Amamos tudo!
- Alex (10/5): Unforgettable experience - 5 stars
- Maria Elizabeth (10/5): -
- Gloria (10/5): It was a perfect night. Waking up to the sunrise over the vineyards was amazing - It was a peaceful location in the middle of a beautiful vineyard. Nothing
- Marcus (10/5): -
- Terence (8/5): - Very nice room and restaurant Limited availability of staff
- Susana (10/5): -
- Alexandra (10/5): -
- SUSAN (7/5): Mixed! - Casa Petrini is a pleasant, small, boutique type hotel. Rooms are not large but are clean, with good bathrooms.
We hired a driver to take us out for lunch one day and dinner another day - he was excellent. Restaurant has limited options for lunch/dinner. Quality OK. Restaurant staff friendly.
The website implied you could do winery tours and tastings in the vineyard - this is not the case.
We didn't feel the staff member at reception was terribly helpful making other bookings. She told me everything nearby was already full for lunch that weekend, but I managed to easily make an online booking for lunch (for somewhere she said was full).
- Catalina (10/5): -
- Marcelo (5/5): Não merece as 5 estrelas.
- Juan Carlos (10/5): -
- Monica (8/5): - Si muy lindo
- Armando (4/5): Pricey Stay with Limited Value - The property is charming, ideally situated, and offers a magnificent view of the mountains. The staff is genuinely attentive, courteous, and consistently helpful. The property operates with limited in-house staff, and most services—such as transportation, spa treatments, and bicycle rentals—are outsourced, resulting in rates significantly higher than what the hotel could otherwise offer. While the rooms are generally clean, the level of upkeep falls short of expectations, with amenities such as toiletries not replenished consistently. The pricing reflects a five-star category, yet the overall service offering is considerably limited. Additionally, the on-site restaurant is not a viable option.
- Pedro (9/5): Espetacular. Recomendo! - Quarto charmoso, aconchegante e romântico. Ambiente agradável, excelente para viagem em casal. Bom restaurante no Hotel.
- Sidney (10/5): Stay among the vines, at the foot of the Andes: what a boutique hotel! - Casa Petrini is a boutique hotel. You have the pleasure to stay among the vines and the foot of the Andes. Great view, excelente service, perfect room I have no complaints.
- Guedes (10/5): -
- Betsy (8/5): Very good -
- Nicolás (10/5): Exceptional -
- Felipe (10/5): - Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the scenery
- Rogelio (9/5): Superb - toda fue muy bien
- Juan (9/5): Great Stay Wonderful Staff - Beautiful Hotel, small a few rooms but the most wonderful experience Didn't find an gym or exercise room
- Rocco (10/5): Relaxing - Beautiful location and facilities. Great pool Everything was great
- Pedro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Flavia (10/5): Perfect peaceful - It’s exclusivety. Our stay was perfect. I’ve regret not staying longer.
- Janet (7/5): It is overpriced. - It is modern. Beautiful scenery. The swimming pool is not heated and the sauna seemed to be closed.
- Pierre (3/5): Rip off in the vineyard - Location and view from the restaurant terrace. Pool area not maintained - dog hair on the sun benches, no towels unless you go to the spa and ask. Music inappropriate for such a venue. Pool dirty and requires renovation and a heater. Cabins have no view and need renovation. No investments took place in this venue - and it shows. Massively overprices for the value you get - avoid. Also, they dont offer open white wine by the glass - unacceptable. Food / breakfast ok’ish.
- Ariana (5/5): Make sure you hire a private driver with auto insurance!! - The property itself is located in a gorgeous location, next to a river, and with stunning mountain views. A lot of wild life sightings too! We contacted the hotel days before our stay to hire a driver to take us back to the city. After paying a hefty amount, considering it was a holiday, we had a young driver ready. 20 min before reaching the city, one of the tires in the vehicle exploded, and we pulled over along the main (and highly trafficked) highway. The driver had no spare tire or reception to call for assistance. We allowed him to use our phones but no one answered. Thankfully, we managed to get an Uber, who kindly drove us into the city and dropped off the driver at the nearest service station. We never heard from the property about the incident, not even to check if we made it to our destination safely.
- Allie (10/5): Highly recommend, gorgeous! - Everything was amazing. The staff was incredible. The rooms were perfect. 10/10! There are no prices on the menu so ask before accidentally order the most expensive bottle in the menu 😅
- Pierre (9/5): Amazing experience - Breakfast was amazing. Staff help you with booking restaurants around if needed. The view is stunning
- Frank (10/5): Do yourself a favor and book Casa Petrini - Everything - Casa Petrini was great across the board and a luxurious oasis in Valle de Uco. From the moment Antonela greeted us, we felt welcome and well taken care of. She is a wonderful asset to the property. Our room was beyond comfortable and allowed us a well needed rest after a long, hot week in Buenos Aires followed by a flight to Mendoza and full day of wine tasting in Valle de Uco. The pool provided some much needed evening relaxation with a magnificent view of the Andes. Both meals (dinner & breakfast) were really enjoyable and well prepared. Joel was a gracious host for our dinner and made it a relaxing evening, as did the gentleman who served us at breakfast whose name we unfortunately forget. All in, we had the best night of our Argentinian vacation at Casa Petrini, and we highly recommend staying here.
For what it is worth, we had no issues communicating with the staff in English, Spanish or Spanglish. The hotel also reached out to us the day before via WhatsApp to review all the details of our arrival, and everything ran smoothly. We loved every minute of our stay, and our only regret is that we did not stay longer.
- Roger (8/5): Nice bungalows. Very nice staff. Good food. Could use a gym. - Good sized room (bungalow). Excellent staff (except very limited English - although sign language seemed to work well enough.) Very good breakfast and the restaurant, in general, was quite good. Very pretty grounds with lots of desertscape and wildflowers. Some fun dogs and cats floating around. We didn't try the pool, but it looked nice. Nice views of snow-capped mountains in the distance. The facilities could have been better. A gym in the spa, for example, would have been welcome.
- Fernando (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raquel (7/5): Good - Staff is fantastic and always willing to help. The food is great, rooms are comfortable, the location is stunning and the wine is fantastic. While it is a great hotel, in a stunning location, they lack attention to detail as we would expect for a 5-star luxury hotel. The amenities' quality don't go along the price we paid. The massage did not please anyone in the family (poor technique, lights were on, long nails, repetitive music). We also missed having healthier options for breakfast. Another example is that we were greeted with a nice cheese and sparkling wine, but no knife to cut the cheese or wine opener to open the bottle.
- Ignacio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thyago (10/5): impressed - It’s just too beautiful. Incredible rooms, great food…
it’s great for couples and romantic getaways also
- Allison (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable, good food, exceptional views, - The breakfast was very good and lots of choices. Breakfast was included. There is nothing I didn't like.
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible views
- Steven (10/5): Eight days and nights of peaceful, relaxing bliss in the Uco Valley - The service was spot-on fresh m every staff member. The front office went above and beyond to accommodate anything we needed- art purchase, money exchange, securing drivers, helping with winery reservations, etc.
- Lucia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ayelen (10/5): perfect place to relax and enjoy nature - amazing views of the mountains, staff is always very kind and helpful. the hotel is very well located, close to other vineyards as well.
perfect place to relax if you’re going to pay with ARS, make sure the quotation is accurate. you might find a very unpleasant surprise with “updated” prices when you’re going to pay. in my case, it was a +25%. crazy
- William (9/5): Really nice property for a weekend get-away - Nice property, senic views, friendly & helpful staff and the best meals we ate over the 4 days. Would definitly recommend as a nice get-away. A heated pool and/or a jetted hot tub would be welcome additions
- Georges (10/5): best place to stay in uco valley - great location, huge clean rooms, stunning view of the andes, amazing wines na
- Samuel (8/5): As a lodge within a vineyard, Petrine is great. As a hotel, it lacks customer support and tourist information - location looking onto the Andes, surrounded by vineyards. modern architectural design lack of information re wineries to visit in the area. We suggested this to the manager, but she was dismissive. Not acceptable, given the room price.
- Giselle (10/5): amazing experience! -
- Maria (9/5): Amazing location - The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were having a great time. The location is exceptional with breathtaking views! Extremely comfy bed too It would be great if the hotel had a gym and if some services like laundry, transfers, and some basic groceries were offered in house for additional cost.
Recomendado.
- ADC (10/5): - Excellent overall, specially the accommodations, property and quality. The staff was absolutely fantastic and went all the way to make the stay extra special, including visiting the winery on new year’s eve for example. Carlos the manager himself was after every detail so that makes a difference vs other places. Food was good, could step up a notch (breakfast and menu options for example) but was good overall.
- Stephen (10/5): Great unique, friendly stay - Beautiful property, and quality rooms and very good service. Loved our stay at Casa Petrini and the Uco Valley area is gorgeous. So much good wine, food, views and friendly people. Can’t wait to come back!
- gaston ignacio (10/5): Inmejorable - Excelente servicio e inmejorable infraestructura y lugar.
Restaurante bom. Café da manhã variado e tudo bem feito. Gostei e recomendo.
- Larry (8/5): - The stay was very enjoyable, relaxing, and beautiful. That being said, the place seemed quite new and still has some kinks to be worked out. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker/hot water maker in the room, as it was a bit difficult to get hot water at the room. And with a remote location, a few more dinner options on the menu would have been nice when one is spending more than one night there. However the food was very tasty.
I believe the biggest problem is a seeming disconnect between Hotels.com and the resort. When we went to check out, the price we were initially charged was substantially more than we were quoted by Hotels.com online. The staff explained that was the price transmitted to them by Hotels.com. When I showed them the online price that we had agreed to and they did adjust the rate. However, this discrepancy should never happen. We are not sure if this is a problem with Hotels.com, the resort, or their working agreement - but is something that certainly should be corrected.
- LILIS MARIA (10/5): Um oásis charmoso e harmonioso!
Equipe do hotel é extremamente simpática e solícita.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Spectacular views of the Andes - Our stay at Casa Petrini was great. The place is new and well-maintained. We had a private villa (“Granito”) with our own porch and a spectacular unobstructed view of the Andes. The pool area is elegant and beautiful with great views of the Andes as well. Room was spacious and with good air conditioning and shower. Dinner at the restaurant was ok but not as good as other high end restaurants we dined at in mendoza. Overall highly recommend.
- Hans (10/5): - Prachtig klein boutique hotel met subliem uitzicht
- Rebecca (10/5): Perfect! - This is such a great boutique hotel in a stunning location. Everything is super stylish and sleek, we loved our room (which is actually a lodge on its own patch with a lovely terrace). The staff were all super friendly and attentive - helped with booking us in at local vineyards etc. Food at the restaurant was delicious and it was very easy to sit on the restaurant terrace for a few hours with a bottle of wine!
- MARIA (10/5): - Hotel super top, com as instalações mega confortáveis. O jardim é lindo. Lugar para relaxar e curtir a paisagem!
- Mario (10/5): Great location, amazing venue - The hotel is amazing and the staff are trying everythinh they can to make your stay a comfortable one
- Margen (10/5): - Fabulous hotel set in a vineyard. Splendid views of the snow capped Andes.
- Nancy (10/5): An Oasis in the Valley - Casa Petrini is the place to leave all your worries behind. The staff is amazing, the views are breathtaking, and the grounds are well taken care of.You wake up every morning and just take in the views.
