Brought the issue up again and they started making excuses for their behavior, decided to leave and go to a different place for the night. Then to top it off tried to get a refund through the app but hotel denied it saying we checked out late when we never even spent the night there. Stay away

Nice having full refrigerator, microwave, hot plate and all utensils. They brought in a recliner for my husband to sleep in. Sleeping recliner was very hard to push the foot part in. Regarding the handicap bathroom, toilet too low and tv froze on certain channels.
