- Lorie (2/5): Would not recommend staying at this motel. - What breakfast? Do lock was broken, maintenance had to break the door open. Was moved to another room by the stairs where we heard everyone going up and down the stairs all night long.

Hallway dirty, broken shower rod, no soap or shampoo, broken TV remote, no cable, no USB ports, half the lights are broken, dirty or stained shower, filthy upper kitchenette cabinets, one of the lamps is falling off the wall, people hair left around the room, bathroom smells like mold and found roaches in room.

- Abby (1/5): Do not recommend at all! Don’t stay here ! - Nothing There was cockroaches everywhere !! It smelled bad when we walked in. Kids were running around everywhere and they were filthy. There was food thrown on the ground in several places. The housekeepers were dressed in booty shorts and tank tops and the service was bad. I’m still waiting for my refund. We didn’t even stay the night and I still can’t get my money back !!!

- Carley (3/5): Watch Out for Roaches! - The front desk worker was very nice, I wish I could remember his name because he deserve credit for handling a bad situation. The room had active and dead roaches. I was moved to a different room. The second room also had active and dead roaches. I just sucked it up and stayed but did not sleep much.
- Johnpaul (1/5): Stinky rooms - Good location. Rooms were labeled non smoking, but when I walked into the hall, the entire hallway smelled like weed and cigarettes. We stayed for 3 nights and everyday the house keeping aired out vacant rooms and the smell just blew all over the hall way and into our room. Also, we payed for a Kitchenette, expecting to have basic amenity’s, we had a fridge, coffee machine, and microwave. But no plates, utensils, or even coffee filters. I asked front desk and they said people Steele all the stuff so they don’t stick any of it in the rooms. I guess I got what I payed for.

- Erica (1/5): Horrible - Didn’t like this property, what the pictures show is not what the place looks like. I made reservation for two night and had to leave because the place is a mess. I got two rooms first one door didn’t locked at all, second the door wouldn’t open at all. I left the place it’s being over a month ago made my reservation two months in advanced payed for it right away full when reservation was made. After a month of event I haven’t received my refund. Last time I sure will be using Booking for any of my traveling.

- Maria (4/5): - Had a 2 night stay arrive late Friday night, had no towels in the room. Towels requested. Saturday morning still no towels. Didn't get towels until 6 pm Saturday after many request. Cross the hallway rooms had trash sitting there all weekend long, staff did not bother to take trash out even after coming to our room to open door. Corroded microwave, phone room didn't work and was not given a card for room, staff had to open door every time we needed to get into room. One of the times staff tried opening it 3 times and couldn't, a gentleman tried opening it with a screw driver and a card after multiple times and waiting 30+ minutes it failed. Finally, was opened by attempting with a small black box. If all these issues were communicated at check-in it would be different but, they were not other than staff would go open our room door. Of course, never said sometimes we have problems trying to get into rooms. Staff can only work with what is provided to them, facility owners should not have this facility open. Would not recommend staying here. Expedia before putting a facility on your site make sure you know what the facility actually looks like. Pictures are deceiving.

The people who work there stink, and one ladies breath smelled so bad it was coming into mines. We left for my son’s football game and returned at 4:00 in the morning and cut the lights on in our room only to find ROACHES everywhere; even in the sheets. This place is nasty, the workers are nasty and the water doesn’t get hot because the ROACHES ARE living in the PIPES.

- KeAndra (2/5): Please DO NOT book this hotel - My family’s stay was very uncomfortable. Upon checking in, there was no one at the front desk. We clicked the button to page someone & it took them 5 mins to come. Getting off the elevator to our floor, the smell of dog increase as we got closer to our room. The room next to us had dog hair everywhere on the carpet outside the door. Inside our room (I booked a double bed with full kitchen), my daughter went to shower & was met with pest & roaches. Inside the refrigerator was old ice & spilled drinks. The stove was out of commission missing BOTH knobs. Later that day roaches were crawling on the wall. Our sleep was so uncomfortable that we checked out at 3am the next morning.

- Susan (4/5): - When we checked in the room was not ready. The bed was being made but there was no blanket on there. We had to ask twice for a blanket. The ac in the room didn’t work right. We had the temp set to the lowest setting but it didn’t work right. The room cool but only if you slept in your under garments. The was dust everywhere and most of the things in the room were broken. Stove top missing a knob. Stop of stove cracked. Alarm clock didn’t work. There were absolutely nothing in the room to even use the stove. When we booked it said room was equipped with that stuff. Not happy with our stay at all. The staff was great though. The lady who checked us in Marion was so sweet and nice. We didn’t need the blanket after all seeing the ac never got cold enough to use it.

Room had a musty smell and not stocked with bath essentials! Also I booked a larger room with booking.com and that room was not available at the hotel!!
- Billy (2/5): Hotel staff stole my personal belongings - Very disheartened to write such a negative review but this hotel was terrible. I left work to pay my rent that was due and to my shock they had evicted me from the room without any prior notice (they have my card on file) no phone call attempt to reach me. I come to find they had packed my personal belongings, but half of my things were missing and stolen. I reported this to the Owner, and he was very dismissive and rude and does not care about professionalism or customer service. I will be reporting to police, BBB, and any other agencies to prevent this from happening to anyone else. This hotel does not care about anyone staying here and does not respect you or your personal property. Please beware.
- Heather (4/5): Humid on the INSIDE - There was apparently an electrical issue right before we arrived. The whole building's air conditioning wasnt working. Due to the humidity, the locks stopped working on the doors. Our room the first night did not lock at all. They did move us to another room the next day, but that room was so humid the mirrors were fogged. It was rather miserable to try to sleep while soaked in sweat and condensation.

- Edith (2/5): - I would like to start by highlighting the fantastic location of the property, and I want to extend my gratitude to the front desk staff Ms. Maria for her outstanding service. She was incredibly accommodating and did her best to assist us during a check-in. However, I did encounter some issues with my room that I believe could be addressed to enhance the overall experience. I noticed that the elevator and common areas could benefit from more attention and care, as their condition raised some concerns. Additionally, I experienced some pest issues, including fleas that my dogs unfortunately picked up from the property. While I appreciated the provision of bug spray, it would be ideal to have a fully pest-free environment from the outset. Overall, my experience did not fully align with my expectations, and I believe that with some improvements in these areas, future guests could enjoy a much more pleasant stay. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback!

I was locked out of my hotel room twice after extending my reservation and made it VERY clear to the front desk of my extension. Came back from working only to be locked out with my belongings inside because they marked me as a no show. After fighting back and forth with them, they finally let me in. I checked out the next day and went to a different hotel for the remainder of my stay. Very disgusted by the way I was treated.
