Antonio (10/5): Excellent experience, my first time in Samoa and one of the highlights was staying in the Samoana Botique Hotel. - Conveniently located. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Not a deal breaker but I wish they had an ATM machine on the premises.

Great size fridge, kitchen facilities were great. Handy on-site café. We had family at taumasina so this was perfect location for us. Nice and close $5 taxi Was a little warm in the main area with no air con unit, there is fans,, but the rooms all have units and u can keep the doors open to get air flow. Also the bed was a bit firm for my liking but that's just personal preference.

Sharon (6/5): Misleading - Natia Cafe has amazing food and highly recommend. The staff in the Cafe were great. Location is totally misleading you need a car or taxi on speed dial to get around. The room was not cleaned daily as stated in the booking. Only cleaned twice during the stay which I had to chase up and I had to empty the bins daily. It is very noisy between the road, guest and neighbours you need ear plugs just to get some sleep. Maintenance of the rooms is questionable e.g. broken power points, leaking sink, TV not working etc.

Karen (9/5): Clean and comfortable - The beds were really comfortable, it was sparkling clean, the shower was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked well and it was great to have a pool. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. There wasn’t much we didn’t like about our stay here. The only thing I would recommend to other travellers is to take a sleep mask as the curtains don’t keep the light out and you’ll wake up really early but this is more a reflection of Samoa rather than this hotel.
GregoryG693 (4/5): go somewhere else - Very poor value from a location and services perspective. The rooms themselves are generous and clean and the bathroom is excellent. The motel (it is NOT a hotel) is placed on the road and so noisy and full of barking dogs at night. They scandalously and cheaply charge you for wifi. The location is a long walk away from the town and not beside any restaurant or bar of substance so you have to drive to go anywhere. They like to close the 'pool' whenever which is just a plunge pool size. I strongly suspect the 'reviews' of this place are from relatives....

Sarah (10/5): - The size of the room, the biggest room I have ever stayed in when traveling overseas over the last 30 years. The hot shower.The location was good, I managed to walk from Apia town in about 30 minutes, even in the heat. The room was very clean, and the staff really lovely, The pool was refreshing, my room overlooking the pool. Food in the Cafe Infront of the Hotel was outstanding. Sunday the hotel shuts down, the pool is closed and the cafe at the front of the hotel is closed. However it gave me the opportunity to o walk to the local Taumeasina Resort on Sunday and spend the day there. Also maintenance issues although they did not affect my stay it does make the Hotel look a bit shabby. Extra costs for wifi and the Tv doesn't work. You can ask for a USB stick with movies loaded on it, for a bond that will be refunded. The noise of follow travellers enjoying the facility long into the night, maybe a reminder that there are others to consider. The noise overall at night, traffic, wild dogs barking and roasters crowing. Also be aware that local taxi drivers try to take advantage of travellers by overcharging taxi fares,by double in some instances.

Daina (6/5): Adequate but basic accommodation, plenty of room for family. - Three bedroom apartment was a great to give us all a bit more space and appreciated functional air con units in every bedroom so we slept well. Good kitchen space. Was generally fairly run down and didn’t feel especially clean because of the state of repair in places, but adequate as a base if you are out exploring most of the time anyway. Shower was pretty sad.

The thing that stood out to me most was the cleanliness of the place and that everything felt pretty new. The bathroom was super clean and up to date. It felt cleaner than our stay at a 4 star resort we had. Linens were lovely and fresh (didn't have that yucky chlorine smell to them). They did an awesome job when they serviced our room too! Friendly and helpful staff at reception too. A bit noisy at night but I just think that's because we're in town so nothing you can do about that. The pool was so small and a bit meh so we never used it. We went elsewhere for swimming while staying here. No WiFi included!!! I assumed there was WiFi but there wasn't so I had to get a Samoan SIM and buy data. The TV doesn't connect to anything but there was a USB loaded with movies for us to use so that was ok.

Clean, welcoming, good value, fairly priced, private, accommodating, stunning landscapes, houseke - The people, surroundings, rooms and everything in between❤️ Definitely will be a first choice accommodation for future stays in Apia city! The housekeepers are so lovely and welcoming, was easy communication between reception when needing anything hand with anything, and the hygiene & cleanliness of the room were spectacular! Easily located near shops and town so never a dull moment, & the pool was. very leisurely and quiet thankfully for us! Nothing at all to be honest, I can’t really recall anything i didn’t like

Gabriel (8/5): Samoana Boutique Hotel 2025 - Loved the staff and house keeping ladies so kind and friendly the moment we arrived. Thank yous for the stay. Beds were super comfy and my favourite, also showers were great. 🤗 also giving us notice about the power outage times was great so that we could prepare for it, also note that SBH have nothing to do with the outages in samoa, so i do suggest to not keep food for long in room fridges because power could be out a whole day so we figured to eat as we go and have snacks etc for in room cause we knew wouldnt go off. Also the AC in rooms were perfect 🥰 Was that neighbour to the right side of the hotel, always complaining about us. I get that it was late, but we paid alot of money to be there and enioy the outdoor facility with a few drinks etc, we knew we had to be quite but that neighbour was just a killerbuzz sometimes, or every time we were outside to smoke we didn't know if they were watching us or not. Also maybe considering in house guest to have access to unlimited Wi-Fi or up to 5gbs per day included in the total of stay and having visitors to pay for Wi-Fi. Because having to hotspot the tv took most the data up for us on cellular. Other then that, we enjoyed the hospitality. Faafetai tele lava SBH 💗🙏🏽

Lelia (10/5): - The room we had was spacious & clean. It’s not far from the market & shops. The staff were amazing. So helpful! Overall, I recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Samoa (Apia). Will definitely be back

Xavier (4/5): The property is beautiful, unfortunately the facilities and standard of cleanliness was subpar. - The rooms were spacious for family members, and a convenient location with access to Apia. Unfortunately, facilities stated on the listing were not available, such as the TV, lights were broken or needed replacing, noisy fans that we couldn’t use to sleep - though it was hot and humid, and blood & stains on the bed sheets when we arrived.

Josephine (10/5): - Jane the receptionist was lovely! We accidentally locked our key inside one of the rooms and Jane arranged someone to open up our room right away. We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and perfect for our family of nine that stayed there. Everything was available in the kitchen and bathrooms. This is a perfect place for a big family. Only downfall would be not including breakfast or having a restaurant there but other than that my family enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again next time.

Yazzah10 (9/5): Overall apart from the wifi, one of the 3 rooms the tv didn’tt work but as we weren’t in the rooms most of the time we h - Clean and rooms were large No wifi, the fact the property didn’t provide the complimentary allocation at check in was a disappointment, as a guest we just decided to use our own data as the complimentary allocation would’ve been limited anyway. Most overseas resorts/hotels offer full complimentary wifi. Something Samoa still needs to address.
Veta (6/5): - Spacious family apartment Pool looked alot bigger in the picture & Pool closes early - 7:30pm. Very weak aircon and only in the bedrooms. Bed arrangement is not ideal in one of the rooms, kept bumping in to the corner of the bed frame as it sticks out-too close to bedroom door.

PM (6/5): Good could’ve been better - The bed size, the air con in the room and pool, location central to town. We didn’t have our room cleaned in the four days we were there, the cafe food wasn’t great, we got sick after eating there.

SUNIA (8/5): - good size of rooms the only thing is not come with free breakfast and thier charges is quite high comparing other hotels they provide free breakfast, other thing some kitchen eqiuptment is not fully function
Sunia (8/5): - It’s very hard to carry things on the stairs especially if diagnoses with the arthritis but apart from it is all good
