Guest Reviews
- Elisa (8/5): - Great especially for the price.
- Jay (2/5): - Do not stay here. The new owners are really creepy. The bed had vulgar writing on the mattress. The shower was filthy. The place is unkept. No hot water. Stains on the walls. The road noise is awful and their is no quite time. People party all night long in the parking lot and play loud music. Spend the extra $40 for safety and piece of mind
- Wayne (8/5): - I love the character of this motel, squeaky wood floors, squeaky bed and very clean. Great water pressure and an endless supply of hot water, two important things that are rare to find when traveling in the desert.
- alice (6/5): - quiet
- David (4/5): - What did I like, NOTHING. Poor area all around. Older area of town. May of been popular at one time, not now. Did NOT feel safe in or around room. VERY limited dining options.
- Jason (8/5): Bring ear plugs and your own pillow. - Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Lots of road noise, but the blame is on the drivers with large trucks and small genitalia who felt it necessary to rev their engines and peel out all night. For an older hotel everything was clean and in good shape. Service was good.
- Leroy (10/5): - Clean clean clean
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Inside the hotel is pretty decent but outside is run down. There is no hot water in the shower. Front desk is not the friendliest. Hotel is hard to find. Someone tried to open our door as we were getting ready to leave. It was not checkout time yet. There is only bar soap and nothing else is provided. Not much parking space too. Fridge and microwave is a plus. I would say make this an option if you do not have any options at all in the area.
- Jim (8/5): - Cheap but clean. No ice machine.
- Leroy (10/5): - Excellent clean rooms
- Alice (10/5): - Good location and friendly staff
- Richard (4/5): - A significant issue in the room was inspected but not fixed - with no further follow up despite my willingness for a small compromise to resolve
- Roger (8/5): - Sunny the Manager was cooperative in working with me and my dogs. The room was clean and comfortable.
- Gary (8/5): - Room was clean nothing fancy but cheap
- Bryan (2/5): - The owners acted like I was going to skip out on them. I was asleep after a long night working on my Vehicle, trying to get it rolling and this guy has his employee come up and pound on my door. After I told him I'd be down to pay this disrespectful man insists on calling the phone repeatedly until I answered. So irritated at how he treated his guests I told this weirdo that if be down to pay. He tells me to leave. I never gave him any issues I paid my room even though the night before I showed up at 1:30 and couldn't get into my room because I didn't show up at a dec3nf time. Hey bro shut off your sign that says OPEN, you inconsiderate racist jerk . You run a business. I can't help it that you luve where you do business. Anyways as I walked out I saw my ride there to take me to my vehicle and this ass decides to disrespect my ride making them feel uncomfortable. Bro learn how to run a business. You are in the business of accomodating, catering, and enduring that your guests have the best experience while I. Your care. You can tell you dont care. I found syringes under the bed I honestly felt I was being recorded via hidden devices. You guys are pathetic as d need to clean up your place replace your dirty mattresses, quit using the same sheets and pillow cases and have some freaking respect guy.
- John (6/5): - The motel is in a good location if you want to visit archaeology sites in the area.
- LEROY (10/5): - Really clean rooms.
- Leroy (10/5): - Very clean and cozy
- Marc (6/5): - Bare bones facility. Checked in at a window - I was not allowed to come in to the tiny lobby. However, for $55/night the room was clean, the bed was adequate, the TV was good, and there was a mini fridge and microwave. No ice machine. Room needed some minor repairs.
- Sparrow (10/5): - Exceptionally friendly staff. Very economical. Great hot water shower... comfy bed.
Only drawback, the lighting was a little dim.for doing office work...
- Bryan (2/5): Nasty - It’s the nastiest motel I’ve ever stayed in there were people accessing the attic during times my wife was bathing and people kept trying to open my door no room service rude owners and too expensive for a 1970’s ish room try updating your rooms instead of the locks
- Jeremie (10/5): Adequate. Awesome for the price. - Good bang for the buck
- Bryan (4/5): - Nice maid
- Shawn (2/5): - Manager refused to give me a refund when the Wi-Fi was not working. Ate the cost and went and got a “real” hotel
- John (6/5): Cozy stay - The price was good for a quick trip out of town. The room was old and the air conditioning unit was noisy.
- Dan (10/5): - Clean but old and minimal owner lacking people skills
- John (10/5): - It was a perfect pit stop; cheap, comfortable, quiet.
- nellie (6/5): - Shower not working. Not enough towels.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed stay - No shower, water was luke warm. Lots of long black hair all over floor and in bed sheets.
- DAVID K (10/5): Nice Stay - Very pleasant and helpful host. Nice stay.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - building was in terrible condition. small room, not a queen bed that we requested., filthy blanket on bed with cigarette burns, floor not vaccumed.door lock didn't work. very little toilet paper, no clock, real dump, horrible conditions, no ice machine, we only stayed because we were tired of driving.
- TED (8/5): Well worth what I paid. - I wanted cheap, and this fit the bill. Old, but servicable furniture. Bed was ok. Good wifi and cable tv. A shower with a good shower head. Smallest and lowest toilet I've ever used. I'm a small person, but my knees were as high as my belly button. Overall, satisfied with what I got for the money.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was just what I needed.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good stay other than the 16 steps up.
- Cheryl (10/5): - Good night sleep
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Property to small to park a boat or small trailer
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Convenient enough and the staff was friendly. They could do a better job of cleaning the rooms. I found a pair of some previous guest's boxer shorts in the corner of the closet and two empty water bottles under one of the beds.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The room was not very clean. Floors appeared to not been swept after last guest. I had to clean the microwave before i could even use it. The heater felt as if it were on cold. The pillows were flat flat flat.
- Gregory (8/5): Hunting trip - The room was satisfactory for my purpose. I was on a hunting trip; the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot! The two staff were very nice. All in all, decent!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Traveling during the pandemic raises new considerations. i appreciated the personal attention of a family-run motel, and their contactless check-in.
- DrTomCow (8/5): - Well it was overall please, although we didn't get a wifi code.
- Mario (10/5): - very good place, very friendly staff, clean and quiet room, five stars
- Mario (10/5): - excellent place, clean and very friendly staff, five stars
- SANDY (8/5): Good for the cost - Clean room at a cheaper price compared to other options. Good for passing by road trip and needing somewhere to sleep and shower.
- Carl (8/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry equipment was brand new and worked well. The room was clean. The air-conditioning was very good. I enjoyed my stay and you can't beat the price!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The bed is very uncomfortable. The toilet sits very low and considerably lower than most toilets. The carpet is very old, unclean, and stained. The furniture is extremely old which is similarly themed to match the clashing bright orange and green/yellow paint on the walls . There is no coffee pot in the room, no shampoo/conditioner. The office does not allow customers into it and therefore has no coffee available either. The good of this situation is that the roof damage that is obvious in the bathroom appears to be patched and possibly stable so it may not collapse on the person under it.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Television was good, air conditioner was cold, shower was great, water was hot and shower head was soothing, bed was fine, pillows are thin. There wasn't anything to dislike, except the microwave was dirty, and fridge had crumbs.
- Terry (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean, and reasonable price. We had a good night sleep and continued on the next morning.
- Tobin (10/5): Safe, clean, quiet - This is a good motel for visiting archeological sites in the area: clean, safe, quiet, reasonably priced. Very basic: bring your own shampoo.
- Sherry (10/5): - The owner was very accommodating and helpful.
