• Novelo (4/5): Es imposible descansar en un lugar que no esta muy limpio y que las camas y el clima no sirvan. - La ubicación es excelente. Las instalaciones, cuando uno viaja, el descanso es importante. En este caso las camas en malas condiciones, muy duras, suenan mucho. No nos cambiaron las toallas, el tipo de shampoo de muy baja calidad. El clima suena, no enfriaba rápido. Para desayunar tenemos que salir del hotel, ya que no cuenta con uno propio.

Because staff, understandably, understand and speak little to no English, it would be helpful to have some basic information printed in English. In particular where and when breakfast is. Also, the lock on the room was flimsy and the in-room safe did not work. That said, there were no security incidents during our stay.

• Rafael (10/5): Great place to stay at affordable rates with a luxurious feel. - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location itself is close to the centro and walking distance to most points of view interest. The coffee shop that is partnered with the hotel was also a highlight of our stay. Both the morning crew and evening crew made our nights. The bar behind our room closed at midnight so trying to go to sleep early on the weekend won’t be possible.

• Camila (7/5): Bem localizado e com boas opções de restaurantes nas proximidades. - O hotel fica bem localizado, próximo da principal praça da cidade. A equipe é bem educada e atenciosa. Consegui utilizar o estacionamento, que fica ao lado do hotel, em um lote que abriga uma construção. Meu quarto ficava na extremidade do hotel e o sinal do wifi estava fraco. Acabei utilizando a senha do wifi do café que fica bem embaixo do quarto.

It’s located 5min walk from main square and around 12min from ADO bus station, staff were super friendly and helpful, beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. Room was a bit dark, but we only slept there so it was not an issue for us at all.

• Samuel (9/5): Decent place to stay in Valladolid - The bed was very comfortable and having the couch in the room was nice. It was also pretty well located being situated about a 5-10 minute walk from the central park and church. There was also a terrace with tables and chairs to relax. The water from the shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor and seeped into the bedroom. It was a slight annoyance but no big deal.

• Heather (6/5): A nice basic hotel in a great area near the zocalo. - A nice basic hotel in a great area. I’ve stayed there before,so decided to stay again. There is a water fountain downstairs instead of water bottles in the room now. A pleasant cafe is next door which does basic food like egg breakfasts and coffee/ teas. We were put in a very small room on the back of the hotel which was noisy and stuffy. The noise came from a restaurant that the room overlooked that had people eating there till gone midnight.

• Pierre (7/5): Decent hotel in a lively area - avoid the rooms on the street - It was easy to check-in, even though our group arrived in disperse order. The staff was generally helpful, and the place well located and clean. The rooms and bathrooms were fine. Our room was situated directly next to the street, and we could hear every car, dog, or passer by throughout the night. The place looked nicer in the pictures provided than in real life. The parking lot was less than optimal: it was really the terrain next door, largely obstructed by construction material. It was impossible to enter or leave it at times, as other cars often parked in front of the gate. We could not blame the hotel for that, but it was frustrating and annoying.

Em ambas as noites que estivemos no local, foi a mesma coisa. Requer uma conversa com a vizinhança, pois ao chegarmos somos imediatamente informados sobre a necessidade de fazer silêncio após às 23h, o que, infelizmente, não é posto em prática pelo próprio estabelecimento.

El ruido percibido de cocina en la habitación de planta baja donde pernoctamos. El ruido sigue a media noche y muy temprano el ruido de la licuadora molesta el descanso.
• Carlos (8/5): Hotel muito agradável, em estilo colonial, em uma cidade tipicamente Yucatana e perto de tudo. - Gostei muito do atendimento da equipe do hotel e da localização, à duas quadras da praça central e histórica de Valladolid. Fizemos a visita da cidade praticamente andando a pé. Usamos carro apenas para visitar o Parque Arqueológico de Chichen Itzá e os Cenotes. Recomendo com ênfase. O Hotel poderia dispor frigobar nos quartos para uma experiência ainda melhor, mas essa falta foi amenizada com o empréstimo de espaço na geladeira da cozinha do hotel para resfriar minha água e minhas cervejas. Obrigado!!

El personal muy amable y atento, el chico que nos recibió nos compartió información de los alrededores y recomendaciones que disfrutamos. Sin duda regresaría a hospedarme aquí cuando regrese a Valladolid. El estacionamiento estaba muy enlodado por la lluvia, si estuviera más parejo el piso estaría genial.
