- Verified traveler (8/5): Room with lovely garden, but remote from downtown - The room was nice, even with a sort of a kitchen and a dining table in a separate room from sleeping room. Both rooms were very clean. The garden is neat and lovely. Location is with in walking distance of the Tagaytay Market, but it is a bit far away from proper restaurants - you must count on taking a vehicle to the town of Tagaytay som kilometers away.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good - the facilities are nice except during night when need to go out to have some stroll around and night meals. and the place is not safe to walk because of so many stray dogs. the service and staff are friendly
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Im sorry but Expedia should not be considering this place as one of their Hotels to go . The toilet was terrible water from the shower is going thru the toilet. We have my Mom who is with us and we were so afraid that it is not safe for her to go to the bathroom just to use the toilet. The room is comfortable for 7 persons but the bug but is the aircon was so small and leakiing water inside the room and unfortunately the water is goi g where my mom s bed was located. this is not worth going for. Expedia please take note of this.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything is clean and the garden is also nice place. The staffs are kind and friendly. When we asked some questions or requests, they responded quickly. If they borrowed a hair dryer, they were perfect ^^; But totally this is a very good hotel.
