Ottavia (2/5): Terrible smell in the room - The photos do not depict how dingy the rooms are. Our room smelled so bad (felt like a mixture of cigarette smoke and mold) that it was hard to sleep; the smell impregnated all my clothes and belongings and the smell persisted on them for days after we left the place. The bathroom floor was moldy and it is virtually impossible to take a shower as the handheld shower does not have any hook to be placed on.
