• Thomas Bernhard (10/5): - Schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, sehr nette Leute. Aussergewöhnliche Atmosphäre. Wäre wieder unsere Wahl, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.
• Dr. Claudia (10/5): Komfortables Hotel zum Wohlfühlen - Phantastisch und sehr modern ausgebautes altes Gebäude. Comfort-Doppelzimmer sehr geräumig, technische Ausstattung sehr gut. Klimaanlage und Heizung individuell regulierbar. Sehr schöne, helle Bäder mit ausreichend Ablageflächen. Zimmer nicht nur zum Schlafen, sondern auch zum Wohnen, für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Leckeres Frühstücksbufett! Einziger Kritikpunkt: zu wenig Parkplätze am Hotel.
• Martin (8/5): Modern und liebevoll eingerichtet - Das Gebäude ist top saniert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr modern und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und lecker. Die Parkplätze auf dem Gelände waren belegt. Aber in einer Entfernung von 5 min Fußweg ist ein öffentlicher und kostenloser Parkplatz.

• Burkhard (8/5): - Nicht gefallen hat mir das Zimmer im zweiten Geschoss. Tragende Balken schränken die Beweglichkeit sehr ein. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat umgehend ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoß zur Verfügung gestellt.

Nos dieron un ticket gratuito para desplazarnos por los distintos pueblos de la Selva Negra durante nuestra estancia. Se tarda unos 15 min andando para llegar a la estación de tren (también hay un bus que te lleva a la estación con el mismo ticket) y se tarda 10mn para llegar a Friburgo. Hotel muy recomendable y muy profesional.

Overall our stay was ok, the rooms at not at all sound proof and through no fault of the hotel a man was shouting in the middle of the night and kept me up, then there’s the 7am church bells. If you’re a light sleeper I’d avoid, if not give it a stay!

• Michael (8/5): - Gutes Frühstück, gute Lage, Freiburg war mit dem Zug in 13 Minuten zu erreichen, Zugticket war im Hotelpreis enthalten, toller Service von allen Mitarbeitern, bei 35 Grad war es sehr warm im Zimmer, hier fehlte eine Klimaanlage. Insgesamt war es aber ein sehr guter Aufenthalt

• Edith (10/5): Idylle in Kirchzarten - Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei uns war es mehr ein Appartement mit kleiner Küchenzeile und im modernen geräumigen Bad gab es sogar eine Sauna. Die Gastgeber sind sehr angenehm und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Die Lage des Hotels ist schön ruhig in einem Dorf vor Freiburg; die Anbindung ist perfekt. Man ist in wenigen Minuten auf der nächsten Autobahn. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Goed zonder meer - Standaardkamer was basic maar in orde. Ontbijt was goed maar werd op drukke momenten onvoldoende aangevuld. Tijdens ons 4 daags verblijf werden de kamers niet gereinigd. Propere handdoeken werden enkel op vraag ter beschikking gesteld. Wij hadden het gevoel dat het eerder een besparingsmaatregel was onder het mom van 'covid maatregelen'. Na 19u is de receptie niet meer bemand. Gezien de beperkte service vonden we de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet ok.

• Frank (10/5): Schönes Hotel, zentral und dennoch ruhig - Ein schönes kleines Hotel. Ideal um einfach mal die Ruhe zu genießen. Kein Schicki Micki Hotel, sondern liebevoll renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Man hat sich hier definitiv wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen stand man kompetent zur Seite.

• Grégory (10/5): Un bon weekend dans un bel hôtel - Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Kirchzarten. Malgré une arrivée tardive nous avons été très bien accueilli. L'hôtel a été rénové récemment avec goût. Notre chambre était spacieuse au 2ème étage. Nous avons trouvé un restaurant (restaurant bar Fiesta) dans le voisinage. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était de qualité et copieux. Le seul bémol c'est le lit. Il était confortable, mais c'est difficile de se rapprocher avec 2 lits de 90cm côte à côte...Sinon la proximité de Badparadies ou de sentiers de rando est vraiment sympa.

• Alison (10/5): Lovely clean hotel, close to centre of Kirchzarten - Clean, modern hotel. The breakfasts were varied and well presented - tasted very good too. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. When we booked our room through Expedia, the details said that there was a kitchenette in every room. There isn't. They are only in the superior rooms! However, the lovely staff gave us a kettle and told us to help ourselves to tea bags and milk. There's wine and nibbles available to purchase if needed. Our bedroom (125) was light and airy with a view towards the Black Forest mountains. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Also, there were many walks from the hotel, but if you wanted to go a little further a field you could use your Konus card which allowed you to use all local transport free😀. My favourite place to eat in Kirchzarten was at The Hotel Sonne, but there were many other places which were very good too. 😃

The location was quiet, so when we had the windows open, it wasn't noisy and we got a good night of rest. The maxibar was reasonably priced and we enjoyed our drinks on the side patio. The hotel is located in a very cute town that was wonderful to walk around. One of our hotel employees recommended a restaurant at the end of the block that turned out to be the perfect dinner for us. We are grateful for the comfortable and pleasant stay and would absolutely stay here again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Sehr modern und freundlich - Nach einem sehr freundlichen Empfang haben wir uns auch über ein sehr großes, modernes und komfortables Zimmer gefreut - es war schon eher ein Apartment mit Kochecke, Wintergarten und Sauna. Die Kombination aus modern und rustikal hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ansprechend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Zu Fuß kann man gut einige Restaurants und Cafés erreichen.
