Trang (8/5): 3 mẹ con nghỉ ở đây 1 đêm thôi nhưng cảm giác rất dễ chịu, thân quen như ở nhà - bữa sáng tạm ổn. kiểu đồ ăn gia đình nấu chứ không phải đầu bếp chuyên nghiệp. nhưng nhân viên cũng chính là gia đình chủ nhà rất thân thiện, không gian dân dã, thoải mái như ở nhà không gian rộng nhưng chưa được chăm chút kỹ, còn nhiều không gian trống ngoài trời hơi bừa bộn, nếu được chăm sóc cảnh quan thêm 1 chút thì sẽ tuyệt vời hơn nữa

Hoàng (9/5): - Anh chủ và cô ở homestay nhiệt tình vô cùng, phòng sạch, không gian thoáng chill còn có quán caffe và đồ ăn nữa nhưng mình chưa thử được. Phòng hơi xa mấy địa điểm như Phố cổ nên nếu mọi người sắp xếp được lịch trình thì đây là địa điểm nghỉ ngơi tuyệt vời và có chuyến đi hoàn hảo

Emilie (1/5): - Ne réservez surtout pas cet hôtel au risque de recevoir comme moi le jour même un message m indiquant qu aucune chambre n était disponible. J avais réservé cet hotel via booking plusieurs jours auparavant et avait eu une confirmation et même un mail de l hôtel me confirmant ma réservation. Pourtant à 14h le jour même j ai reçu un message m indiquant qu aucune chambre n était disponible. Nous nous sommes donc retrouves avec 3 enfants à la rue pendant la semaine des vacances au vietnam. Nous avons passés la journée à chercher une chambre disponible sans succès heureusement l hôtel dans lequel nous avions passés la nuit le jour précédent nous a ouvert ses portes ( chambre du frère et de la sœur des propriétaires).

Manuel (10/5): - Un accueil et une disponibilité des hôtes remarquable. Des bons petits déjeuners dans un jardin agréable. Un service de restauration très abordable pour une bonne qualité. Un site au calme et à l'écart de la concentration touristique. Nous avons en moto louée sur place pu aller sur tous les sites intéressants et ce très facilement. Un petit feu 🔥 très apprécié au moment où la tempête est basse en hiver. 2 niveau de.chambre dont les cabanes en bambou très alléchantes sur les photos. Nous avons dans des chambres plus rustiques mais qui restent correctes et pour le prix! De plus tout était sur les photos!

Pradeev (6/5): Pleasant - The home stay is surrounded by gardens and the staffs are friendly. The bed is not comfortable and it makes noise when you move. The Pillow covers and bedsheets are not clean. The homestay is located in remote location so you can't go outside in the evening because it's pretty much dark outside and there are no street lights. From the homestay to main road it will take 4 to 5 km distance and the road is damaged.
Yamuna (7/5): Good - The room.was nice and cheap. Nice you can get food as there are no other restaurants around. Bed was quite hard and for me the homestay was too far from everything (except the pagoda). Takes 30 min to get to Tam Coc by motorbike.. You can rent a bike at the homestay. I am a solo traveller, there were no other guests and the staff is friendly but not very talkative. So too boring for me.

Seija (6/5): Pleasant - The location was decent, being in a fairly secluded place for that peaceful solitude you want after a long day of travel! Additionally, the nice outdoors patio area was a bonus, and incredibly nice to have. Billiards are free! The main lady that checked us in had a surprising attitude. A bit temperamental, to say the least. Also, the room we were in wasn't clean, as the bed frame and bathroom shelves had gathered dust. There was also issue trying to get our AC remote, including some back and forth with the lady.
Miamckella (10/5): Beautiful place and very nice owners - Beautiful setting, very friendly staff, amazing food, cute cats and dogs. Motorbike for rent, also bicycles provided. The food is REALLY amazing and affordable, big portions. Cute bungalows in a nice garden. We really loved our stay very much and would come again. They let us stay until our bus left, amazing service. The cats and dogs are kept in small cages if it rains... so if you cannot see this, choose some other place. Other than that the place is perfect. The pets are very well taken care of otherwise.

Joanna (2/5): probably a fraudulent promotion that is supposed to attract customers to apartments that the owner did not place in his - in the pictures that you can see only the bangalow which is on the other side of the owner's house. as it turns out there are also flats in one bigger building (I slept in one of them). they do not resemble at all what the pictures on this account show. the promotion that is for the cheapest bungalow (actually flats)is not at all adequate to them so it seems to me that it is a fake promotion to attract customers. the old air conditioning is so loud that you can't sleep at night the owner is nice and smiling

Dream (10/5): Come chill at Bamboo Farmstay. - I loved staying here! it's a short scooter drive away from most of the hot spots, but if you want to chill this is a good place to come. The food at the resturant is also very good and the staff are welcoming and nice. Being quite rural there are a few mosquitos, bring protection if you are a traveller.

We were looking for a place to rest after some busy travel-days and found the perfect place here. We did a tour to Cuc Phuong national park, which is close by and had an awesome vegan dinner at Bai Dinh Viet's Choice (100% recommended - owned by the brother of the farmstay-Hosts. I’d recommend to rent a motorbike to be flexible. :)
Gabriele (9/5): Peaceful place, friendly hosts, needs a bike or scooter. - The homestay is peaceful and quiet, out of town and with super friendly hosts. I especially liked that they are refilling water bottles and therefore helping reduce rubbish. I rented a bike for 3 days and reached all the important sites easily. Van Long Wetlands boat ride was especially lovely Please change the music every now and then guys 😉
Dimitri (8/5): Very good - Quiet guesthouse, great if you are looking for peace Just have in mind that the hotel is in the countryside, far away from the city center. Best is to book a motorbike (we did not)!

Camilla (6/5): Weird loud noises 24/7. Ok accomidation - Lovely location , bare minimum necessities but still ok. Very far from anything. Lots and lots of bugs, CRAZY noises , everyday morning moon and night there was someone/ a male voice screaming and I mean shouting about for hours from 6 am til 11 pm. Not just shouting but loud moaning and terrifying screams. We had this for 4 days straight and it was unbearable.

Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - Lovely location, we were able to rent bicycles and it was easy to ride to the local sites. The dogs are absolutely lovely, very friendly and would greet us in the morning or when we came back in the evening! The bungalow room smelt quite damp. However, this did improve after the first night.
Barbara (8/5): Simple stay with nice restaurants attached - A great plus was to have a restaurant with the accommodation. The food was great and enough choices. Staff is friendly, there are also 3 cute dogs that interact with you if you like. The cottage was good, they lighting was great, you can choose between yellow or white light. Location was good for us, we had our own transportation so we could go anywhere we like.

Defo a great break to get away and use the bikes to explore. All you need around you in. 20-30 minute bike explorations!! Heater could be used for the winter or an extra blanket. We asked for an extra blanket and they kindly gave it us as it was a bit cold this time of year in the rain.
Sina (9/5): Superb - The staff was really nice and helped us with our transport and everything we wanted to know. The farmstay is on the countryside sourrounded by a beautiful landscape. You can lend bikes there or you for hikes. We ended up staying a night longer than we originally planned. They have a nice breakfast and food menu there.

Aisha (9/5): Superb - Cheap breakfast, I recommend the crepe with fresh fruit. we were able to rent a scooter at the property for a decent price, a little far from the city but I prefer being in the quiet areas anyways-closer to viewpoints. Very friendly dogs there too The room was a little cold (we did visit in winter).
Mia (9/5): Great place for a quiet getaway - The host was really friendly and helpful, the food was great, the 3 dogs were even better! So friendly and cute. The place is peaceful and the best place to get away from the busy city. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. I would definitely stay again Just be aware it can get cold in the colder months so bring layers and warm clothes

Matthias (9/5): Superb - The Staff is very friendly and the food is good. The Homestay is cozy (in our case there was rain, but we were still able to relax) The dogs are the cutest! Very friendly!! You have to know, that it is a bit out in the nowhere. But you can rent mopeds and bikes there.
Lauren (8/5): Quaint place to escape and recharge. - Very quaint place with the sweetest bungalows, rooms were a great size and bathrooms okay. Loved the garden area and seating area. Pool table was the highlight. The food was amazing, especially the fried rice and beef was delicious!! Was quite dusty in the room and in the aircon units, caused a lot of dust to fly around and gave me quite a sore throat.

Michele (9/5): Superb - The quiet location, close to amenities but also a bit secluded, which is great if you want some piece. Bungalows are beautiful and so it's the garden; here you can chill out and try the local cuisine, which offers a selection of local dishes. Bikes and scouters can be rented for a small price. Dogs are very friendly. Nam, the owner can take around with his car if you need it. Nothing.
Broun (10/5): Friendly, relaxed and hands down best coffee - The best coffee in Vietnam, and maybe even the world! 😅 Plus the most helpful friendly staff!! Went above and beyond to help us when some things were not going our way. Plus a very nice friendly and comfortable place to chill and relax outside of the hustle and bustle with nice sights a short walk or ride away. Would definitely return and loved the bungalow cottages 👌🏽

Rizky (10/5): Exceptional - I initially booked the room only for two nights but I ended up staying here up to six nights. The owners are very nice, communicative, and helpful. They have everything you need. I rented a motobike and booked a limousine bus to the airport. I will definitely come back to this farmstay and would love to recommend travellers to stay here when coming to Ninh Binh.
