• Ericka (9/5): Me gusta mucho pero hace falta un abanico para el tiempo caliente y las habiataciones que dan a la calle no son mi s fav - Me gustó la locación y lo bonito que tienen los jardines, las habitaciones son básicas pero justo lo que necesitas … y es mi segunda vez que me quedo aquí. Las habitaciones que me tocaron nunca más las volvería a escoger porque son las que dan a la calle y es demasiada la bulla de los Carros, y por el tiempo que fui estaba haciendo mucho calor . Y no hay ni un abanico entonces tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta y la verdad fue difícil conciliar el sueño

Solo en ocasiones las tuberías desprendían mal olor debido a la antigüedad quizá del inmueble. No fue un problema pero si podrían actualizar tuberías o sistemas anti holores.

Das Personal ließ uns während der Acatenango Wanderung kostenlos unser Gepäck über Nacht lagern. Das Bad ist leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und klein. Dennoch sauber.

• BRYAN (9/5): Un lugar muy instagrameable. - El lugar es bastante instagrameable, su ubicación es muy buena, quizás no está en todo el centro pero tranquilamente llegas caminando a cualquier lado, eso si al frente está el mercado, y es una experiencia única; el personal es muy atento y siempre están pendientes de ayudarte en cualquier cosa; la verdad me vfui muy agradecido, viajé solo, pero disfrute muchísimo de su hermoso país, y sin duda esta estancia fue parte de toda esa hermosa experiencia.

• Isaias (7/5): Es tan lindo como en las fotos, ubicación centrica. - La ubicación es el pilar de este hotel, eso junto a su hermoso centro lleno de color y naturaleza que hace conjunto con los hermosos acabados de madera de todo el hotel, lo hacen un atractivo. Su terraza también tiene una vista hermosa. Y cuentan con un personal bastante eficiente y muy amable. La chica que estuvo en la recepción la mañana de lunes 23 de febrero, su servicio fue de lo mejor. Pensé que por estar cerca de una vía principal habría ruido muy alto, pero no fue así. Si bien no llega mucho ruido de la calle, de los pasillos sí. Otros huéspedes que pueden estar conversando en los pasillos se escuchara claramente dentro de tu habitación, si bien no está dentro de problemas del hotel, creo que se podría hacer énfasis durante el check-in sobre respetar el silencio en los pasillos. El internet estuvo malísimo durante el día que me quedé, tienen un router diferente para cada piso, lo cual me parece una excelente medida, pero al menos en el piso 3 durante el día que estuve, no estaba funcionando bien, estuvo muy lento, o dejaba de funcionar (mantenía señal, más no internet).

Habiamos llegado muy temprano. Las habitaciones tienen ventanas al pasillo, con mallas de ventilación, haciendo que uno no tenga privacidad en las habitaciones. El baño pequeño y sin jabon/shampoo.

• Rebecca (5/5): Clean, nice staff, good location - but LOUD. Don't book if you have an early wake-up! - Location was fine, relatively central to Antigua and easy walking to most spots. My bed was comfortable and everything was pretty clean. The staff members were kind and courteous. Everything was LOUD. I booked a hotel, not a hostel, in order to have peace and quiet and get good rest before a very early wake-up to climb one of the volcanoes. I found out the hard way that quiet hour starts at 11:30, and there was a very loud congregation of folks in the common area (just steps from my room) chatting and laughing loudly until at least 11:30. My room also had a window that opened up to an interior courtyard where there was a small kitchen for staff. Every time a staff member walked there to use the microwave, open the fridge, etc, I could hear it loud and clear. I think that room should be discounted accordingly, since I'm sure rooms on higher floors don't have the same issues with noise. If I had known how noisy it was going to be, I wouldn't have booked the room.

Les envié un mensaje donde no sabía si iba a poder tomar la reserva y no obtuve respuesta. Al final decidí tomarla para no perder el dinero y al llegar me dijeron que yo no tenía reserva y solo tenían cupo para esa noche. Me tocó una habitación hacia la calle que no tenía vidrios anti ruido.

La atención del personal es muy buena y nos guardaron las maletas en lo que nos entregaban la habitación pues llegamos temprano. En los baños faltan aditamentos para colgar toallas, colocar utensilios y artículos personales.

Durch die ganzen Pflanzen im Innenhof kühlt das Gebäude schön ab und die Temperaturen sind perfekt zum Schlafen. Das Bad war schon sehr abgenutzt und nicht richtig sauber. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und relativ klein mit wenig Platz für großes Gepäck oder um etwas auszupacken.

• Jaime-lynn (10/5): Would highly recommend. We stayed 2 nights but would go back! - It was a beautiful little hotel, we found the room small but enough space to put a bag at the end of the bed. The beds were comfortable the shower was lovely with hot water. The rooftop patio is a hidden gem, definitely go up there to enjoy the sunset. The staff was kind and friendly and it was a very safe comfortable atmosphere Nothing.
