- Guenther (4/5): Renovierbedürftiges Apartment - Beruflich bin ich viel unterwegs und des öfteren auch in Moskau. Ich nutze oft auch Apartments. Dieses hier in Moskau hebt sich vom Durchschnitt deutlich ab. Das Treppenhaus wird renoviert, ist eine Baustelle mit Loch im Boden/Decke und teilweise keinem Estrich. Das Apartment liegt im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug. Es hat 2 x Doppelbett und eine grosse Schlafcouch. Das ist schon alles an positiven. Der Pflegezustand ist schlecht. Schimmel im Bad und fehlende Fliessen. In der Küche ist das Tellerboard verrostet, Schimmel oder Dreck an der Arbeitsplatte und in den Kästchen. Der Kühlschrank riecht. Die weissen Fenster sind im Falz grau vom Dreck. Der Fernseher zeigt überdeutliche Putzstreifen und die Steckdosenleisten sind schmutzig. Repariert wird nur das notwendigste. Die Drehverriegelungen im WC und Bad sind durch Schieber ersetzt. Die Temperatur der Heizung wird durch entsprechendes öffnen der Fenster eingestellt. Die Regler funktionieren nicht. Bezahlt kann nur in Bar, Kreditkartenzahlung wie beschrieben ist nicht möglich. Check out bis 12 Uhr. Verlässt man die Wohnung um 5 Uhr wird eine Gebühr von 1000 RUB zusätzlich verlangt. Die Rechnung ist in kyrilischer Sprache und entspricht nicht den deutschen Anforderungen. Leider hat das hochladen der Bilder nicht Fehlerfrei geklappt. Vieleicht kann ich diese ja noch nachreichen. Diese ergänzen die vorhandenen Bilder sehr sinnvoll.
