- Roberto (2/5): MOUSE TRAP - horrible, horrible, horrible. mouse trap. paid for hotel 1 month before and when I was arriving there they said I had no reservation, even though it was fully paid. I had to keep my rental car for an extra day, went to 3 hotels before I could get a place to stay. I had to stay in 3 different rooms in 2 different hotels. waisted fun time with moving and hotel change. spend on extra car rental, more expensive places, moving rooms and hotels. how unpleasant it was! got reimbursed for what I had paid 1 month ago, even though my costs were extremely higher. reimbursement did not cover all extra expenses, stress, waisted time. mouse trap, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

- Kousay (10/5): Excellent stay , 10/10. - I stayed in Dar Ikram in the 1st week of June 2018, I liked every thing in this Dar, Mr Khalid the manager and his mother were amazing , they are very thorough, helpful and have very nice personality. They try always to offer every thing they can to make their customer happy and comfortable. Mr Khalid's mother was very generous and great lady. who serves the food and care of her guests. she works really very hard. It was excellent stay.
