- 760abdoub (10/5): I was well comfort and taken cared of. - Allhamdulillah x3, it's being such a wonderful tour and experienced to come across this mesmerising Calm and cool Hotel (STAYBRIDGE SUITES HOTEL AL KHOBAR). Ti's has been a memory for me to leave with in the context of it's Hospitality and wonderful, calm and nice staffs & Walters they accommodate. It's a Hotel that is fully structured and well organised, neat, clean and caring. The Hotel is answerable at anytime it's need is demanded by it's lovely staffs. Once again, I'll not be truthful if i don't say a big THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT OF THE HOTEL, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, MR .SOJOL the a very nice boy who love people and is very open to the Hotel customers (Allhamdulillah x3). I pray to Allah to grant this Hotel and it's staff and management with good health, long life, wisdom, power and potential to enable them all to attain the development gole of their vision Inn-shaa-Allah.

The scent of citrus kissed the air, As fresh-squeezed orange, beyond compare, Awoke my soul in crystal glass— A sunrise drink none dared to pass. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service is always on point, and the food is amazing, especially the breakfast buffet! Everything is clean and well-maintained. Hotel architecture are very nice, inside facilities are excellent. Good things here are staff very friendly and helpful. Starting from Yasser, Mohi, Bijoy, Milon chef Loay all of them excellent. Really feel home here.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Everyone—from reception to housekeeping—went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. I loved having a full kitchen and even a washing machine, which made my stay feel more like home. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Wi-Fi was fast, and the work area was great for getting things done. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold options. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the gym, which were both clean and well-maintained. The evening social gatherings were a lovely bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—easy access to shops, restaurants, and the Al Khobar Corniche. I used to stay in STAYBRIDGE in all my trips in USA so I tried this one as a local one in my hometown, It is better than so many other I visited in USA.
- Departure19897776941 (10/5): Family vacation - I am staying with my family for the vacation. I was really surprised with their level of service and maintaining that as well. Breakfast was varied and well managed under supervision of Mr. Mohi who look at the small details to make customers satisfaction. Rooms are cleaned and filled with amenities thanks Mr. Milon he meet me and ask about my room and stay. As well meet yasser in the reception very respectful person. While team are very good I will recommend to all my friends. Thank you all and definitely i will come back again

Honestly the service is outstanding taste are great specially for the breakfast egg station add more value. As well the billiard and PS5 will get you more quality time to spend. - Hamad (8/5): - We booked a studio but when we arrived, no none snoking ones were available so we were upgraded to a larger room for free that is none smoking. I liked the fact that we were given a paper that has all the information we needed in terms of breakfast, pool and gym timings, as well as other information. The hotel is in a good driving distance from major attractions and malls which was great since I used my own car. The hotel does not have in room dining but there is a kitchen and you can order from any app/restaurant and the staff will deliver it to your room. There is also car parking underground and good free wifi. Breakfast was good buffet with an egg live cooking station, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, breads, cakes, hash browns, sausages, etc. the taste is alright, nothing wow but good. The waiters even asked us if we wanted anything from the buffet before they closed it to remove them food which was very considerate. On the other side, the room we were given had some areas that weren’t very clean such as a desk in the bedroom. Etc. They are more than happy to clean but we didn’t bother to ask them as I was there for one day only. The TV was not working the first day but it worked by itself the next day, not sure why. Also the shower water kept changing from hot to cold on its own and I came to know that at least 1 - 2 other rooms faced the same issue.

- shroog S (6/5): - the cleaning is under expectation even though it is considered as a new hotel. lack of equipments inside the room. the housekeeping was horrible. they came to clean but instead of throwing the trash they took away a bag full of chips and chocolate that we just bought!! but they didn’t bother themselves to take the empty coffee cups. after escalation this issue they compensated us with cash
