- Natalie (3/5): Disappointing - Close proximity to I-75 Hotel lobby smelled very musty, entire lobby and stairwell and room hallways were ripped up and under construction (not mentioned when booking). Door to our room didn’t close solidly. Towels in room didn’t appear super clean. Room rate was much too high for the state of this property. We stayed there last year and it was fine, quite new. Not sure what happened.

- P850MSveronicad (8/5): Great stay! Comfy bed and pillows. Amazing staff - Our stay with Holiday Inn Express in Williamsburg, Kentucky was great! We stayed four nights for a baseball tournament. The hotel is under renovation with some nice upgrades. Even with that, our stay was pleasant and the workers did not disturb our sleep. The staff greeted us promptly upon our late arrival and was super friendly. They made great recommendations on places to eat and directions around the town. The managers were attentive to our needs. There was a great selection and variety for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and our room was clean. I would recommend this Holiday In. Express if you are coming to Williamsburg, KY or passing through and need a place to stay.

- Matthew (2/5): Would not stay here again. - The staff was kind and helpful The location was terrible. We saw MANY police on the way to the hotel. Despite the amount of police three men still exposed themselves to my family in the parking lot. The staff did call the police, but they never came. The lobby was under construction and the room had many broken features.

- Branden (6/5): We didn't get to use the room as intended on February 4 2026 because there was no water at the hotel - Breakfast was amazing. Hotel staff was great. Room was very clean. Loved the indoor pool. A water main broke in town and the hotel didn't have water for 6 hours. However, the front desk didn't think that since we weren't able to use the room as intended that we should have gotten an adjustment or discount on our bill. In fact when we extended our stay another night, the rate went up.

- Tasha (6/5): A family tradition - The breakfast was fine, love the new coffee ready at any Time Machine in the lobby that was not there on my last visit. In years past the Christmas decorations were up as we spent Thanksgiving with our family but this year it felt stark and cold. It was clean just unwelcoming as in years past.

Well stocked bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion all attached to wall or shower wall for your convenience so you don’t have to pack so much. Bathroom super clean. Breakfast was very good with choice of pancake, sausage links, biscuit, gravy, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, etc. coffee was great! Check out very simple and everyone was super friendly!
