- Leah (10/5): Perfect first couple of days in London. Would 100% recommend. - The staff at AKA were so lovely from the moment we walked in the door. We arrived early off a long flight from Australia and were able to get an early check in because no one had stayed the night before. The service from the reception was wonderful. It was quiet and cozy. Bed was comfortable and the apartment had a lovely relaxing feel to it. The disabled bathroom was tricky with the shower being open but actually we didn’t find it bothered us too much. The staff gave us multiple floor mats so it’s was easy to dry up and we were travelling with a teenager so maybe I’m just used to water on the floor. Definitely would stay again and would highly recommend. Worth the money and a lovely quiet area behind Oxford st. Nothing

- Nashun (10/5): Top facilities and very helpful staff - We loved our stay. The location is top and the facilities are very modern. Something which is not so common in London. Our flat is very quiet as well. Compared to the first flat we stayed near British Museum, it is such an upgrade here!

The place was well furnished, comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff team are amazing. I highly recommend AKA Marylebone and will return.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The only negative was construction noise from next door, which started early in the morning. Despite this, I would definitely stay there again!
- karensL9647CH (10/5): Highly Recommend! - I can't say enough about both the accomodation and service at AKA Marylebone. It's difficult to find a (relatively) affordable place for 3 travelers where you're not bumping into each other and the 1 BR (with a cot) had a really nice amount of space. The 2nd room with living room/kitchentte/dining area was a wonderful bonus space (I put the cot there, but it would fit in the bedroom too, no problem). Everything was clean and outritted beautifully. And the front desk staff was AMAZING from booking through check-out - helpful, courteous and solicitous. Marylebone was a pretty, fun, central area to stay in. We had a great trip. Definitely recommend!

Shellie-Ann and her team went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready with any deliveries, groceries or rentals for the week that we were there. They made our stay seamless from start to finish; I could not recommend this hotel or the lovely people working here more!!

- karachimom (8/5): Terrific location & great service - Stayed in a one bedroom LGF flat at AKA for 12 days. The flat was as depicted in the pictures and served our purposes perfectly. The service level from prebooking to check out was excellent. The location in the heart of Marylebone village couldn’t have been more brilliant with the Bond Street tube a short walk away. Huge shout out to Shelli and her team especially Fahad & the other gentleman at the reception for going above and beyond in order to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
- Hélier (9/5): Ideally located for easy access to Harley St & surrounding area. - Our visit to London had been planned long in advance, unfortunately that all fell to pieces following the passing of our Queen, Elizabeth II, the funeral and bank holiday causing many schedules to be cancelled or postponed. The reason for our visit was rescheduled but we could not change the dates for our booked accommodation. The best alternative we could find was AKA - and they did not disappoint. We were met by an immaculately-presented and very welcoming member of the front-of-house team who took us to our Suite and gave us a quick run-through of facilities. Everything was exactly as depicted on-line and did not disappoint; ideally we would have preferred a larger Suite, but what we had was all that was available and in fact it served us very well. Following a Harley St procedure we had to remain close to the clinic for regular review for 10 days or so, and with restricted mobility our AKA Suite became our home for that period. Housekeeping were charming and considerate - on several days we were fortunate enough to be able to take coffee on our cute little roof terrace while they serviced the Suite! All staff were truly professional, front of house and management immaculate both in presentation and manners. If we need any return visits to the area AKA will be our first choice for accommodation. I have to say there was nothing we didn't like. In an ideal world - as we were effectively 'self-catering' for part of our stay - it would have been handy to have an oven and maybe a toaster but we knew these were not provided in this small suite, so just something to be considered when booking. I believe those facilities are available in the larger suites. The double bed was not the largest but as big as the suite could reasonably accommodate, they're probably larger in the other suites, ours was comfy and cosy! We were very happy to get what we got.

- davehD8288NU (10/5): Excellent Property in Prime Marylebone Location - We love the location, and have stayed here many times over many years. The 24 hour service is always excellent, and friendly. The suites are just the right size for an extended stay for two people. We know most of the restaurants in the area, and enjoy returning to them a couple of times per year. It is a short walk to the Tube, with excellent service. We love walking in the nearby neighborhoods and always feel very safe. We have been in every season, and have always loved our visit!
- 545christofferf (10/5): Superb! - I have stayed here a couple of times when I have visited London. The rooms are really comfortable and always clean. I especially love the bathrooms. The service is exceptional and very welcoming. The location is perfect for any activities in London and the tube stop is just a short walk away. Looking forward to coming back in the future.
- Fleetcat (10/5): Hidden Gem - I was having a small eye procedure in Harley Street so wanted to stay somewhere within easy walking distance that offered more than a hotel room. A Google search hit upon AKA and I must say I’m glad it did. This is a small block of nine serviced apartments in Bentinck Street. The location is peerless for shopping, eating and drinking and, being (just) off the main road, is also quiet. Our apartment was in the basement. It had a well sized living / dining / kitchen area and a very generous range of welcome amenities including the obvious milk and OJ but also loads of fruit, protein bars and brioche. Also masses of Nespresso tablets. For top ups of anything there is a good Waitrose only a five minute walk away. Apologies for late review.
- travelingmamasia (6/5): Very, very disappointing stay - We booked a 2BR apartment in AKA London, which was our 3rd AKA we stayed at. I was shocked when I came and led to the basement (or lower ground, as they call it). The 2BR is basically one studio room, and a one BR connected. They said this is the only room we have. Then i found out after 2 days - BOTH washer and dryer machines were broken. All of my babies and our clothes were wet for 2 days, and nobody can fixed it until we leave. We were there for a week! So everyday they took our laundry to give to local cleaners. However one of my sweater that I put for dry cleaning was put into washing and drying machine and completely shrank and ruined. One of the biggest reason we picked an apt was so that it is easy to do laundry for the babies, cook some food and space. I felt like we stayed in someones basement with bad utilities and nobody really cared from management. Shocking. Also - there is no compensation, no gestures or anything from the management or AKA managers. Im stunned and disappointed that this is how it went. Not coming back.

Great location within walking distance of Marleybone high street, Oxford street, Regent street, Regents Park and Underground stations. Numerous cosy, private areas in the hotel and numerous places to eat close to the hotel. Always great to stay here
- Icie_lynx (10/5): Perfect luxury aparthotel with wonderful service - Stayed for 7 nights with our not yet 3yo. Apartment is wonderful. All the finishes are lovely. There was a monopoly board to play :) It's a full kitchen, and laundry. Washing powders, dw tablets all provided. We were extremely happy with the apartment and wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere when we return to London. You can request an oven and a clothes airer to be placed in your apartment prior to arrival. We also had groceries delivered before we arrived and they were unpacked into our cupboards and fridge. Daily housekeeping (except Sunday) cleans all the dishes and empties the dishwasher. You receive a welcome kit of goodies - 3 sleeves of nespresso pods, brownies, nuts, biscuits etc. Plenty of storage space to unpack in. Had to pay £10 per night for a baby cot which is quite steep but it was a large one for a toddler at least. And good quality like the rest of the apartment. My husband used the gym and said it was one of the best hotel gyms he'd ever visited. The reception is extremely helpful and prompt. Will seek out reservations and anything else you need via email. They have a fabulous welcome kit they email you with references for all kinds of services you may need - religious, health. The area is wonderful. There are lots of restaurants (Michelin starred too!) within walking distance, underground, bus, major shopping areas, hairdresser, pharmacy, everything you need really! Full disclosure: the double hung Windows have no guards so need to be careful with little ones when they are open. The soundproofing is not good at all. Luckily it is a very quiet neighborhood. We had an issue with the AC - it didn't work for our entire stay which made the room very humid and uncomfortable. We received a discount on the rate which compensated us for the inconvenience and I was happy that it was acknowledged. They provided portable AC's but they were loud, not very cold and needed the windows open all night.
- perryb6 (10/5): Amazing apartment - I loved the Hotel and thought the Apartment was so nice .Everything was new .Loved my 10 day stay .I loved the location .We had a great time and this location could not have been better .There is nothing to fault on the Apartment .There is no oven though but a great microwave . The front desk is hit or miss .It all depends who is working that day . All the staff are great but some do not know the area that well .We are from London so no big deal for us . We loved our stay and would stay again .Had 10 amazing nights .Loved our local next door .Great supermarket 5 minutes away .So many Restaurants and pubs .Amazing location .Thank you .
- AzarmeenJ (10/5): Quiet neighborhood in a busy city - Close to everything and steps from Oxford Street but you wouldn't know it. Restful, clean and modern with every amenity except an oven (yes oddly enough I need a proper oven). A concierge and cleaning service are available. It was a great place for families.
