• Ils (7/5): Cozy apartment close to the fado museum - Nice cozy apartment in Alfama, close to the Fado Museum. The apartment is on the 4th floor which is a struggle if you have a lot of luggage.

• Ustsinenka (9/5): It was a great stay; we highly recommend! - We stayed at the apartment for several nights in the second half of June 2024. The apartment is in a very convenient location, spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfy and the towels were white and fluffy. We really enjoyed our stay here! The only issue we had was with the TV as for some reason cable/internet connection was not steady. We have two small children so it helps to be able to turn the TV every once in a while. I assume it would be a non-issue for most though. And to clarify - WiFi worked just fine.
• Daria (10/5): Great experience in a cozy atmosphere and perfect location - The apartment is located in the heart of Alfama area. It is stylish, vey bright and spacious, it has everything you need for your stay and holiday. But the best thing about this property is the great team that manages it. First, I must say that online check-in is very convenient, after you do it online you get all information you need for your arrival, stay and departure through the messages from the management team! Unless you have any issues, it’s unlikely that you’ll get to know the management team. And it’s highly unlikely you will have any issues, because everything is done in advance to make you feel comfortable. Our stay was perfect, but on the evening of our departure day my husband realised that he had left his vehicle keys and documents in the apartment. We got in touch with the property and the management team was very eager to help us to locate everything and to arrange for a return. It was a very nice experience and we’re very grateful to the management team. That’s the sign of true professionalism, respect and care for the guests. Thank you! Nothing

• Nuria (9/5): Close to Plaza del Comercio - The apartment is very pretty and comfy. The hosts were helpful and nice. There was an issue with the door code and the shower, and they responded and fixed it right away. The location is very good. I recommend this place. Finding the address was a little tricky, because the street is an alley that corners with a street with the same name, so be aware to look for the alley. The alley doesn't look amazing at first glance, but once you pass the first impression, the location is great. The ONLY real issue about this place is that there is no elevator on the building and you have to go up a lot of stairs... but you ended up getting over it (and most places in Lisbon are going to be like that).

• Clare (8/5): lovely apartment in great location but stairs could be an issue. - lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings etc. Very well equipped and comfortable. well situated just off the river with buses and restaurants close by. lovely setting in Alfama, with plenty of Fado music nearby The stairs - 4 flights of quite steep stairs which were not very well lit. This issue should be better highlighted in the description. on occasion it was v noisy with late night revellers and rubbish collection which mad having windows open a bit of an issue.

• The (9/5): Amazing apartment with amazing hosts, would stay here again on any future trips to Lisbon! - The apartment was very clean and airly. Was a very nice place to come back to every evening! Only nit pick would be the pillows could do with a change to something more dense. most of them were very flat!
• Fredrik (2/5): Fake apartments - My worst experience in ten years. I arrived at the apartment 16:30 and check-in time was at 14:00. The code didn’t work to enter the apartment. “Try again the system says it should work” was the answer I got. I tried it ten times and even filmed myself entering it. They told me to wait for help. It took one hour before the manager called. Sorry you have to pay an extra fee to activate the code. I had already paid through hotels.com. Yes but you must pay an extra fee using a link we email you now. I paid the extra fee but still the code didn’t work. Oh, we have to inform you the apartment is not ready yet. They haven’t cleaned it yet. I think this is a fraudulent set up sonstay away from it. I have reported it to Hotels.com
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Alojamiento con una situación inmejorable, en Alfama. Las fotos del anuncio están mezcladas con otros apartamentos que deben tener en el edificio. Este apartamento tiene una habitación, baño, cocina, salón y comedor. También tiene una pequeña terraza con unas bonitas vistas de los tejados de Alfama y de la iglesia de San Miguel. El apartamento está super limpio. Los únicos inconvenientes son que la ducha tiene cortina y se sale todo el agua fuera y que la cocina tiene en general poco menaje, sólo hay 2 cazos, una sartén, 2 trapos de cocina y no había bayeta. Sí que tiene cafetera, tostadora, lavavajillas y horno. Os lo recomiendo!

• Detlef (6/5): Komplizierte "stylish" Lisbon Apartment - Die Lage des Apartments in der Altstadt Alfama ist gut und man hat kurze Wege um in der Stadt die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es handelt sich um eine 3 Zimmer Altbauwohnung die modern eingerichtet ist. Allerdings ist alles sehr hellhörig und man nimmt am Leben der Mitbewohner teil. Problematisch waren die umständlichen Formalitäten um überhaupt einen Zugang zum Apartment zu erhalten, der über einen Eingangscode mittels eine Tastatur erfolgt. Den Zugangscode erhält man nur dann, wenn der Aufendhalt vorab vollständig bezahlt wurde und noch diverse Nebengebühren wie Reinigung 24,00 €, Lissabonsteuer 4,00 € für 2 Tage, später Check in ab 22.00 Uhr für 20,00 € oder nach Mitternacht in Höhe von 30,00 € bezahlt worden ist. Über diese "Gebühren" erfährt man erst kurz vor Ende der Buchung. Die Zahlung kann nur über Kreditkarte erfolgen, zunächst die Zahlung des Mietpreises an das Buchungsportal und dann noch die weiteren Zahlungen direkt an den Vermieter. Wenn ich vorher von diesen Kompliziertheiten gewusst hätte, wäre eine andere Unterkunft erste Wahl gewesen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, die etwas weichen Matratzen sind mit einem Gummituch überzogen, dass Bad ist klien aber funktional. Insgesamter Eindruck dann doch aller Probleme o.k.
• Robert (10/5): Awesome apartment - The location of this apartment is perfect - in the heart of lively alfama but easily accessible by taxi. The owners were wonderful and very flexible with our check in (we were quite early). Apartment was clean and beautifully furnished. We would definitely stay again!
