- Danni (8/5): Very friendly, clean and great location to explore Romsey - Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were friendly and accommodation. Very small compliant, and I appreciate this is town center accommodation so outside noise is a common issue however the internal noise of people using their own room bathroom was quite loud. The single room I had in the attics appeared to be surrounded by other rooms bathrooms and was woken with toilet flushes, showers etc.

- Christine (10/5): I highly recommend The Palmerston Rooms - The Palmerston Rooms is in the centre of Romsey. Close to shops and the bus station and an easy walk to the train station. The room was clean and spacious with a kettle and bottled water provided. A choice of tasty breakfasts included. The owners are friendly and most helpful. This was one of the best all round experiences I’ve had with booking.com. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the Romsey area.

Within easy reach of the town centre, the Plaza Theatre and also where my friends live!¡ There is no parking attached to the B&B but there is easy parking nearby.

The decor was lovely and everything looked new and clean, our room had everything we needed and a lovely decent sized en-suite with a powerful shower. The breakfast was really good too There was nothing we didn’t like

The room was vey well equipped and you can tell that the hosts thought about every potential need a guest may have. Very accommodating of a 4 year old child as well which was great The drainage in the toilet made me scared we would block it, but I do realise it’s a grade 2 listed building so just have to be careful

And only a very do-able 10 minute walk from the Romsey train station - the owner even came and helped with our luggage when we neglected to pre-book transportation from the train to the bnb. And he even arranged a ride to the cruise port the next day!! We will definitely stay there again!
