It also has a great location that’s close to possibly everything you could need. Room 214 needs the drain in the bath/shower inspected as the water does not drain well. The walls in the shower could have been cleaned better but pretty small issues that I didn’t feel the need to bring down the score.

- Vivian I (10/5): Wonderful staff who turned my unpleasant day around! - The staff at the desk were extremely friendly. The lady at the front desk had also picked me up at the airport. She was extremely friendly and cheerful. She accommodated my needs on the first floor and with a quiet room. She was the highlight of my day after a nightmarish day/ flight disruption. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bathroom had neat and thoughtful touches (towel folds, and the rose tissue flower… :o The ONLY thing I didn’t like is that you don’t provide shuttle before 5am. Some of us staying there have early morning flights (mine was at 6am). I didn’t know that until I presented to check out at 4am. Please provide shuttle service for earlier flights! Allow available staff to accommodate needs as feasible.

I called the booking agent, and they submitted a request to see if I could be refunded with no response. However, I still was charged $185 even though I did not stay.
