely rebook I was ok with everything but stairs are quite steep for those with mobility issues
- Andrew (6/5): - It served it's purpose as a cheap place to stay - smelt of damp, looking tired but nevertheless was clean.
Fine for a one night stay, but wouldn't want to use this place as a holiday base
- Roger (8/5): - Met our needs.
- Pope (7/5): Good - Good location to where me and my son was working Could have put a drink in fridge
- Rachael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (8/5): Very good - NA
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Jess (9/5): Superb -
- Carol (6/5): Adequate - Location. Comfortable beds No door mat, so difficult to keep the floor clean. Noisy neighbours, arguing & had tv loud after 10pm. Tub chairs were tired & not very comfortable.
- Daniel (10/5): Overall, it was very convenient, comfortable (not withstanding the noise) and clean. I would stay again. - Very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms had a double and single bed, towels, ample lighting, large flatscreen TV (we didn’t use this), fridge freezer, iron/board, hairdryer, plenty of electrical outlets.
Bathroom was very modern, power shower, heated towel rail, washes and shower gel.
Kitchen was also modern and well equipped.
Situated very close to Boston town centre, it was the perfect location for us and price wise you can’t go wrong! There is quite an emphasis put on being quiet as to be considerate to the local neighbours, which is understandable. However, the people below us, the people in the property to the rear of us and to the right were very loud at the early hours of the morning through into the dawn. You could hear raised voices and their conversation very clearly which did unfortunately interrupt sleep and result in quite an early wake up.
- Pauline (10/5): Very good - Location good and parking nearby Nothing
- Adam (7/5): Good -
- Chris (7/5): Good - Location Stairs
- Stephen (9/5): I would happy book again next year - The room was excellent, very clean and had everything we needed Was quite noisy at night, but this of course is no fault of the property
- Hannah (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anne (7/5): Ok for travelling through. - There was everything you need, the accommodation was clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfectly adequate for one night. The stairs are very steep with high steps. The surroundings are not very inviting.
- Pauline (10/5): Very good - Location excellent Nothing
- Jeanne (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (8/5): Very good - Clean and spacious also quiet. Only a short walk from the town centre
- Adele (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious, great location No kettle in room
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amy (8/5): Very good - Room was basic but had everything we needed and clean. Great location for town Floorboards were very squeaky, which isn’t handy when you need you’ve got a child I your room. Parking isn’t included there is a pay and display opposite. No kitchen to use.
- Adewunmi (5/5): Good room and facilities, host was polite. - Room was clean and airy. Had a fridge in the room which was really good. Outside in front of the property had a lot of things which some may call art but not for me. It was a bit too much for me.
- Nicki (5/5): Overall the location was very good. Just security issue with front door and shared facilities. Street was quite scary w - The close proximity to town, shops etc, a very nice cafe in close proximity The fact that you shared a front door with other guests, who left it unlocked which was not safe! Security issue!
Also, shared kitchen, would have been nice to have had tea coffee making facilities in room. As we are 2 young females in this property felt unsafe at times
- Boryana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was brilliant couldn't ask for a better place to stay There isn't anything I didn't like
- Jane (9/5): Superb - Shower was good.
- Charlie (10/5): comfy and ideal place to stay - i liked how secure the house and rooms were alongside having all necessary appliances either in the room or in the shared kitchen hard to be quiet when going down stairs
- Speight (8/5): Very good -
- Matuzevica (7/5): Good -
- Pauline (10/5): Ideal - Very clean and spacious with good facilities
Ideally placed for Boston Town centre Couldn’t fault it
- Roger (9/5): Superb -
- Włoch (10/5): Exceptional - Location
- Jess (8/5): Very good - Unable to open blind in room as it was overlooked needs window needs frosting or nets.
Car park info needs publishing as it was very reasonable and we would have left the car there if we had have known.
A kettle in the room with cups would have been a good idea even if there was no tea or coffee supplied.
Wifi code on room door needs updating.
The door sign says leave the key in the room and the email says leave it in key safe?
- Sanita (8/5): Very good - Everything was clean, tidy, comfortable. Was with 4 year old, he enjoyed staying there. Apartment in general was very satisfied. One little minus, neighbors were in front of the entry door since early morning, sitting, washing there feet in the bucket.. Didn't really bothered but a little uncomfortable walking outside.
- Daryl (8/5): Tunnard House - Great size room and facilities
- Oghenevwaire (8/5): Pleasantly surprised by the standard of the place - Clean, well kept room Small room

- Calin (8/5): Very good - Clean, close to the centre, good facilities, close and very cheap parking, reasonable price. Couldn't connect to the wi-fi ,password provided but I couldn't find the network, maybe my fought ... anyway the owner should give more informations.
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Car parking opposite is very cheap,
Room was clean very happy with our stay.
- Horsepool (8/5): Quiet hotels - We like the room layout and the facilities with in the room and kitchen. And the cozyness of the place. Good value for money . The beds wasn't that comfortable mattress too hard and had a very uncomfortable sleep . And couldn't connect to no wifi . Even tho there suppose to be WiFi.
