- Steven (1/5): Terrible hotel! - Site says dog friendly room! I called after I booked and was told that they didn’t have any such thing nor do they allow dogs! Someone asked a question about dogs and they answer we have dog friendly rooms! Everything! Called for a refund no reply and no reply to booking! Do not stay here! No matter the price spend a little more and go to Howard Johnson’s!!!

- Joseph (1/5): I would not stay here even if it was free - I didn't stay here,I made them return my money. The rooms where nasty,people are living in the rooms,Crack heads filled the property, 5 police where there dealing with about 9 people fighting each other. If you want to be robbed or killed then this is the place to stay. People pay to live here by the week or month. I highly recommend that you pay more money to stay down the road and be safe.
- Shelby (1/5): Gross - Nothing It smelled so bad and there was a sign that said they would not switch your room if you didn't like it and no refunds. There were bad stains on the floor, the shower was nasty and the beds weren't clean. There was a homeless lady trying to open the door in the morning. The doors were closed between 11pm and 8am so if you left you wouldn't be able to get back into your room.

- Ford (7/5): Amazing place to stay 10/10 - The beds were clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing and helpful, it was quiet and peaceful and the location was very convenient and the rooms were very nice, the only thing I had an issue with was the bottom floor had no working outlets or electricity but when I told the staff he found me a room that has electricity and there is free wifi and amazing staff

- Joseph Majtenyi (1/5): Just a horrible property, should not be listed with booking.com - The location was OK relative to the highway but there was a low rent housing building behind the hotel that had prostitutes and drug dealers which made us feel unsafe. Filthy room, small, awful bed, poorly furnished, noisy. We had to check for bed bugs.

- Ashley (4/5): It was awful. - There was nothing that we enjoyed about our stay other than the booking price. The beds where hard and plastic like sleeping in a plastic toddler bed. There were no towels, wash clothes, bath mat, or hand towels in the room. When i asked for towels I was only given 2 towels for 3 nights and told there would be no additional supplies due to my original booking being for 2 people. There was 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights. When I booked the double bed room I expected it to be only me and my child however I had 2 additional guest equaling 4 of is in a double and was not only charged extra but was told I would not recieve any additional toiletries, towels, or any supplies for the room because of my original booking only having 2 people. On night 2 I asked for more towels and they lady at the front said she would write it down and still did not get anymore. So 4 of us used 2 towels for 3 nights. The bathroom light is on a 12 minute timer so baths are not an option unless you want to get out of the tub and reset the timer. The blankets were wool and itchy. I could go on. The room was nothing like the listing when I booked and considering I paid extra upon arrival for the 2 additional guest, it should have included the extra items that were needed.

- Valerie (2/5): - This is not really a hotel, but more of an emergency homeless shelter? They are housing people in the back part of the hotel. It felt unsafe. There is a weird list of rules at check in. The list looked like something you’d need at a halfway house, not a hotel. The man at the desk was nice, and he was honest when I asked about the housing situation. There are no elevators, so not handicap accessible.

- Kevin (8/5): - There are two areas of this hotel. One area is behind the main building down a hill. This building is separate from the main building where I stayed. The main building where i stayed seems to be reserved only for travelers booking nights, whereas the second building has permanent tenants. The building with permanent tenants and the area around that building is not well maintained like the main building. Regardless, I would absolutely stay here again. The property I stayed in was very clean and well maintained.

- Anthony (10/5): - We had a perfectly fine stay here and the staff were very accommodating - not sure why others have rated this place as unsafe. We needed to check in late after the front desk closed at 8 pm, but called ahead and the staff had no issues keeping it open for us. Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the art on the walls that gave a sense of the region's history. We also highly recommend getting breakfast at the Chocolate Moose just down the street - great coffee, sandwiches, and atmosphere!

The shower water pressure was non existent. The room was not what one would call clean. Thank God one night and back on the road. - Verified traveler (2/5): chernobyl - i arrived just after midnight. well,....... the front door was locked shut. no attendent was availible. around back the complex looked like a half way house filled with dregs wondering about. i did NOT feel safe as people were walking down the street in their PJ's. it seemed highly likely that one's car would get broken into. (feed someone else's habit). i went back the next day to get a refund after being denied entry. the clerk said i had to deal with expedia. the sign on the wall said: no extra towels, no this no that on and on and on. like 10 or 12 basics NOT to expect. this place is the WORST motel i've EVER encountered in 40 years of traveling. so, if you want to stay in a dump and have your property at risk for theft or vandalism go for it. stay as far away from this place as possible. low class is an overstatement. do not bring women or small children here.

- Tapan (1/5): Bad - Nothing I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Smart Extended Stay. Upon arrival, we found the property gate locked and were unable to gain access. Despite calling the property multiple times, we received no response. As a result, we were left stranded and had to urgently find and move to another hotel in the middle of the night. This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience, especially considering we had a confirmed reservation. The lack of communication and support from the property was unacceptable. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide an explanation, as well as any steps being taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

This is a very outdated hotel with absolutely NO AMENITIES!!! They refuse house keeping services to stay overs. Refuse to let you allow to change rooms even though one of my rooms has serious plumbing issues. One of the rooms did NOT even have towels when we checked in. Staff was NOT happy about having to give us towels, was clothes and a bath mat. Pubic and/or beard hairs were found all over the floor and sink. No clean towels are allowed if you’re staying multiple days. The expect you to use the same towel your entire stay. The will NOT give any extra supplies for your room. WORST PLACE TO STAY
