Goed en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt.Raden dit hotel zeker aan. Wij vonden het erg warm in de kamer en in de overige ruimtes van het hotel.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns erneut die gelebte Hundefreundlichkeit – unsere zwei Hunde waren jederzeit willkommen und wurden genauso liebevoll behandelt wie wir selbst. Es war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt hier und ganz sicher auch nicht unser letzter. Jedes Mal ist es ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis mit toller Atmosphäre, viel Herzlichkeit und großem Wohlfühlfaktor. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Absolute Empfehlung! Es gibt absolut nichts Negatives zu berichten – alles war rundum perfekt organisiert .

- Cynthia (9/5): Super séjour - Super hôtel 👍🏻 Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Tout était niquel : la chambre, les équipements, le petit déjeuner bon et copieux, la propreté. L’hôtel dispose d’un espace « repos » où des boissons (cafe, thé) sont à libre disposition ce qui est très agréable notamment pour les voyageurs qui attendent de récupérer leur chambre. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. Je suis tombé malade le jour de notre arrivée et une solution a été trouvée pour nous laisser la chambre en avance. Le tramway est à côté de l’hôtel = facilité pour se rendre en ville. Le quartier juif est à proximité, il est possible d’y aller à pied en quelques minutes. De très bons restaurants et traditionnels se trouvent à proximité. Nous recommandons cet hôtel. Rien

Włączyliśmy na tablecie tryb nie przeszkadzać i nie sprzątać, a i tak po powrocie do hotelu po całym dniu w pokoju było posprzątanie i dostaliśmy nowe ręczniki pomimo, że poprzednie wisiały i nie potrzebowały wymiany. Z jednej strony super, że hotel tak dba o czystość i jest nowoczesny i wszystko można wybrać na tablecie, ale z drugiej niestety nie jest to przestrzegane.

Everything is modern and beautifully designed from the moment you step in the front door! The breakfast is excellent with many choices. We loved the sauna and the coffee machine in the lobby. Would stay again if in Krakow. Rooms not quite as soundproof as expected. Noise from hallway and room overhead was sometimes noticeable.

- Karmen (10/5): Krakow’s Delight - The hotel was absolutely perfect! We were impressed from the moment we arrived. It is so modern and beautifully fits into the atmosphere of that part of the city. The interior design is fantastic - very stylish & elegant. The cleanliness was outstanding and our rooms were spotless every single day - the housekeeping team did an amazing job throughout our stay. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of options and something for everyone. The location is also perfect and made exploring the city very easy. The only thing that surprised us a little was the attitude of some of the bar waiters. They seemed rather cold and unwelcoming and at times we felt as if ordering a drink was somehow bothering them. It was a bit disappointing because everything else about the hotel was truly exceptional. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

- Beatrice (10/5): - La literie est confortable, les petits déjeuners super copieux ! L'hôtel est idéalement placé (on a tout fait a pied lors de notre séjour....) Le personnel très agréable et très serviable ! Toujours prêt a nous aider pour quoi que ce soit Le spa est propre et accessible facilement. Manque peut etre d'assonorisation côté couloir (les portes sont lourdes et elles claquent facilement...) Côté SPA on s'est retrouvés deux soirs de suite avec des personnes totalement nues (un homme seul et ensuite deux femmes..) pas des plus agréables pour le respect de chacun...

- Rachel (10/5): Great stay and will book again for sure. - Very classy hotel, high tech with tablets in the room to access and control everything. We stayed twice here during our trip in Poland and for this stay we were upgraded to a Deluxe room which was significantly larger than our Classic room on our first stay. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Krakow and this one is in my top 2 for sure. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Located a few minutes walk from Vistula river and the heart of Kazimierz. So for anyone wanting to stay in the Jewish Qtr this is the place to stay. Nothing not to like

- Rachel (10/5): Would stay again but would book a deluxe room - First of 2 stays here in the same week (in the middle we went to Zakopane for 5 nights). Friendly staff and we were offered a choice of a room on the front with views or a quieter room near the indoor garden. We opted for the quiet room. Classic room was our choice for this 2 night stay, but having stayed in a deluxe room for 1 night (free upgrade) later in the week next time I would book a deluxe room. Much bigger and also has a coffee machine and kettle which this classic room doesn’t (you have to go downstairs to use the communal drinks machines). High tech room with a tablet provides to control everything. Clean, spacious and modern bathroom. Comfortable bed. Everything was as I would hope. Nothing

- Rosa Maria (10/5): - Se puede llegar muy fácilmente desde el aeropuerto en tren, la estación está a 10 minutos andando. El hotel es precios, el diseño y decoración de sus habitaciones es su marca. La habitación clásica es pequeñita, pero lo necesario para pasar dos o tres días en Cracovia. El cuarto de baño es pequeño pero muy cómodo. La ducha funciona a la perfección, no se sale el agua por ningún sitio. Muchísimas habitaciones tienen vistas a las vías del tren, pero las ventanas están insonorizadas y no oyes a los trenes en ningún momento. En la recepción hay máquinas de café y agua caliente gratis 24h. El desayuno es espectacular tienes de todo lo que te pueda apetecer, salado, dulce, fruta, yogures, verdura, etc y además tiene una pequeña carta de platos que te preparan al momento. Nosotros no pudimos desayunar uno de los días y pedimos un picnic y sin problema a las 5:30 teníamos una bolsa con fruta, yogur, Sandwich, zumo, agua, barrita cereales y bollería. El hotel está en el barrio judío que es una zona muy animada por la noche, con muchos restaurantes y bares. Solo por poner algo, y no es una queja.... las almohadas son muy blandas, pero si pides unas más duras a recepción te las suben muy rápido

- Marikki (10/5): - Aamiainen oli todella hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotellin sijainti loistava. Hotellilta oli helppo kävellä keskustaan ja vanhaan kaupunkiin, muutenkin kaupunki helposti hahmotettavissa ja kävellen näkee paljon. Hotellilta myös hyvät julkiset yhteydet.
