But with good communication, and checking messages, it was very simple. Pia was a wonderful hostess and gave us insightful information about Bari and Polignano a Mare things to see and do! We felt like we were visiting our relative and the room was the best air conditioning in Italy without having to beg to lower the temperature on 40* heat summer days.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and overall the experience was good. However, one thing to note: the listing mentions that "American breakfast" is included, but that's not exactly accurate. What you actually get is a voucher for a nearby café that includes a croissant and a coffee — delicious (the croissants are amazing!), but definitely not what most people would consider a full American breakfast. It’s a small detail, but important to know in case you're expecting something more complete. Still, the stay was pleasant and the staff was kind.

Situato al nono piano di un palazzo, e raggiungibile tramite ascensore, il B&B ha un tot. di 3 camere. Noi avevamo la tripla con vista sul piazzale della stazione. Camera ampia, pulita, con tutto il necessario e silenziosa. Colazione in un bar proprio vicino all’ingresso del palazzo. Un Grazie a Pia per la gentilezza, simpatia, disponibilità e per tutti i consigli che ci ha dato sia di persona che su whatsapp. Direi consigliatissimo!

La sympathique Pia nous accueille à notre arrivée et nous donne des conseils sur les incontournables d'une visite de Bari, ainsi que des conseils de restauration. Le B&B en lui même est correct, mais malheureusement situé au 9eme étage d'un immeuble vieillissant; il faut utiliser l'antique et minuscule ascenseur pour y accéder.

Large room with private bath. On the 9th floor with 2 tiny elevators. B & B seems to be a converted 3 bedroom apt with a shared kitchen so there were 2 other groups sharing the common area. Host was very kind and provided coffee, tea, milk, juice, as well as information about Bari. Daily housekeeping.

Pia was very nice and welcoming. The place was very clean and we found many food and beverage items to consume at any time of the day. The lift was a bit odd as it is the old type. Highly recommended.

• Jon (10/5): - This was a very clean and tidy room with air-con, separate bathroom, and breakfast provided. It was an easy walk to shops, cafes, etc. and a 30 minute walk to the waterfront. Owner was nice, and very helpful as we arrived very late and had to leave very early. We would definitely stay here again!
• AMsays (10/5): Terrific place once you find it... - Great location but no sign outside. Intercom to announce your arrival. Situated in a converted apartment that yields 3 rooms. Pia was terrific before and during my stay ensuring I was well set. She even provided directions and recommendations. Across from the Bari train station and next to Bari’s main pedestrian street. Breakfast was continental, extensive and covered all the bases. Coffee service in the room. Small, compact cozy room with all the amenities. Close to many trattorias, cafes, bars and stores.

Chambre spacieuse mais donnant face à la gare (malgré le double vitrage) les bruits extérieurs peuvent incommoder les personnes ayant un sommeil léger. Cependant : Un bémol concernant le stationnement, très difficile à trouver et onéreux (2 Euros de l'heure). Bien que nous ayons prévenu la propriétaire la veille en lui communiquant notre heure d'arrivée, cette dernière faisant face à un problème d'ordre personnel nous a accueilli avec plus d'une heure de retard, (et ce après avoir appelé le service client hotels.com).

Pia empfing uns sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie fragte uns auch über die Präferenzen bezüglich Frühstück. Am Morgen war dann auch das frische Gebäck für uns bereit. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay and Pia is an amazing host that does her best for her guests to enjoy the stay in beautiful Bari. The apartment is very clean andPia has left every day everything you need for a simple breakfast. Highly recommend it to tourists visiting Bari.
• joanne (10/5): Very Pleased - Piazza Moro was in a convenient location to the historic center. Our hostess, Pia was extremely helpful. She offered to make reservations and help us with any needs. We had a room which shared a common area with two other rooms. The common area was charming with a sitting area and a kitchen. There was fruit, yogurt and water in the firdge. There was an expresso machine and a milk frother. The unit had a dishwasher and Pia insisted that we never worry about hand washing any dishes. Fresh pastries were dropped off for breakfast. Someone came in daily to clean our room and handle the dishes. There was a clothesline off our balcony which made it convenient to rinse out a few laundry items--a nice feature when you are traveling. The unit seemed very secure. Great experience!

• PP (8/5): Close to Bari Rail Terminal - Two minutes walk to Rail Terminal and good access to eateries and quality shopping. The B&B is on the ninth floor of an apartment building but there is a lift to get luggage up to the room. There are three bedrooms each with private bathroom and a share communal kitchen. It's a bit different but works really well. Pia the owner went above and beyond to have our room ready for us after an early arrival off the Ferry from Dubrovnik. She was kind and very understanding that we were tired after a 10 hour overnight trip and really did everything she could for us. There is fresh fruit and supplies in the fridge and a quality coffee maker to use anytime and a nice tray of goodies in the room as well as good quality tea and tea maker to use anytime. When we woke up we went to the kitchen and without even hearing Pia come in it was stocked with beautiful goodies for breakfast all fresh and waiting for us to eat! There was also yogurt in the fridge. When you leave the room there is a few doors to get through but once you remember what key opens what it's easy. When you leave the building you turn left onto a shopping street with cafe's, McDonalds, Burger King and other nice Italian eateries. Next section of the street is lined with Designer Label shops and quality eateries. This road goes through a nice park that leads straight to the Old town and castle. This B&B was different to what we usually stay in but made us feel like one of the locals. Thanks Pia for a great stay.
• Margaret (10/5): Fabulous stay - Had trouble finding the property and it would help if it was mentioned that it was next to McDonalds, directly across form the Railway Station. However, Pia and partner were waiting when I finally found the property and the welcome could not have been better. Room was delightful, with every convenience you could think of. Breakfast supplies were plentiful and you just helped yourselves. View was super and security was paramount so felt completely safe. Right on the corner of the main shopping street and a few really nice restaurants were a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again. Briefed on us on what to expect for breakfast, recommended sights, booked a car and driver for us and gave clear instructions for check out. The B&B was just across from the main train station and the subway to the airport. Downstairs are McDonalds and Burger King but there were many better local eating places. The room was spotless and toiletries were replenished everyday

From here its about 2 minutes to the start of the main shopping streets and about 10 to the old town. Warm welcome from Pia and I got lucky as I was the only guest so had the whole place to myself. Rooms are large and very clean....comfortable bed good air conditioning nice shower....what more do you need? Nice variety of food for a do it yourself breakfast....highly recommended

• 4ILuv2Travel (10/5): Convenient, friendly way to stay and enjoy Bari - I started my vacation in Bari for 24 hours before meeting up with a biking tour company. The B&B was conveniently located across from the main train station and was an easy 10-15 minute stroll into 'Bari Vecchia'. The hostess Pia was extremely gracious as she welcomed me to the B&B and gave me a comprehensive overview about the building, the self-serve breakfast and what to enjoy in town. The B&B is on the ninth floor of an elevator building and has three guest rooms. There are only a handful of stairs that you need to navigate with your luggage. The space was clear and well appointed wth kettle and teas in each room, and more amenities in the kitchen to enjoy. Thank you for a lovely quick stay in Bari!
• vikesq (8/5): Delightful BnB in Bari - Visited Bari and environs (Gargano Peninsula, San Giovanni Rotondo, Alberobello, Matera, Trani, etc...) in September and stayed at the Residenza Piazza Moro for 5 days. The location was excellent...close to the train station but in an open plaza which made it quite safe. The BnB itself was well-maintained, very clean and nicely-furnished. Rooms were large and airy and the ensuite shower/toilet adequately-sized. Continental breakfast was provided and consisted of baked goods/bread/coffee/tea/yogurt/fruit juices/fresh fruits. Cookies, cake, fresh fruit etc.. were always available at the common area/kitchen. Rooms were also cleaned daily. The only "problem" we encountered was the abundance of keys (lobby door, elevator, front door, room) and the special way each had to be turned for it to work, etc. which was really just an inconvenience. A truly delightful place to stay in Bari.
• Chr0me_Drag0n (10/5): Great Centrally Located B & B - Just in Bari overnight on our way to Lecce for a month, we chose this spot because it was close to the Train. Although located in a building next to a Hotel, this is a small B & B, on the 9th floor, so you must call when you are arriving to insure someone is there to greet you. Located just across the square from the train station and down the road from MacDonalds (There is one of these everywhere . .). This is an amazing B & B, comfortable and incredibly clean! The decor is crisp and modern although in an old building, and comes as a surprise after a ride up in a rickety old elevator. The view out our large airy bedroom was of the beautiful fountain in the city square. The host was amazing! She spent so much time explaining everything and made us feel so at home. We were late arriving and did not get there until after 10:00 pm, but she was still cheerful and helpful. She even help with an issue completely outside her responsibility and checked into it and phoned us in Lecce with advice. Need a convenient place in Bari - this is it!

Although the center is very busy, the rooms are quiet. An ideal spot to experience the city or to travel on the train or at the airport. One night for € 90 is not cheap, but the quality is good.
• Edgeworth66 (10/5): Lovely stay... - Perfect location for train travelers! Right in front of the train station on a lively piazza with a nice fountain, yet very quiet once you are in your room. Walking to old-town Bari is pleasant--via a pedestrian-only shopping promonade for less than 10 minutes. This place is up on the 9th floor with 3 rooms and a shared central kitchen and breakfast area. Very clean and modern. Nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Owner very friendly. Breakfast was good with many kinds of generally sweet pastries and breads, though very little protein (which is common in this part of Italy). Good coffee and there was a machine to make frothy milk for cappuchino, which we enjoyed.
• 447mercedesa (10/5): nice room - this was a very nice room amd very cozzy. for breakfast you take what you want from the fridge. the owners were extremely nice. they waited for me after my late trainnarrived and showed me how to use the expresso coffe machine. the place is close to the okd town. location was perfect!!!
