Nice quiet and relaxing .Hotel has few buildings and pools all around some surrounding by jungle also has separate pool for kids with slide From arrival you feel welcome all staff is very friendly & helpful with always smile special thank you to Nang, Best , Piim , May , Job , Zee , Nooch , Santhsna ( except one lady from restaurant EED she is very very rude person) we had all inclusive food is tasty and drinks are very good breakfast buffet and lunch ,dinner ala carte , roof top bar is lovely for relaxing drink with the view ! Also we had amazing massage in the Nerra spa well worth visit the lady’s are wonderful We highly recommend this hotel and definitely we will be visiting again in the future All the best for the staff who make your holiday amazing

- John Ogwu (9/5): - The staff were polite and nice. They made extra effort to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was better than I would get in most 5-star hotels. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the laundry service was cheap. Steak night buffet was really good, and I wish it was daily. My kids enjoyed the Bogie service and almost abused it :) They also enjoyed the jungle adventure pool as they got to interact with other kids. Personally, I found the cocktails and meals at the adjoining restaurant very affordable. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Phuket

The manager gave me a drink voucher and said use the pool . The pool barman was very rude to me when I asked for a towel. He rudely said in front of others it’s in your room I’m the bar. I said I can’t go in the room.lve been in Thailand 3 times first time someone was rude. When you have a bad start ruined the stay.everyone else was fantastic but the damage was done.by the way the rooms were always damp and there was a big cockroach in my room staff was very quick to respond

Really good swimming pools. Our room had pool access off our balcony. Breakfast buffet is excellent and the restaurants are very nice and affordable. The rooftop bar in the evening is very relaxing and usually with a cool breeze. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and has shuttle bus 4 times a day to the centre of Patong Beach which is only 15 minutes from the hotel.
