Struttura sporca con nessun isolamento acustico, il proprietario non mi ha informato di nulla, neanche di come poter usufruire della colazione (pagata), dopo solleciti mi ha inviato un ticket alle 9.. inoltre sto ancora aspettando la fattura e anche lì i solleciti non sono mancati.. sconsigliatissimo..

Dahrour (1/5): Mauvaise expérience - La localisation L’accueil inexistant. Heureusement que nous avons pris l’initiative d’envoyer un whatsapp car nous attendions 15h pour récupérer notre chambre. Il nous a donc donné les consignes pour récupérer la chambre … mais ensuite échanges très compliqués malgré des lectures de nos demandes ou interrogations .. Aucun retour du loueur à nos questions !!! L’emplacement en zone ZTL, sans que nous étions informés alors que nous voulions un parking . Une facture de 90 € pour le stationnement en zone ZTL et 100 euros pour avoir circuler en ZTL. Le petit déjeuner payé sans avoir petit déjeuner car aucune réponse pour savoir comment et à quelle heure sera servi ce petit déjeuner . Le nettoyage à revoir. Mauvaise odeur dans la Sdb. Literie de très mauvaise qualité. Chambre très mal insonorisee.

On one of the days of our stay it was closed. So the options were very limited and they had tea only on the first day of the 5 day stay, then they ran out of it.

Tutto sommato è stato un ottimo soggiorno, lo staff che non era presente fisicamente di è dimostrato disponibile a darci tutte le informazioni tramite whatsapp su come accedervi nella struttura. Pulizia generale, la vasca idromassaggio é un po‘ vecchiotta, pagare in contanti non è semplice dato che non hanno il resto in cassa, premesso che venga ad incassare la donna delle pulizie. Altrimenti bisogna attendere il titolare, che tra l‘altro manda messaggi in orari improbabili mentre si è a cena. L’ultima cosa che voglio e dovermi mettere d‘accordo mentre sto cenando di vedersi dopo cena per il pagamento. In più la situazione parcheggi é un’altra cosa scomoda, se si trova parcheggio nelle vicinanze, bisogna pagare profumatamente a Lecce.

Olivier (1/5): Ville magnifique mais logement catastrophique - Uniquement la situation géographique. L'immeuble est assez joli. Check in plus qu'expéditif! Il faut le contacter sur What's App mais il ne réponds jamais. Donc pour résumer: pas de papier toilette (nous avons du en acheter), un jacuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas et qui fuit, propreté qui laisse à désirer dans la chambre, serviettes non remplacées, le deuxième jour pas de lumière dans les couloirs (vive la torche sur le téléphone portable), aucune information donnée au check in (donc pas de code wifi, ni lieu du petit déjeuner). La personne était même absente au check out, nous avons laissé les clés sur le Desk de l'entrée. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hébergement!!!

Giovanni (5/5): Un'occasione sprecata - La cosa che appare favorevole è la posizione rispetto al centro città e alla stazione ferroviaria. Si è poi all'interno di una dimora di carattere storico, che andrebbe però ben rivista e ben valorizzata, dati gli spazi ampi e luminosi e la vista. Una buona occasione persa. Anzitutto va migliorato il rapporto col cliente e la fase organizzativa e di accoglienza, che si rivela approssimativa. L'arredo è poi d'occasione, da locale notturno d'altri tempi, inutilmente appariscente e cheap, tanto da svilire spazi molto belli. La cura è approssimativa pure nell'arredo del bagno e tutto ha un senso di provvisorio. Un occhio appena accorto saprebbe spostare e togliete ciò che non va e che accumula polvere (come i mobili e i paralumi neri, i centrini dorati), facendone una casa di qualità.

Mario (4/5): Da Evitare assolutamente - La posizione, ottima e centrale per visitare Lecce al meglio. Cominciamo dal fatto che appena arrivati avremmo dovuto sapere il codice di accesso per entrare in struttura (avevamo comunicato esattamente l'orario di arrivo ed eravamo puntualissimi). Nessuno ci contatta, nessuno ci dice nulla, dopo 4 telefonate alle 21 di sera, fuori al freddo finalmente ci mandano un messaggio con il codice. Entriamo in camera, il gelo ma letteralmente...è inverno sai che arriviamo di sera vuoi almeno pensare di farci trovare la camera calda? La macchina del caffè perde acqua lo contattiamo, ci risponde 2 giorni dopo chiedendo dove fosse posizionata questa macchinetta ( neanche lo sa che in camera c'era una macchinetta) Poi che dire, condizionatore vecchio che fa un rumore assordante tipo trattore, nel bagno telefono della doccia arrugginito e con la guarnizione spaccata, a momenti ci rimaneva in mano, appendi asciugamano da doccia inesistenti e macchia di umidità sul soffitto. Che dire... andrebbe un pó tutto rivisto e risistemato ma soprattutto l'ospitalità e l'accoglienza andrebbero acquisite per poter gestire una struttura del genere.

Laura (7/5): - La posizione centrale Avevo chiesto una colazione senza glutine, ma per il primo giorno la pasticceria collegata alla struttura non aveva nulla e non era stata avvisata. Inoltre c'era la possibilità di avere un parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura , ma abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare sulle strisce blu intorno alla struttura.

Parking public à proximité . Pas d’accueil physique. Information par WatsApp. Un peu compliqué pour les séniors. Petits déjeuners très basiques, supplément à payer pour un jus de fruit. De la poussière accumulée sous le lit, ainsi que des emballages laissés par les prédécesseurs.

Ne pas pouvoir laisser les bagages avant le check in étant enceinte de 8 mois et enfant en bas âge nous avons du attendre avec les valises. Dans la réservation il était note qu'il y avait un jacuzzi mais une semaine après la réservation, nous avons reçu un message qu'il n'était pas sur davoir le jacuzzi que c'était selon les disponibilités...aloès que nous avions reservé pour ça..
