- Ana Carolina (10/5): Tudo maravilhoso! Super recomendo!
- Owen10 (10/5): - Nagyon jó helyen volt, kényelmes ágy, tisztaság. 4. Emelet lift nélkül..
- Eric (7/5): - It was very well located and clean. Easy access. The bathroom ceiling is much too low, the wallpaper and paint is coming off all over. There is no daylight in the room.
- Nico (8/5): -
- Constantin (7/5): warn that there is no elevator and getting to the top floor is not so easy, especially for the elderly - everything was clean and new, the polite staff solved all the problems over the phone The room was on the top floor of a building without an elevator, a very small room, they charged 40 euros extra
Nada
- Rachele (7/5): -
- Steven (8/5): -
- Jenna (10/5): - Absolutely bearing
- Lahiru Dilanka (9/5): - Posizione Prezzo
- Jean-Paul (7/5): -
- Laurina (2/5): - This place is NOT at all what is in the pictures. Do NOT be tricked like we were into staying here. The place was outdated and dirty, not like what is in their photos at all. I stayed here with my boyfriend and after a quick shower for myself, there was already NO MORE HOT WATER. the bathroom ceiling was so low in one area that unless youre 5'2 and under, you WILL hit your head. Do not be tricked into staying here. It was dirty and the "living room" with the couch and tv was in the loft area where the ceiling is also extremely low.
- Francis (10/5): - Owner was very helpful!
- Dylan (10/5): Brilliant location with great accessibility, with venue and with the app used to enter. Great hosts -
- Ruth (10/5): Localização é bem equipado - Localização. Não tenho o que reclamar.
- David (10/5): Rome my new favorite City - Weather was amazing the neighborhood was more than anyone can hope for. Lots of restaurants and shop and lots of Italian lifestyle and flair. We loved it.
- Helene (5/5): -
Volveriamos a elegirlo.
- Stangl (5/5): Schöne Lage - alles da, was man brauchen könnte! Sehr unkomfortables Bad! - Super Lage - mitten in Trastevere!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good location, comfortable and modern rooms with air conditioning. Would recommend.
- Ryan (6/5): - Not the same as the photos.
- Kiera (6/5): - The room we had was on the TOP FLOOR and up 5 flights of stairs. My mom had a hard time climbing up and down them. There was no elevator and it was extremely difficult to get the luggage up and down the stairs. The inside of the room was really nice but there are shared common areas which was ok. There aren’t many amenities at the property either.
- Maria (10/5): - Tolle Unterkunft, sehr ruhig gelegen. Danke
- Raquel (10/5): - This is an amazing, quiet, comfortable, and clean place. Walking distance to the Vatican at the opposite direction and you are in very local restaurants, squares and wine bars. Across the river is the Old City Center. TIP: Familiarize yourself with link for the doors.
- Emma (6/5): - Great spot amazing restaurants near by. If you stay here eat on the room accommodation side of the bridge. Quality is much better and less touristy. Room is good very comfortable. Our room had a bit of a mold issue in the shower but otherwise was in great condition. As everyone else mentioned there are a fair few stairs. Otherwise very cute room
- STEWART (10/5): - the property manager was so very attentive and communicative as well as flexible with changes I had to make as a result of flight troubles with United and the FAA in the US
- Kim (10/5): - Great stay! Water replenished some days, some days not. Would definitely stay again. Stairs going up is something to consider if you are not up to climbing stairs after a busy day.
- Jawad (7/5): Good -
- Stephan (10/5): great location, roomy apartment, quiet. - Access was via mobile phone app -very easy. Drawback: you must have charge on your phone to get in.
- Russ (10/5): - I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Rome. It is conveniently located near countless restaurants, the botanical gardens and a quick walk to many of the historic must-see locations in Rome.
- Janna (10/5): We Loved Youroom! - Fantastic location away from the Rome madness yet right inside Trastavere. The building is across from a beautiful setting and just steps away from the entrance to the botanical garden. The communication was great, all of our questions were answered in a very timely manner. Definitely would stay here again.
- Susan (9/5): Fantastic hideaway in a lively part of Rome - This is a lovely apartment in a beautiful quiet location. You will need to be able to walk to explore Trastavere but if you can, this apartment makes a great base.
- Michael (8/5): See above - Getting in my room door took 25 tries. Shouldn’t be that hard It’s always a risk who has the room next door and I wasn’t lucky. An obnoxious 20 something with music blaring and who shouted over his own music to his friend over the phone about the nights plans. I saw a girl sneak out of his room around 8am when I was in the shared kitchen making coffee. Felt very fraternity house. This was of course no fault of Yourroom host.
- Becky (10/5): Great stay - Great location, apartment was secure and clean. Room was cleaned every afternoon and had everything I needed.
- Oleksandr (1/5): Bad - Location Air conditioners for heating do not work. Very cold. The staff argued about the air conditioners.
- Hogyun (8/5): Very good -
- Simone (9/5): Superb -
- Sabine (7/5): Good place to stay in Rome - The location is good, close to restaurants and good coffee! It is a quiet place.
The host was available all the time. hardly any daylight in the apartment
- Sarah (8/5): Location excellent, flat lovely needs a few extra things. - As our plane was delayed knowing we had a remote access on our phone took the worry away from meeting someone.
Location was quiet, but ideal for location to restaurants and cafe, the nearest cafe was 2 mins walk which was brilliant.
Bed and bathroom clean and comfortable. Do not remember the dropped ceilings being mentions which was fine for me at 5ft 2 but husband in 6ft 2 and hit his head in the bathroom.
The futon on the mezzanine is a waste of space and a sofa would have been nicer to watch the TV, also one in the bedroom would have been nice.
electric socket at bottom of stairs was hanging off the wall.
- Caitlin (9/5): Amazing location in buzzing Trastevere and a great little place to stay - We loved our stay at this place, an absolutely amazing location in Trastevere - just steps from all the restaurants and nightlife but tucked away in a quiet street next to the Botanic Gardens. Walking distance to most of Rome. Great communication from the host, who very kindly let us check out an hour later. Two bottles of water and a mini prosecco waiting for us on arrival. So easy to get in to the flat for the first time with the digital app. The flat is on the ground floor so no stairs to climb. The bed was super comfy and we slept great after long days walking around the city. We loved the little TV mezzanine for chilling out after a long day. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries and lots of towels, we had everything we needed even a washing machine. Would stay here again for sure. The only slight niggle was that the water heater was fairly small so we ran out of hot water a couple of times. The water was heated to be warmish in the morning and hot in the evening.
- Danut (10/5): Exceptional - Automatic locks at the entrance makes it easier to not carry additional keys on you while sightseeing.
- Clare (6/5): Great location but being on the top floor, many stairs to climb and low ceiling in parts of the room - I liked the location in Trastevere and near the botanical gardens and Vatican. Walking up many flights of stairs with luggage, the beams meant that the ceilings were not there best for tall people and lack of trains close by.
- Stefano (9/5): Superb - location in trastevere, clean and comfortable. stairs. they could be a barrier
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good - The whole place was really clean and comfortable. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was also great, lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and bars near by and it's not too far to walk or take a scooter to the centre of Rome. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils, knives, chopping boards etc so you have more options to cook at the apartment. As well as a towel for drying your washed plates and mugs
- Jody (8/5): We loved the area you can walk to bars, restaurants and shops In the Trastevere area. - Great location. Did not realize the apartment was up 6 flights of stairs.
- Alf (9/5): Superb - The property is situated in the Trastevere area which was a wunderful part of Rome, very much like the Quartin Latin in Paris. It was also very close to a taxi station and a mini market.
- Sindy (10/5): Nice all the way - The neighborhood is walking distance of everything. Vaticano, Colosseum, all the attractions. We love to walk, so we find this place fantastic. The room is really nice, and all the utilities are according to the descriptions on the web.
- Rebecca (10/5): Super apartment on quiet road a stones throw away from all the action - This was an absolute gem of an apartment on a quite street but within a 2 min walk of Trastevere bustling restaurants and bars. Absolutely fantastic location. Walking distance to all the main sights.
Hot powerful shower
Super comfortable bed with amazing pillows
Super clean
Great communication from the host Nothing!
- Aurimas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dannon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robin (5/5): Cute room, watch your head - Concierge/management can only be contacted through text but is friendly and responsive
Spacious room
Cute System to get into room difficult at best
Mold in bathroom/fan in bathroom does not work
WiFi spotty to non-existent (neighbor's wifi was more constantly tauntingly present)
6ft tall boyfriend hit head on beam in bathroom when trying to go to the toilet
Deadbolt does not align with the door, so I am not sure if it locks properly
- Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - Great location in Trastevere, in quiet street. Room was modern, very clean, well equipped. Host was super helpful, very easy check in. Absolutely recommend.
- Sean (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (9/5): Beautiful romantic stay! Definitely recommend. - Amazing location!! Right in Trastevere.
Really comfortable bed, daily room cleaning, equipped kitchen, beautiful park across the apartment. Only little thing that I missed was daylight in the bathroom. The bathroom has no windows.
- Marina (9/5): Superb -
- Amit (7/5): Good - Just across the street you can find sort of restaurants and bars with great vibes and wonderful variety . 1. I've feeling the host are trying to hurry up me before the official time (10:00 am) :
It's totally legitimate to refuse to any late checkout time , but some weird situation happened when every 20 min from 9:00 the bell was ringing and no one was outside, what make me feel someone trying to push me out .
Maybe it's my wrong impression, but the this is what I felt that is more a business maker than an hospitality experience.
2. The shower is cold and feels like disconnected from the apartment.
- Dongyao (9/5): After a little incident resolved, overall it’s good -
- Lexine (10/5): Beautiful little spot to stay - Amazing place to stay. Highly Recommend Nothing
- Pace (10/5): Exceptional -
- Geoffrey (8/5): - The stay was lovely, clean and comfy, but were unaware it was a shared kitchen. The area was bustling with students and lots of restaurants and cafes. Difficult to obtain a cab due to a strike we almost missed of ship. Over very nice stay.
- Sarah (8/5): Great location to explore Rome and feel like a local. - Great location in Trastevere. Nice amount of room for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the washer, kitchen and the lovely toiletries. Very secure building, quiet and clean.
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Barker (7/5): Be sure to know you are booking a room in an apartment… not an apartment. Shared space with other room. - Great Trestevere location. The room and what we found out later to be common kitchen are good size and well appointed. There is nowhere information that the kitchen and hallway areas from the entry door are actually shared space with another room.
The booking says you are booking an apartment. You’re not. You are booking a room in an apartment.
The key entry pad system is terrible. 3 times we could not get into the building. So bad that the host sends you a YouTube video of how to operate the keypad. Terrible system and very annoying.
- Melissa (8/5): We enjoyed our stay in Trastevere. - The location was great and the apartment was very comfortable. The shower was a nice size and good water pressure. Having a washing machine was great. The wifi was unreliable. No shower curtain so water was all over the floor. Host was at times very responsive, but not always.
- Thomas (10/5): - I had an incredible stay. The instructions to get into the room were clear, didn't have any trouble. The neighbourhood was perfect; I loved Trastevere.
My room had an amazing view over the botanical garden next door; AC works well, the room is modern. We can see there was a lot of thought in designing and renovating the room. I'd definitely come back.
- Sean (9/5): Superb -
- David (9/5): Perfect spot for a long weekend in Trastevere - Air Condition, well equipped shared kitchen, and most of all - the location was great - we stayed here second time because of the place No chairs in the apartment.
- Jonathan (4/5): deeply dissapointing - I will write more about this in a letter of complaint to Hotels.com. This place should NOT be listed with you, It is NOT a hotel and it is not an acceptable b&b.. Communications from the hosts were awful. I locked the door with my phone inside - which meant i had not access coed. It took over an hour for them to respond. Then the power went out and it took over an hour for them to divulg where the circuit breaker was. The apartment is on the third floor (fourth in AMerican terms) which means 8 flights - with no elevator. GZetting up the stairs with luggage was difficult and, of course, there is nobody available to help. The room was not clened the first day - and when it finally was there was a pillow case with a blood stain (I have a picture!). Absolutels awful - for any price - which, happened to be quite high!
- Garrett (10/5): Exceptional -
- Timothy (10/5): - A really great property with plenty of space. Nice and close to dozens of restaurants and walking distance to central Rome, despite this surprisingly quiet at night in the apartment. Host was super responsive throughout.
Dislikes - the description was a bit unclear, the apartment has a shared kitchen area with the apartment next door. Not a major issue, but should have been explicit in the description
- Joanne (8/5): Very good -
- Cyrus (9/5): Superb - Great space, great location Host was very helpful and informative the first few days. Unfortunately she stopped responding to us the last 2 days which was unusual. Overall we recommend this place.
- Michele (9/5): Superb -
- Pieter (8/5): Very good - Some lamps in corsini ground floor apartment did not work.
- Howard (10/5): Great stay - Nice property with very easy checkin. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. If looking for something more like an apartment experience, highly recommend
- Janine (10/5): - Everything was smooth and easy and exactly what we needed. Loved the location.
- Misty (10/5): - We are so glad we chose this apartment. Communication with host was great and helpful. There was plenty of space and super clean. We will definitely be back and plan to stay here again. It was quiet and comfy. It was about a 17 minute walk to vatican. There was water left for us and some champagne. A great place!
- Joseph (9/5): Great location and very comfortable accommodations! - Fantastic location in Testeverde. close to all the shopping, across the River from the Pantheon and other attractions. 20 minutes walk to the Vatican. very comfortable room. a little mix up upon checking in (gave us the wrong room) but it was quickly corrected.
- Nidigreedy (9/5): A Trastevere Gem - This is such a spacious place for the most popular neighborhood in Rome. Super central, clean, with all the amenities needed for a quick or extended stay. The host was very responsive, very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
The view when you walk out to the street is breathtaking, a botanical dream. The view from inside the room is limited but you won't be in the room other than to sleep since you are so close to literally everything in Rome.
- Daniela (10/5): Excellent service. As someone who has lower back issues, I found the mattress very good. - Excellent location and cleaning service. The bed was extremely comfortable.
- Chloe (9/5): Superb -
- Renata (10/5): lovely apartment , brilliant location. - location , cleanliness, style
- William (10/5): Family vacation in Rome - Quiet location in the Trastevere neighborhood next to the botanical garden. Check-in was easy. Walking distance to restaurants and a taxi stand.
- Daria (7/5): Good - Location. Two rooms, you can sleep when another person is watching tv Bathroom. It was an old building, and the bathroom was really cold, while the heater on the wall barely worked and heat only the wall. No door to shower, so all around was wet. Low doorway around 160 cm, so when you are up from the toilet you can hit your head. Also the boiler is enough for one person only. In the beggining we thought it was a problem, and can be fixed, the property staff even sent the technician, but nothing helped. We had to choose, who taking the shower, me or my partner.
In addition, lightbulb in the bathroom, we asked to fix it twice, The staff promised to do it, but never did anything. In addition I asked to clean walls, cause there are many black hair sticks to the walls, even sent the pictures to explain myself. Again nothing is done. We paid 700 euro for 3 nights, and I think it is not
worth the money

- Ursula (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sean (9/5): Superb -
- Irina (7/5): Good -
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Tami (8/5): Our host was amazing, and reliable - There wasn't breakfast at this bed and breakfast, which was strange. The only thing that could have been better was the front door code didn't work properly. It took at least 20 tries to get in.
- Kevyn (10/5): Excellent stay. - The apartment was very spacious, large refrigerator, excellent oven, cooktop, and a TV section located on a mezzanine level accessed by a steep ladder.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area of Trastevere. No cutting board and no Netflix on the TV. A very low bulkhead at the entrance to the shower and toilet area. You will hit your head at least once before you realize that you need to duck.
- Magdalena (10/5): Wonderful modern place in Old part of Rome. - Modern, very clean! BAery cmforta bed. Great loacation . Walking distance to the center (25-30 min).
- Thomas (8/5): A great place with easy access to great restaurants. - Great location, modern accommodation, easy access, very quiet area, lovely air con, sufficient toiletries, loved the washer/dryer. There wasn’t a chopping board or kitchen knife in the room so I had to do all my cutting on a plate with a steak knife. I’m certain had I of messaged the hosts they would have supplied but I quite enjoyed my crinkle cut tomato’s.
Room was also lacking a tea towel so used a hand towel from the bathroom instead.
In terms of hygiene it would have been good to have a mattress protector on the bed and an actual duvet cover rather than having the duvet between two sheets.
We would have quite liked a broom so we could sweep the floor and keep it clear, but if we had asked the hosts they may have been able to supply this.
On at least 3 occasions I came back to our apartment building to find that both or at least 1 of the access doors into the main hallway had been left open by other residents/guests. It would be great to see a self closing mechanism installed for the safety of everyone in the building.
- Rebecca (10/5): Amazing!! - The location was perfect - near enough to the centre to be able to walk to the major site seeing spots (or a scooter ride) and lovely and quiet! tucked away from all the restaurants.
The property was spotlessly clean, bathroom beautiful, comfortable bed and a/c.
Anamaria was so helpful, informative and quick to reply with queries.
- Amanda (8/5): A good place to stay for a short visit - The location is fabulous. It’s quiet and close to a few ‘must see’ attractions in Rome.
The manager of the property is most helpful & attentive. It made the stay pleasant & easy. The cooking facilities were also great for those who wish to stay in every now and then. The apartment can seem gloomy as there isn’t much natural light due to the surrounding dwellings.
The bathroom - watch your head! If you’re tall you need to duck to enter the bathroom & there’s another low wall in the bathroom itself. The shower is great but it floods the space making the floor slippery.
- allison (10/5): - Beautiful accommodations in a great location... staff were incredibly attentive.
