• Mariann (10/5): Ruhiger entspannte Lage - Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeden Morgen wird Frühstück im Buffet Form angeboten. Wir haben aber auch die eigenen Terrasse genutzt und die Möglichkeit der Küchenzeile genutzt selbst Frühstück zu machen. Der Pool ist sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt genauso wie die Pflege der Pflanzen und des Gartens wöchentlich Programm ist. Rundum lässt es sich sehr wohlfühlen dort.

Les touristes sont respectueux les uns des autres. Le personnel est de très bonne volonté. La propriétaire, au petit soin pour ses hôtes. Tourisme nature et simple, loin des gros complexes balnéaires. Tout était super.

• Laurianne (10/5): - Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Milagros, à la réception, a été absolument charmante. Elle nous a même préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter le dernier jour car notre avion était tôt le matin. La chambre numéro 7 était super, avec une belle terrasse permettant de profiter de la très jolie vue. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très bien et varié. Manque de pression dans la douche et peu de matériel pour faire la cuisine.

• Pilar (10/5): EN EL PARAÍSO - Un paraíso en Mallorca. No tengo palabras para describir lo a gusto que hemos estado mis amigos y mi familia. Las habitaciones son verdaderos hogares con todo lo necesario….la comodidad, la limpieza, el olor a limpio de las toallas, sus, geles, cremas….no olvidaré nunca esos olores…. El atardecer en la tumbona de la piscina con unas magníficas vista, de ensueño….el buffet del desayuno, productos de la máxima calidad, servidos es un comedor acogedor con unas impresionantes vistas y por un personal muy amable. Todas las personas que trabajan allí son increíbles, de verdad. Y lo mejor de todo es una de las personas encargadas de organizar todo ésto: Milagros, un amor de persona que cuando llegas te lo ofrece todo y te orienta para que te sientas como en casa. Y así nos hemos sentido….EN EL PARAÍSO Me gustó todo

Delicious breakfast choices , relaxing pool area. All areas are wheelchair designed , including the pool We are thinking about booking it again. The reception lady is apparently very friendly and all smiles but totally not reliable and not trustworthy Unfortunately we had to experience a fire alarm which lasted during the night for 8 hours with no plan B person to reach …even though personell is living in the area . We understand it was a technical issue but we had to sleep with ear pads and we still expect payment reimbursement for that night . Furthermore , she promised us breakfast on the day we left ( which was already paid ) and this was never delivered even though check out hour was clear …a reimbursement would be also required

Each room has its place organized as a terrace, my room had a terrace on the rooftop and it was amazing. The rooms are very well-equipped with kitchenettes, quiet and comfortable. There is enough space for a longer stay. The swimming pool and garden give you extra place to relax. I loved the neighborhood, a small peaceful town ideal for battery charging. The breakfast was rich in quantity and quality. There was a variety of salty and sweet and cold and hot dishes. Everything was freshly made and delicious. The beverages also didn't disappoint. Amazing tea and coffee machine for fresh cup every time you wanted, fruit juices, and water. I could request for more. noting

• Sebastian (2/5): Very disappointing and overpriced - Wonderful location in Ariany We had an issue with damp in the room as the ventilation was not working. After a day (there is no reception/ access to staff is harder than in other places). The hotel did check the ventilation in the end (on the second day we were staying) and they assured us it was working fine. They also offered another room, but we preferred to stay in original room (the second one was half the size of our original room). Unfortunately as soon as we came back in the evening we found out the ventilation was not working again. We couldn’t open the windows as the street is just outside this side of the hotel. So we were misled by the hotel as the ventilation clearly didn’t work even though they said they fixed it. We chose the place as there were good reviews but we believe it was very disappointing and overpriced for what it was.

• Stefano (9/5): Peace over an ocean of lush country side - Check-in was very easy, though unmanned a that time of the day. Instructions very clear to follow. Room at the rooftop spacious and with kitchenette. We have not used the kitchenette. If I had needed, a microwave would have been very useful. Breakfast was very good. I usually stay on the sweet side, but there were some good things also on the salty side, so I made a well deserved exception. Location: you may not go to Mallorca to stay in the middle of the countryside, but at Mater you are really dominating an ocean of land. At our time of year green, turning in front of our eyes to gold brown while the corn around (mixed to trees) was ripening. Very beautiful. Place is very peaceful. Ariany is almost baricentrical in Mallorca, so you are close (or far, depending from your point of view) to everything. Staff really very friendly and helpful. Mater is completely accessible, swimming pool included. Wi-Fi is good. Bathroom: good shower, basin in the sleeping room. You may like it or not. In some circumstances can prove to be useful. Your mileage may vary. Water from the tap is not drinking water, though bottled water is provided in the room.

Ariany is located in the middle of the island, therefore all locations are literally within an one hour drive. Very convient. Kitchen could be better equipped with some basics such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. Some more plates and cutleries would also be usefull

It only has a few rooms so its cozy and very quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (the safety box in the room was a bit stubborn, and they were very kind in helping us twice) The beds were uncomfortable, and although we knew from the photos that our room was adapted for disabled guests, the finishes, amenities, towels and overall look of the room were quite "cheap". Probably for a 3-star hotel it's okay. Also, the pictures made it seem like the pool and the gardens were incredible.

We were really surprised at how much thought and effort had gone into it. A really relaxing place to unwind. The only room for improvement would be sorting out the kitchen area a little where appliances may have leaked in the past. Possibly providing a couple of things eg salt, sugar and a couple of dishwasher tabs, etc to get you going when you first arrive and it's too late to get to a shop. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable as has been mentioned by other reviews. There is also only 1 English channel - maybe that's a good thing as it meant we watched no tv... These are really minor points for a really amazing place.

Situé au cœur de l’île nous avons visité en étoile chaque recoin avec notre véhicule. Seul hic du séjour qui n’a pas à voir avec l’établissement mais plus l’extérieur c’est notre véhicule retrouvé rayé à la clé un matin. Dommage…

Our room was big and the kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast was good. Our room was a bit dark and although I appreciate that the bathroom was wheelchair accessible, it seemed very cold and hospital like. All in all the room could use some decorations. Our dishwasher was missing the upper drawer, which was a but weird. We stayed with our baby and they didn't offer anything for her for breakfast. All in all I don't think that the price fits.

• Brett (9/5): Excellent hotel , with great views. Shame about the noisy staff. - This is the third time we have stayed here and its just as good as before. The self check in was easy and the place was immaculate as always. Great location if you like peace and quiet when the staff leave. The staff were very noisy , just general chatter but it was annoying and unprofessional. I prefer staff to be seen and not heard, they prefer to talk like they are at a dinner party and shout orders around to colleagues which needs to be addressed as it has put me off staying there. Breakfast was 5/10 nice but lacking.

• Dawid (10/5): Great family stay. Strategic point to explore. - Location is fantastic for a family stay. It is a great point to explore Mallorca. The staff was very helpful and addressed every issues we had. We bought like 12 kg of oranges and were looking for a juicer, another evening surprisingly there was one in the kitchen :) Thank you for a great service, we will definitely recommend it to our family and friends. As someone reccomended, it is a good idea to bring your Nespresso café capsuls, we enjoyed everyday café.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Etablissement idéalement situé pour les amoureux du calme de la campagne,vous y serez accueillis par la charmante Christina et son sourire,l endroit est très bien tenu par du personnel aimable et souriant,rien ne manque ,il n y a plus qu a se laisser vivre,que du bonheur.Venez y vite,vous ne serez pas déçus.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Tolle Aussicht, Schwedenofen, schönes Appartement. Leider liegen die Klimaanlagen der Zimmer sehr ungelegen und sind deshalb laut.
• Alfons (8/5): - Schönes Hotel in den Bergen. Ein Restaurant ca 7 min zu Fuß entfernt. Kleiner Ort nur mit einheimischen.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is located at a small and calm town in the middle of Mallorca. It's equipped with big rooms and a very nice swimming pool. The room is clean, service is good and the personels are nice. The only downside (probably because of chrismas holiday) nobody of the hotel speaks english...

• Thomas (10/5): Totalt iorden. - Fantastisk sted ude på landet. Meget flotte omgivelser, lækker pool, skøn morgenmad og et meget venligt personale. Bil er påkrævet, da ikke rigtig går offentligt transport.
• Paco (10/5): Impresionante hotel, muy recomendado - Gran apartahotel, muy buena ubicación, muy tranquilo, trabajadores muy amables, estancia perfecta y una impresionante piscina y habitación suite, inmejorable!!!
• Sonja (10/5): Schöne Anlage zum Entspannen - Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist wunderschön, ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen geeignet. Da sie auf einem Berg gelegen ist, hat man eine schöne Aussicht über die Felder. Man benötigt ein Auto, um zum Strand und umliegende Örtlichkeiten zu kommen, da es dort sonst nicht viel gibt. Parkplätze gibt es vor der Tür oder eine Straße weiter. Wir hatten ein Dreibett-Appartement. Es war alles top, bis auf das Ausziehsofa, oder auch Feldbett, für die 3. Person. Wir mussten uns abwechseln. Das Personal war sehr nett. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit!
