If u are lucky enough to park outside ( which is very busy) u have to move after two hours and can’t come back , constant issue if working .The beds are a very thin mattress and you can feel the slats under it, also the quilt is very small , you either have over your top but not your feet .

Winston Joseph (8/5): I stayed for 10 nights due to a 9 day work placement in Hastings. - N/A Very friendly staff. Convenient location. I misplaced a pair of glasses. When checking out I mentioned this the the friendly lady on reception. She said if they were found that they would contact me. Later that day I was telephoned as they had found them. They offered to send them in the post to me. I said I would reimburse them for the cost (a lot cheaper than a return train ticket from London) The following day I received an email, stating that there would be no charge, as a thank you for staying with them. A very kind gesture. I would stay there again if I had another work placement in the area.

Zak (8/5): Nice location, quirkily decorated small room - The location was great right in the middle of the old town and the new town, also beach front, at the best part of the beach for dog walking when the tide is out as there is an expanse of sand. It was dog friendly which is great and no extra charge which is a real bonus as some places claim to be dog friendly and then absolutely rip you off on a nightly price and don't let them in certain parts of the hotel. There was no extra hidden charges here. Upon arriving I was allocated the wrong room (no sea view) but that was fixed promptly. The girl on reception was super friendly and smiled and greeted me whenever she saw me. The room was very small but really nicely decorated... again the bathroom was small but lovely and modern and clean. For once I had a sea view where the windows were actually clean enough to see the sea properly. It was a great location for the bonfire festivities and for exploring the lovely old town. The room had a fridge with a small top freezer which is a great touch, there is no food option but you can do a shop and fill the fridge (bring a plate and some cutlery or just take a visit to poundland) it was also a quiet fridge. The room had heaters which I didn't need but it had them. I don't know about the rest of the year, but I was there for bonfire night celebrations which I imagine was a busy time and I didn't hear another person in the hotel so lovely and quiet. I also was not woken by cleaners in the corridors which was also nice. All in all I'd go again for sure. A breakfast option would of been nice, even at a charge. The room was a little small, the single bed was not quite a full single bed size, HOWEVER, it was a very comfy mattress and I'm short so it was fine. I slept really well. It's alot of stairs if you have mobility issues, there is no lift and the stairs are quite steep. Probably not suitable for elderly or those with worse mobility issues than mine...or even young children.... I had to stop regularly for breathers.

elizabeth (7/5): Good value accommodation for the price - My single room was small but had everything one nee needed, the fan and fridge were great, en-suite lovely, all spotlessly clean, my room had a tv, tea n coffee a fabulous view of the sea and Hastings pier and enough storage space. Thoughtful additions like bedside light, hairdryer and lots of sockets were great. Noisy from being right by main road busy 24/7. Despite having a fan it was airless and hot. The 68 steps to get to the room were quite challenging! (4th floor no lift)

Middleton (9/5): Great little place to use as a base for exploring Hastings. - Great location looking over the beach. Small room but good for 1 or 2 people for a few nights on the town. Bed linen very clean but a little worn in places.
Catherine (8/5): - Immaculately clean room, reception helpful and all instructions very clear. Toiletries smell lovely so chosen with care. Some aspects a little dated and room blinds hard to adjust but a really convenient, comfortable stay. Would book again.
Kate (8/5): - Nice room and view. Comfy bed. Bathroom ok. There was a large bin bag ripped apart on the pavement directly in front of the entrance when we arrived. Probably a seagull. Chicken bones, dirty underwear. Staff said it was from flat tenants but if I was staff there I would have had to clean it up. There next day as well. Not a great look.
Lydia (4/5): - The location , staff was friendly, has good potential if done up. Cold showers, low pressure, room was falling apart, walls unclean, received injury to foot on broken glass.

Verified traveler (6/5): Dome good and bad. - Hotel was ok,clean ,staff very friendly. We gad a double room, if was quite small, no bedside table. And no extra pillows . Downside was when the staff went intk our toom to drop of tea bags, tgey didn't lock our door. Luckily nothing was stolen from our room. But it was not good for that yo happen.
