Caterina (10/5): Highly recommended! - We were a group of 6 friends (25-30 years old) and we stayed at Casolare degli Ulivi for a week in August. The house is absolutely beautiful, with all the comforts of a modern house and the charme of a traditional Casolare. In particular the outdoor is full of space: besides the pool there is a grill aerea, a patio next to the pool (great for aperitivo), a table tennis area, sofas besides the dining table...We have not met Mario, the owner, in person, but he has been a great host from weeks before our arrival, providing prompt replies to all of our questions and helping us to organize various aspects of our stay. Besides a very useful list of recommendations (restaurants, beaches, day tours etc), Mario helped us to organize a typical Pugliese food cooking class and a dinner cooked at the house by a private chef (highly recommended!!). Staying at Casolare degli Ulivi highly contributed to making our holiday memorable!
