Staff gentile quando presente, Colazione ottima e abbondante a letto! Super! Staff un po’ assente, non risponde sempre al telefono. Non ho potuto usufruire del deposito bagagli all’arrivo perchè non ottenevo risposta al telefono. Al check out invece sono riuscita a concordarmi con l’host. Migliorerei la pulizia generale, e farei un upgrade dei phon nelle camere.

- Yadav (5/5): - Staff accomodated by request for extra towels without any extra costs and the location was on the nicer end, close to the city center and also to train station. The room was really dark for me and the fact that even after asking 5 or 6 times in the past 1 month, the staff did not provide me with an invoice. I asked before booking, during check-in, during check-out (at this point he said he will email me ), and also later but he never sent it to me. The reception is empty so we do not have a means to talk to him face to face. I will not recommend it if you need something as little as invoice or something else from reception.

- Cecily (9/5): A central, quiet studio - perfect for a few nights stay. - The room was a really nice size, more like a studio with a sitting area and a kitchen area. It was very centrally located, easy to get to from the train station and really well placed in town. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was. There was a small atrium area off the kitchenette with two chairs and a table but it looked a bit grungy so we didn't want to use it.

- francesca (7/5): - Ognuno ha il proprio standard!!! Posizione centrale e personale disponibile ma ho chiesto troppe volte le stesse cose. Alloggio freddo e umido per altri panni stesi nello stesso appartamento, consigliabile maggiore pulizia (polvere su mensole. E telecomandi!!) troppo caro per il servizio reso. Inoltre la stanza era lunghissima in orizzontale con due lettini, non quella della foto. Fredda, c’è solo uno split, termosifone spento in bagno, l umidità dei panni stessi dietro la Reception non va bene!!! Non si serve jogurt o budini aperto in una ciotolina ma confezionato!!!!

- Marie (5/5): - God lokation, lige i kanten af den gamle bydel og ved siden af en Michelin knife&fork restaurant og behagelig/venlig vært. Hård seng, brusehovedstang og toiletknap i stykker, morgenmad meget simpel og primært brød-ting, værelses ret kold (centralstyret og kunne ikke skrues op) - det var i marts - og der manglede både håndklæder og toiletpapir ved ankomst, som vi skulle spørge efter.

Non c'era la riduzione per usare il phon quindi ho dovuto usare la ciabatta che serve per la macchinetta caffè e frigo, e mancanza di carta igienica di scorta

- Laboratorio Scrittura (6/5): Ideale per soggiorno breve. - Benissimo l'accoglienza ho avuto modo di fare il check in anche in anticipo rispetto al previsto. Posizione on città eccellente. L'ultimo giorno si sono dimenticati di portarmi la colazione e ho dovuto chiedere alla signora delle pulizie di avvisare via telefono e poi l'ho ricevuta. Letto scomodissimo e pulizia della camera migliorabile.

- RICHARD (8/5): Great Location in a Funky Designed Apartment - Location was ideal - Breakfast in the morning was a treat. I don't think I ever saw the property manager although he has an office on the property.
- Ana Karima (7/5): Hospedaje básico bien ubicado. - El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cuenta con elevador y se ve que le quisieron dar un toque diferente con la decoración de las habitaciones. Hice mi reservación con mucho tiempo y busqué de diferentes maneras al alojamiento porque viajábamos con una persona en silla de ruedas y quería conocer las condiciones y el funcionamiento y tamaño del elevador; pero nunca obtuve respuesta, ni por booking, ni por mail, ni por teléfono. Al final el lugar si fue funcional pero no sabíamos que esperar. El lugar tiene una decoración particular - temática lo cual está bien, pero son muebles viejos no todos en buen estado, hacía bastante frío y no nos dejaron cobijas, tuvimos que pedirlas y nos dijeron que solo había 3 cuando éramos 4 personas en dos habitaciones. Definitivamente no recomendaría el desayuno es algo muy pequeño y básico, así mismo quisimos hacernos un té y el calentador de agua se veía sucio con agua desde hacía ya tiempo ahí estancada.

L’host è stata super disponibile e molto reattivo nel rispondere ai nostri messaggi e a darci suggerimenti e consigli. Appartamento Marinetti con arredamento particolare. Letto un po’ scomodo e appartamento abbastanza buio ma consiglieremmo la struttura.

- Giampa1 (1/5): rovinata dal "Fonticolo" - la posizione la stanza era sporca e la prima notte ho trovato 2 blatte volanti (scarfaggi), l'ho fatto presente al responsabile il quale mi è sembrato quasi infastidito e mi ha riferito che stavano provvedendo alla pulizia. la notte successiva c'era un gran odore di disinfettante, odore quasi disgustoso, e ho trovato 3 blatte volanti..... non hanno nenache provveduto alla pulizia della camera. dovrebbero vergognarsi e cambiare attività. non si trattano così i clienti.

- Owi (8/5): If you are looking for spacious and affordable apartments for a family , this facility is suitable - We booked 2 apartments and both were large. The owner stays in a apartment next to ours. He was very friendly and helpful. The apartments were a bit too dark.

- Lipari (10/5): Tutto perfetto. - Solitamente sono un po' scettica sui B&B, ma in questo caso sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita. Mi sono sentita come a casa e al sicuro. La camera sembrava un piccolo monolocale con tanto di cucina: pulita, ben attrezzata e arredata con gusto e con grande sensibilità estetica... un gioiello. Infine la gentilezza dello staff, di Alessio in particolare, che si è offerto di farmi un favore personale per il quale sono immensamente grata, Assolutamente consigliato!
