• ELENA (8/5): - La ubicación en una zona muy animada, con bares muy interesantes para comer y beber, con buen ambiente y buena música. El apartamento tiene estancias bastante amplias Que reservamos expresamente dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales cada una y en una de las habitaciones dos camas juntas formaban una cama matrimonial grande al tener las mismas sábanas. Al solicitar sábanas para disponer de dos camas separadas nos cobraron un suplemento de 20 €

Paid €50 for a cot but it wasn’t even set up. Floors were dirty as my baby was crawling on the floor and her feet were black and she picked up a cigarette from the floor when she was crawling.

• Anna Maria (10/5): Gruppo vacanze Piemonte - Siamo state benissimo appartamento pulitissimo il sig Mirko ci ha aspettato davanti alla porta ci ha accompagnato nel appartamento ci ha detto per qualsiasi cosa chiamatemi poi devo dire che il palazzo e di un'eleganza in un punto meraviglioso vicino a tutte le attrazioni ci ritorneremo sicuramente grazie della vostra cortesia lo consiglio
• Maria Luisa (2/5): Freddo, impossibile abitare questo appartamento - Appartamento carino, soprattutto molto bello e pulito i due bagni, rifornito del necessario e in ottima posizione rispetto al centro Temperatura assolutamente invivibile: abbiamo soggiornato 2 giorni al gelo polare. Gli split dell’aria calda sono stati accesi al nostro arrivo ( già troppo tardi per il tipo di palazzo con muri spessi e soffitti molto alti) in ogni caso non hanno mai funzionato: sparavano aria fredda. Abbiamo avvisato la struttura che dopo un giorno ha mandato i tecnici per visionare l’impianto: non è cambiato nulla, alle mie lamentele la risposta è stata: “dovete attendere che si alzi la temperatura dell’appartamento”… cosa che non è mai avvenuta e abbiamo dormito anche la seconda notte al gelo: non so come si facciano chiamare “ luxury”, per me è impensabile non controllare che il riscaldamento funzioni: avevamo preso un appartamento per goderci oltre alla città anche il comfort di una casa dove rientrare e invece abbiamo passato due giorni fuori per sfuggire al freddo: pessimo.
• Mariola (8/5): Dobra lokalizacja i świetny gosodarz. Polecam - Wspaniały gospodarz- kontaktował się często i starał się pomóc w dotarciu na miejsce i zakwaterowaniu. Lokalizacja w centrum więc blisko do obiektów, które chcieliśmy zwiedzić. W obiekcie jest winda. W środku dwie sypialnie, salon i dwie łazienki. Ogrzewanie przy pomocy klimatyzacji- byliśmy w grudniu więc była potrzebna. W okolicy dużo barów i sklepów. Słabe wyposażenie kuchni- brakuje małych garnków. Stół przy którym jedliśmy się chwieje- warto podeprzeć. Jest zmywarka, ale jak potrzeba umyć jeden talerz to przydałby się płyn do mycia naczyń. Ja bym dołożyła mikrofalówkę.

• George Mindru (10/5): Firenze Mmgega Apartment - Excellent position, in front you have the C2, C3 bus for/from train station, crossing all old center. The apartment is very big, very nice and clean, all facilities you may need. No heat, only AC and even like, was a little cold, but the temp outside helped us. Very noisy, the apartment is headed to the main street and the old windows do not insulate the noise. Even so, we still enjoy the place.

Prosoape de fata nu erau, nu au fost schimbate prosoapele deloc, băiatul care ne a facut check in, nu a mai răspuns la mesaj după ce am plătit restul de taxe. Zgomot mare noaptea.

• Melissa Hayes (8/5): Está en una buena localización con fácil acceso a la parada del autobús - Limpio con buen espacio La segunda noche el a/c no funcionó tuvimos que dormir con calor por qué no tienen abanicos, habían 3 televisores pero no tenían control remoto y aunque los pedimos desde el primer día, nunca los llevaron. Las camas individuales son muy pequeñas y de mala calidad se torcieron las patas. No ponen nada de azúcar ni café y hay Coffe maker pero no tienen filtros para el café.

• Dovile (1/5): Terrible night’s sleep and uncomfortable apartment only the location was good. - The only thing we liked was the location. The apartment we got was not the same as shown in the photos — it had small windows and looked completely different. It said check-in was at 14:00, but when we arrived we still had to wait 15 minutes for the staff member to come. When he finally let us in, there was a cleaner just sitting on the sofa scrolling on his phone. The bedding was thrown in a corner and clearly dirty. I understand they were still cleaning, but they could have told us to wait until the apartment was ready. The staff member said they needed a few more minutes to finish, and even the beds were not made yet. We asked why the apartment looked different from the photos, and he just said, “Oh, those are other apartments.” When I asked if we could stay in the one from the photos, he said no. The beds were extremely uncomfortable just two folding beds pushed together, very noisy and unstable. All four of us had a terrible night’s sleep. There was no coffee or tea provided. The iron was broken when I poured water in, it leaked all over my clothes. The drawers were messy, and there was no lamp on the bedside table. I definitely do not recommend this place if you want to have a good night’s rest.

• MARTA (5/5): Mantenimiento mejorable - Está a 20 minutos andando de Santa Maria del Fiore y el barrio está muy animado; la persona que vino a entregarnos la llave fue muy amable. Limpieza correcta. Para empezar el apartamento que nos tocó era interior, no como el que ponía en las fotos. El mantenimiento del apartamento me pareció bastante mejorable. Una de las camas inservible y si bien vinieron a arreglarla el día siguiente, creo que deberían chequearlo antes. Manchas de haber matado mosquitos por todas partes.

• Teodora (9/5): - The apartment is very spacious, and the high ceilings enhance this quality. 2 bedrooms and an open-space livingroom with an extensible sofa. The beds are comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. The AC makes it so that you don't even feel the heat outside. It has 2 bathrooms, of which only one has a shower, but it wasn't a problem at all. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a nice meal. It is within 10-15 minutes of walking from the Duomo. They were also very kind to let us have an early check-in because we had a very tight schedule dependent on train times and museum visiting hours. That made our visit much better. If you are a light sleeper, you might find it a bit harder to fall asleep, because the city has a rich night life and the echoes bounce off the building façades on its narrow streets. Now, our experiences varied, because some had no problem with it, being so tired from all the visiting and used to street noises.

Personalul lasa mult de dorit, nu iti ofera camera pe care ai rezervat-o si mai mult, nu incearca nici macar sa gaseasca o solutie.Dusul nu merge, am avut gandaci in apartament, toate lucrurile sunt vechi si aproape se dezmembreaza cand le atingi.Aerele conditionate abia fac fata. • Manuel (9/5): Agradable estancia en Florencia. - Apartamento amplio y cómodo para una familia de 6 personas. Tenía buen aire acondicionado para refrescarse del intenso calor. Queda cerca del centro. El colchón del sofá cama estaba incómodo. Había un solo baño para 6 personas lo que resultó un poco difícil de manejar los tiempos de cada uno.

• Gilbert (2/5): - We stayed at a junior suite and we were disappointed with amenities. There was no closet for clothes, the folding bed was uncomfortable. We only had 2 towels that we had to use for 3 days. We asked for extra toilet paper & towels but they said that they’ll only drop them off if we pay €15 extra. It was super noisy at night since it’s near a busy street. There were no front desk/staff to help. The woman who answered the telephone initially was rude (owner?), but the person who check us in was nice/ friendly but not too helpful. I don’t recommend this place at all. The food at the bistro/restaurant downstairs was really good, with helpful staff. They helped us get taxis.
• Craig (8/5): Good but the bed was not adequate. - The apartment was good and clean with a nice aspect but the fold-out sofa bed was uncomfortable. Needs a proper bed and mattress and somewhere to hang clothes.
• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - The apartments are very clean, well furnished, ample, and modern. The location is also very good and has good access to public transportation. Soroush was very kind, explained everything to me during check-in, and helped me understand everything around the location. Around the corner, there's a lovely street with restaurants and bars also frequented by the locals, so not crazy expensive and not places specialised for tourists. Just to take into account: If you're a light sleeper, be mindful that it is a busy area, so there's a lot of passers-by until late at night.

Most places we went was walkable and there is a bus system right out front. Only downside was no where to store your luggage on the day you check out and stowing place to pay was closed the day we checked out.

• Geoff (1/5): loved Florence - The bed had metal surrounds and was higher than the mattress and was uncomfortable getting in and out of bed , the mattress had deep ruts in it and was like sleeping in a hammock . The flat is on a main street with a bar under on the ground floor , and some nights the noise didnt stop untill 2.00am . then at 5.00am the bin man empted the 5 big bins on the road outside

Toiletries included (2 tiny bottles of shower gel and 2 small hand soaps) Sofa bed not a proper bed, not what we expected for the price paid. No wardrobe or place to hang clothes Nice kitchen but virtually no utensils ( huge pile of dishes and plates but only 1 wine glass, 2 water glasses, a little cutlery)
• Antonia (1/5): Travelers should be aware of the security issues we encountered during our stay at this property - Extremely Disappointing Experience - Belongings Stolen My recent stay at this property has left me deeply disappointed and concerned. We discovered that some of our belongings had been stolen on the last day of our stay, which cast a dark shadow over what should have been a pleasant trip. To give you an idea of the extent of our loss, a newly purchased perfume valued at 200 euros, cosmetic products in boxes worth 100 euros, and essential medication were all missing. This discovery was made during our packing process, which naturally sent us into a frenzy. With no contact numbers responding to our calls, we were left in a state of frustration and helplessness. We were forced to rush our packing, which in turn led to us missing our train. The managing company's response to our plight has been deeply unsatisfactory. Despite their several text messages inquiring about the locked door, they have taken no meaningful actions to address the theft. We should note that there were no visible signs of forced intrusion, leaving us with the unsettling feeling that someone with access to our flat used that access to browse through our personal belongings and make off with items they deemed valuable. This incident has not only tainted our experience at the property but also overshadowed the entire trip. Given the gravity of the situation and the utter lack of response from the managing company, I have no choice but to rate this property with a score of 1, though I wish I could rate it even lower. Travelers should be aware of the security issues we encountered during our stay, and I sincerely hope that the managing company takes this matter more seriously and implements measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

• Marina (9/5): Superb - Great kitchen and bathroom. Had everything we needed. The area was a bit out of the city but was great value and easy walking distance. The key was very difficult to open the door. The air con was working great but was very loud and couldn’t have it on while sleeping so it was very hot at night.

• Deborah (8/5): - The location was excellent, a little noisy from the road traffic but knew when booking it. The apartment itself is nice, light and good fixture and fittings, however the maintenance wasn't so good. We were given the wrong apartment initially and when I said it wasn't like the advert, they said did I not read the description, turned out they had put us in the wrong apartment, but it was sorted. There was no sheets for the sofa bed and would have been a charge to deliver some but they gave us some for free due to the mix up the day before. Surely if you advertise a sofa bed, so it sleeps 4 people, you would provide some sheets as standard. We got locked out (our fault) but we had to get a taxi to the office 4 times as they wouldn't come to us to help, before they sent a locksmith which we had to pay for so turned out expensive with 4 taxi rides on top. We had locked our money and phones in the apartment so had to borrow money off another resident in the apartment to get the taxis, even telling them this, they still wouldn't come to us. On the 5th and 8th day we had cleaners knocking on the door telling us to leave by 10am, but they had the wrong apartment again! Small issue.. no plug in kitchen sink, it stunk, I just covered it as I knew they would charge for a delivery of a plug, but on the last day it came bubbling up with sewage. The apartment itself, I would recommend if you don't require help from the management, they just seemed unhelpful and nobody taking ownership.
